Not very happy with this company. After all I did and even though I have good credit and no late payments on anything, I wasn't approved. I also had to call and email multiple times to get status and my back office still says it's processing. Now this puts me in a bind when I really need relief temporarily because I was banking on this company. Was left hanging as well before I had to call to get the news. No email or phone call so I don't know when the denial was given and the person at the local office couldn't tell me. Despite how "nice" they are I just had to write my experience. Disappointed. If you try this place make sure that you make virtually the same income every month. Even if you are good for it if you don't make pretty much the same amount of money by income you don't stand a chance even if you have proof. Also for the person that reads this from Mariner, please do not post a canned response. Btw my most consistent income that I've been receiving for more than 10 years (I submitted a letter to that fact) is paid out quarterly. So beware because they get all confused with that no matter how much it is and how much the account holds which in my case it's substantial.

Never missed a payment, paid off loan, and rewarded with incompetent service and attitude for listening to instructions from staff. Great Job, keep it up. If you have other options I would recommend going with other company.

My exoerience with Mariner Finance was excellent. The representative was extremely helpful as I had forgottren my ID at home so she weng through the records and recovered the copy I had uploaded, help me log in to my payroll records and retrieve my recent paysrub. I could not believe I walked out with my check that same day. This Company is the best I have ever worked with. Thank you very much!!!

They wasted our time and they were generally rude to us. They were smug. They tried to make us feel ashamed for our currrent financial situation. Thank you for giving me more reasons to hate myself.

If more categories were listed as to how awesome this company has treated me I would have clicked them all. Extremely Helpful throughout the entire process. My closing appointment was on time and closed perfectly. Check issued and out the door in less than 30mins. The overall experience is a huge contrast to many other lending agencies that exist today. Mariner Finance treated me like I was their first and only client. In closing they did for me that others wouldn't and at an honest rate %. They aren't looking to put you in a deeper financial hole they are looking to help you get out of that hole.

I received a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved. I logged into the website and completed the requested information. It stated to contact the local branch. I have called multiple times and left voicemail with response. I have also scheduled an appointment time for a phone call from their representatives and have yet to receive the calls at the designated times. I highly recommend not using this company. They obviously do nothing more than take your personal information!

Overall I am pleased the way my loan was handled. I had to go into the office to finalize everything. In my opinion the time spent was too long. All the documents that were needed should have been obtained prior to my visit. Not sure if I will utilize there services in the future. It is much easier to facilitate loans on-line instead of an office visit given the fact we are in a pandemic.

I recently encountered myself with a very difficult financial burden situation and decided to contact Mariner Finance. I spoke to the Orlando Branch Manager Tatiana Pacheco and explained to her what my situation was. She collected the information she needed from me and my wife and proceeded to process our loan. She granted our loan and brought us afloat when everybody else denied us. Her and her staff are very professional, dedicated, compassionate and really do care about her customers. This is not the first time they have extended a helping hand to me and my family. They have done it in many other previous circumstances. I commend Tatiana and her staff for always striving for exceptional ABOVE AND BEYOND and ONE OF A KIND performance of their duties. Thank you guys, I love you all. Be blessed!!!!
