I was very happy with the staff being so helpful in my search for another home. Their model homes in the community are also absolutely stunning. I would recommend taking a look around for anyone interested in the community.

Problems with builder as soon as we purchased the lot. They changed the layout of the lots which then moved water and sewer hook ups into our drive way, which were not there on the original lot layout. One thing after another with build issues found at framing, bowed 2x4s were used, so we have bulges on various walls. Paint looks awful inside, messy and doesn’t match. Still waiting on our 30 day walk through list to be completed on top of paint issues and back slider We moved in the house in June and nothing has been resolved to satisfaction. **Update coming up on a year since move in and STILL dealing with the same issues we had day one***

The quality of the homes at Saguaro Trails I would definitely give 5 stars, everything else less. The homes are overpriced, and unless you're willing to spend a huge fortune on a premium lot, the lots are way undersized, so the homes are literally an arms length away from each other, and with 2-story houses available, if you live in a 1-story, it feels very claustrophobic with no privacy. After a year living there, I'm considering selling my home.

Privately owned Canadian home builder. Name is derived from their two kids Matt and Amy. Saguaro Trails will be a 600 home development. All 6 models were absolutely gorgeous! Mid 200 to mid 300 price range.

I fell in love with the homes here in not particularly interested in how close the houses are but I love the Floorplans

Location is everything! The most appealing thing about these homes, as a parent of 3 young children, is that this development resides just within the boundaries of the Vail School District, yet you don't have to actually live way out in Vail. You aren't even as far as Rita Ranch. That is phenomenal. So, you not only are getting a home with one of these modern, open floor plans, you get the benefits of the location without having to move too far out there. They did a great job with the models, just be aware that they are upgraded heavily. Other than that I can't say enough good things about this new development on the East side of Tucson in a very cool planned community.

Great Eastside location, really nice homes that seem to be well built at a moderate price range.
