Do not shop here without bringing all your credentials and blood samples and urine samples just to get a price on a watch they would not disclose because I did not have an ID available to present to them so the young lady wouldn't tell me the price of a watch. Please don't shop here. Go somewhere else where the want to do business

I've been coming to the two Stores on Orlando and the 5520 E. Colonial is my favorite. Prices are mostly fair and they'll work with you on price is it isn't marked down to its lowest. I've been lucky and have found many items I'm interested in. Technics, Pioneer, Sony.

Jokers tried to lie to me about the price of a brand new top tier smart watch I was selling. Their policy is, once you have bought it from somewhere it is used. Dont expect anywhere near the worth of what you are selling. I just dont appreciate my time being wasted that's why I called in the first place.

Ahh! It’s was so nice to see my fav pawn shop open again! Must have spent an hour in there because they have such a wide verity of high end items across the spectrum at amazing prices! Best I’ve seen in Orlando!! Plus it is an amazing bonus the customer service feels like family, friendly and helpful! I’m going to make sure I make my rounds more often!

People are very helpful and friendly. From my experience with pawn shops, this one is the best. You get the most amount for pawning items for 14 days at 10% or 28 days at 20%. This is the best rate when compared to 25% for 30 days at other shops. I have been coming here for over two years and will continue to be a customer. There are three other locations in the central FL area.

I am a stickler when it comes to customer service. It was my first time at Godfather Pawn and I was limited on time to make a purchase. After seeing what they had, I could see the staff was busy and that I may not have time to wait. I decided to try another day or go to another place. On my way out, I was greeted again and offered help. Karla, who turned me from the door, assisted me with exuberance. She taken away any thoughts of time and shopping elsewhere. She was very professional and went well beyond my expectation of "quality" customer service. Karla kindness assured my trust in the product that I purchased and in Godfather Pawn. Not only will I go to Godfather Pawn first before other pawnshops, I would recommend them to others. Thank you to Karla!!

In my opinion the best pawn shop in Orlando. They are fair and are willing to deal with you and very nice staff. Great selection on just about anything you need. The staff will go above and beyond to help you in any way to make you happy with your purchase. This is a fantastic establishment.

Wow! What a breath of fresh air!! After being in almost every gun store and pawn shop in Orlando these folks really came through. The building is clean, everything is orderly, they have an awesome inventory and the staff is very inviting. You will always end up walking out with a little less than you had hoped, but they made the experience of selling some firearms very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this shop, and I will be back.

Definitely ruined my experience of buying a Rolex. I bought my first Rolex from them and was happy I had a nice piece and a investment but it was complete opposite... I left and less than two days it stopped running then I took to a Rolex shop to fix which cost me $500 and then find out their are no serial numbers on it . Which they never told me at all which is prob the reason they kept going to the back to change links instead of infront of me. They are def scammers and not honest and would not trust buying a watch or anything from them in future ...

I came into this new shop expecting to walk back out with my gold. As soon as i entered the store I was greeted with a smile and a gentleman by the name of Mark came to assist me. I've been too many pawn shops before and i have never received the type of customer service i got from him. I was offered more money then the other pawn shops in the area. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. Overall great products, clean store and professional employees.

These people are amazing! Last night I called them to visit their store by 6:45pm. I made it there at 7:00pm( closing time) and they allowed me to make my purchase regardless. They took their time to make sure everything was working on the electronic device I was buying. I highly recommend this establishment. Lots of items to choose from.👍
