    I went in because my account was hacked. I was already upset. It was my first time in the branch. I was treated so poorly I left and cried they were so unkind to me. I am disabled and I am so tired some days. I had to rush to leave and I was not in my best attire, but not deserving of how I was treated. I was there to ensure my account was safe and was told to come back. I asked could they print my account and alert the fraud department to know what happened and the receptionist looked down on me and told me they don't let people use their phones. I called over the weekend was advised to go in the branch and then am treated like this. They printed my checking, not my savings, they canceled my card, but did not contact the fraud department which was the whole point of going in branch, and was just treated poorly the entire time. No one should be treated as I was.

    Never been into this branch, I bank with Bank of America. But I had gone in there to figure out a few thing and Beth there at the front helped me out and got me out of the door. No wait no hassle! Very great Customer service. Thanks Beth!

    If you see negative reviews.... Check out the profile of the person leaving one first.... If you notice that they only leave negative reviews for every place..... They're probably just a negative person in general... And if you go into a place with an attitude and negative energy... Don't expect everyone to bow down to you. People who work at Hughes are people too.. Anyways my parents have been members since moving here. Dad worked for Hughes, then Raytheon. I followed and became a member. So decades and decades of being members in the family. That alone should tell you something about Hughes....

    Terrible service. Tried cashing a check from my attorney. Was told the account is frozen and it cant be cashed. The only help the teller could offer was to "try" bank of America. This is after I gave proof of my attorneys law firm, physical location, license, and letter from the my attorney. Joke of a bank,

    The staff here is very very kind. That’s about the only positive this bank has. Everything is always broken, including the coin machine and ATM. They never staff enough, so there are long lines in the bank, and there’s always an issue with some part of my transaction.

    Horrible Horrible Customer Service from John, he was very rude and attacking, he charged us an extra $50 dollars and singled this $50 away from the rest of the downpayment, he caught an attitude with my mother in law and I after we asked if he spoke Spanish because of a barrier and also we started asking why about things that didn’t make sense, we felt so uncomfortable that we called my husband (finance manager) To help and this man spoke to my husband like he was dumb, we asked for a manager and he really declined to grab one, then started saying “you’re weird” in front of my mother and with my husband on the phone, after telling him to get a manager so many times he kept continuing the argument while walking away, at this point I was sooooo over the fighting and just wanted to finish the process, but nope he brought the branch manager and continued to cut me off and speak, he turned the tables saying we were the ones calling him rude and weird, which invoked my mother who is the sweetest lady to speak how he was calling us names, the branch manager made him leave because he was being so crazy and unprofessional, I was ignoring him and he kept screaming at me in front of the manager, I told her “this is your employee that represents Hughes federal credit union, how professional”, she made us switch reps which the lady shinya was wonderful and hard working! I loved working with her she worked very hard to help us and make us feel comfortable! She then informed us about the extra $50 he was charging us, who knows what he was Planning with it! I hope that man really gets a talking to for being so disrespectful and attacking and I hope he doesn’t do that to everyone.

    They don't know the meaning of loyalty. Have had several accounts with them for years and paid off accounts with them and denied for a 10k loan with putting money down with horrible bank in the process of closing all accounts do not recommend this bank.

    The worst bank ever. Locked my account. The customer service is trash and they are all ignorent. Refused to help and then after speaking to them they stopped me from getting my money when my bills were due and now I'm facing late charges and eviction. My kids had to go without food for two days because they refused to give me my money out of my account

    Terrible Bank, old people will tell you "Go with a Credit Union" why? The services are outdated and slow, now THIS Credit Union, has zero customer service, there is a number on the card, but nobody answers, I have literally called the number, and then drove to the bank, because NOBODY will answer the phone, then when you get there, its all rude young women working who look like they hate their job, moving at the slowest pace possible, there are lots of free banks available that pay you early, the interest rates here aren't even good, it was a mistake opening a bank account here, its garbage.

    I can tell most of the low reviews are coming from the after hours call center the bank uses. They have always been less than helpful to me. Everything else about this bank has been fantastic. They have great tellers, fair terms on loans, and good customer service in the bank. As somebody who has experienced the frustration of the after hours call center I would rather the phone system say to call during hours and only transfer me to the call center if I needed to report a card lost/stolen.
