So grateful to read these reviews, I thought it was me. They are extremely rude and it always feels so personal. I want to open an account for my son but have limited time and this is the closest bank. Instead of putting him through their inappropriate attitudes, I'm going to pay someone to watch my business so I have time to take him elsewhere. Luckily there are other BOA branches with helpful staff. And their ATM drive thru is ridiculous. I too cringe every time I have to go there.

So disappointed with this locations services. Many occasions now I've gone to use atms, drive thru and walk up and they aren't working. There are no signs alerting the public that they are down. One sits in line for long periods of time only to get to the atm and find out they aren't working. It's incredibly frustrating when you are pressed for time and they don't work. Please if you are going to have a business, at least rectify its broken parts

I will never go back to this location. Ever. I have given this branch the benefit of the doubt so many times and I will not anymore. I am so tired of waiting in line while they have one teller working, while the female manager walks around offering no support to the teller and won’t make eye contact with any of the customers because she knows they’re pissed. It’s a joke. She’s a joke. I CHOOSE to bank at B of A, I don’t HAVE to. In fact, I may take my business to Wells Fargo who offers me a FREE checking account. Yep. And I think I will ask for that crappy manager to close my accounts and I will tell her exactly why. You are in the business of hospitality, B of A. Get with it.

The staff here is so incredibly rude. Unless you want an extremely uncomfortable experience I recommend driving to any BofA other than this one. It's hours later and I still feel like my skin is crawling from the unnecessarily rude teller. This location gives Bank of America a bad name.

drive thru is SO narrow. be very careful. everything else about it is fine. ATMs are fast and good interface.

BELIEVE IT! Everything I've read in these reviews is true!! Ive only been going to this location for the last week, and whether you use the walk up or the two machines in the drive thru, won't ever seen to refill them for whatev reason, but as a customer this is a place of miserable turnouts I've been there to check every day (sometimes twice in the same day!) and not a single time in this last week was I able to withdraw even a single 20$ in cash. An exercise to my frustration, and a real inconvienice.. seven days on a row? I mean literally it's a futile effort hoping someone who manages anything will read any of these to do anything about these bad reviews. Hold on my Bros and sisters together if we are careful and be MINDFUL of the dangers that were all subject to, we can make it through this pan-ceptic time! I know I didn't spell that right it sounds better the way I says it.

Worst BofA ever. Horrible customer service. Two tellers, 10 people in line (individuals) and three ladies welcoming customers for over five minutes. Is this really the best use of ones time.... then some LoLo let’s a lady in front of all of us and says “oh yeah I cleared it with everyone” douche.

I drove through the atm and they made me pay for it.

This is easily the worst branch of BofA period. They will regularly have 2 teller windows open with a a line damn near out the door. Monday-Friday, Friday afternoon being their peak time, still 2 windows open. Tellers are nice but once you get past them its ridiculous. One of their branch managers, Kelly is a smug, rude lady who loves to power trip and do as little as she can to help. She is a poor representation of the company from top to bottom and is most definetly not a leader. I will be taking my money elsewhere until BofA figures this branch out.
