Pawn1st E 22nd St, Tucson

Please let me start by prefacing that I have no experience with Pawn Shops so I have nothing to compare my experience with, but I've had absolutely no issue at all with Pawn1st. I wouldn't call the service the best of the best, but they definitely seem more pleasant than a vast majority of businesses I've been a customer of so no issues for me there. I checked out their Online Website too, and I like the design as well as the convenient use of Google Maps to show you where the store is located. The phone number and hours of operation are also visible in the middle of the screen and not hidden away like many other websites. It seems they have many locations across Arizona, and lucky for me that includes one not too far away and near a myriad of other amenities in town. Unless I have a negative experience visiting them in the future, I don't think I have a reason to rate them less than 5 Stars at this time.

What a great place, I buy from pawn shops a lot for different items and this is a very great place. Nick was the guy that helped me out and I got the tools and speakers that I needed at a very good price as well. I highly recommend this place, check them out for sure.

Fantastic customer service! Shout out to that Nick though! you know the one that looks like if a American Eagle and the American flag had a baby that man was very knowledgeable about what he is taking in and what he is selling.

My family has always liked pawn shops, I haven't. This one makes it easy though. Idk about pawning my own stuff I won't find the same struggle as my fam. I will find easier places to shop though. This is one of them. Thanks Nick!

Let me first start with my experience walking in through the doors of Pawn 1st. I was extremely impressed at the cleanliness and organization of this store. In my experience every pawn store I've stepped into has been riddled with just items thrown everywhere and cramped spaces and less than fair items for sale. I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff as soon as I entered. I had only come in to simply kill some time waiting for a friend to conclude there business with the store. But I found myself intrigued at the layout of the store and the presentation of the items for sale. I simply could not believe that I was in a pawn store, mainly because I have visited many others and have been extremely disappointing and definitely not 5 stars. I will be going to Pawn 1st on 22nd & Kolb for all my needs in the future, if ever I'm looking for a great deal and friendly conversation. It's nice to see a business in the pawn industry that doesn't live up to the stereotypes!

I went in this morning to see what's in the store and was surprised at all the stuff they had! I was greeted by Ryan a great employee there he made sure I was happy with what I was buying and gave me great suggestions on what I can do with my product. Great products and great customer service!

Friendly and efficient but very short staffed. Apparently some employees were in training regarding buying, selling, pawning firearms so the employee helping me had to stop and help them. Took a bit longer for me to pawn a ring. otherwise nice job.

Had a great experience with Derrick. Excellent customer service skills. Would recommend to anyone looking for a loan or to sell their items.

Nick and his staff are always professional and courteous when I come in. They’re very knowledgeable on items that are on display, and it’s always a welcoming environment.

Very nice atmosphere here. Everyone was super nice. I left my keys behind and an employee (im sorry I forgot your name sir) somehow found my phone number and called me to let me know. I had a small wallet attached and nothing was missing not 1 dollar, which shows the integrity of the customers and the business. BTW they have great prices to match the great service! THANK YOU ALL AT PAWN 1ST MY NEW GO TO PAWN SHOP!

Very positive place to be in, and as for a pawnshop once the door is opened you are welcomed with a room full of warm spirit and comfort! I'd like to personally thank JJ for all that's he has done, and does, not only for myself but for all of the customers that comes into his place of work. He has helped me with any and all of my questions and he has made making hard decisions easy! Would highly recommend coming here over any other pawnshops in Tucson, even if it's just for some laughs and a good time! The people here are amazing! 👍

Very helpful great prices. Not the.biggest selection but it's because they sell their merchandise at a cheaper price if it doesn't sell. I did buy a few things though. Echo Dot a battery backup for my computer and a video camera. And I spent less than 50 bucks..

(honest review below this one). This is my first time visiting Pawn first and the two men couldn't be nicer. The store is clean and open and their inventory is top notch! Definitely recommend! I was asked to leave a 5 star rating in order to enter a raffle drawing they had over the holidays and I regret doing so. They were nice because they wanted my 5 star rating, it was made clear the next time I visited the store. The workers there are so rude. The word that comes to mind is unkind. I've been there 4 times and not once have I been treated with respect. One of the workers wont even make eye contact and acts like I'm wasting his time. Just awful service. I spend a lot of money in pawn shops and Pawn 1st will not be one of them.

Purchased a bicycle here. Employee told me when asked that there was nothing wrong with it, and nothing needed fixing. Went to use the bike for the first time, and the rear tire had a hole and couldn't be filled. When I called, the man on the phone just said "well, you should expect to have to replace that even if the employee said it was fine." Lying employees, and management doesn't seem to care.

Pawn 1st will always give you good value out of any items you pawn with them, store is always clean and everyone is friendly and works with you! I have come here many times over the years either to pawn/sell or buy and have never had anything negative to say about my experiences!

I have been here several times, and they have always been helpful and very nice, they work with you to get the best deal for everyone. The store has been recently remodeled, so it looks very clean and organized inside. They have a nice selection of firearms and jewelry. I have recommended this place to several friends and family members, and will continue to do so

all I can say Be Careful when buying anything from there. The Manager is extremely shady. I purchased a car with a bad motor. The Manager lady that runs the location says with a smirk on her face " any great running motor will go bad and smoke extremely bad when they are parked for 6 months of storage".

Always get fair prices on cool stuff. Definitely worth checking out. Shout out to Ryan for always being helpful and knowledgeable

The staff is super cool and friendly and are always helpful to me when i need there assistance on loans. Never once have i had any issues or confrontations with anyone there. They have great customer service and dont make you feel like a loser when needing there assistance. Not saying pawning your belongings is good but life can be a struggle at times and they've helped me when i was in need. Not saying there interests rates are that great but tuff times can have tuff measures but glad that i have a option when i need it. Thank you so much
