Francis waited on me over the Memorial Holiday weekend. She is awesome. Always pleasant and willing to help out with my loans and purchases every visit. I love this Semoran Blvd location. Everyone treats me like family. Friendly fast service. I always come in with a smile and leave with one.

Great Customer service from Carlos and Jose!! We have been to various pawn shops where staff has been rued from time to time . These two gentlemen made you feel welcome the entire time me and my boyfriend were there. We are business professionals in the customer service industry ourselves.
