Holden, Brianna and Cody are the foundation of this location. I especially appreciate Holden, for not only serving our country; but after he goes on leave he comes back without missing a step. Both Holden and Cody, in my opinion, are 2 of the best associates and I love working with them. Brianna is in a class all be herself; and I guarantee management has failed promoting her. Brianna should be running the company, and Holden and Cody could run their own stores; which they already have and would continue bringing excellence. More importantly, I believe the verdict was in a while ago - USA is the only pawn shop people should do business with. Better rates, they accept more items for loans, and they really do give the best prices.

I have been going here for YEARS. I enjoy everyone they have there and I find the best stuff from here! Also they have definitely helped me numerous times in my time of need .

Where to begin...the store was full of old dirty tools, even the used electronics were filthy. They claim to "not be gemologists" yet they think they have the capability to grade diamonds but can't even tell you what the semi precious gemstone jewelry is in their display cases...lol they claim to offer you half of what they would mark up your item but it's more like 20-25% (or less) of what something is worth. Their jewelry is way over valued and priced for the quality. The "designer" purses that they are trying to sell as authentic are fake, and they weren't even clean . The whole place was just grimey and I certainly didn't feel like I was in a very reputable establishment!!!

I felt rushed and robbed. Employees explained that they pay 10-15% of items value then they offered $5 for an item worth $180 and it was non negotiable. How does that work??!!

I My wife and I visit USA PAWN monthly to shop and/or utilize their pawn service! Allow us to express how courteous, kind, and professional, the manager Bre, and her staff are. They make each, "no nonsense visit" comfortable, always accommodating us with the results intended! Truly a nice group, "and wow," a lot of great deal at the Kolb & Golf Links location!

Every time I need help Johnny is always right there. He provides exceptional customer service. I have bought various items from there and he is always happy to help. Would highly recommend Johnny if your looking for quality customer service. He is always happy to help!!

Always totally awesome customer service !!!!! Today is my birthday, and I was given some great deals from Bre, the store manager. She really takes the time to care for her customers. Eric, was also very kind and nice, while ringing me up. I love this store, and would highly recommend it to my friends. This pawn shop(kolb/golflinks), is very friendly and always great service and pricing. Usually, a good selection of items too.

Didn’t know much about pawning just knew I could sell my stuff for some cash but they were very helpful in explaining the difference and how to pawn I was new to it all, they explained very well and gave me very good fair prices and saved me from parting with my belongs I wasn’t sure I wanted to in the first place but considering my circumstance it worked out for me and them. Stop by if you have the chance they are really good and nice people, love this place
