My experience with Mariner Finance was awesome, smooth, and stress free!!! I appreciate the quick response and genuine concern in helping me within a few hours. Brenda - Your expertise and friendly manner impressed me soooo much!!!! Thank you for handling my request in such a sufficient manner.

I want to be completely honest in stating that our first time working with Mariner was fantastic. Customer service was amazing and we paid off our loan before the time. Today, I had the displeasure of speaking with Lisa. She required much more of me this time than with my last loan although it was only 6 months a part for the same exact amount. She wanted my car for collateral, me to put their insurance on my car amongst other things. 6 references, all of their identification? Lisa's entire attitude and demeanor was already indicative that she wanted to deny me but couldn't so she just tried to make the process harder. I refused the loan because nothing has changed from 6 months ago to today. I'm just trying to build my credit and this is an easy way to do it for me. I won't be working with them in the future. This was very weird. She asked questions that wasn't even loan, money, or borrower related about my personal life. I couldn't understand why.

I been a customer for while now. Second time around been in contact with the APOPKA Branch, first time was with Semoran branch. I make my payment over the phone every month and Kayla has been very nice. It’s been a pleasure to speak with her. Thanks Kayla.

I was a huge difference this time they only have 2 workers in the office working at any given day. . I had to Called 3 weeks and finally answered and it went from there. The Hoi holiday's is here they are surely are going to have more Help in the office.
