I had previously had an issue with this store and was angry because I was unable to get in contact with the store. This morning I was able to go in to the store and speak with the manager, Brian. He was able to explain the situation to me and I realized that it was a simple misunderstanding. I was unable to reach the store because the phone provider was out. He explained that my situation was still as I had been told and was willing to work with me to resolve the issue without breaking my bank account. The service that I received today is indicative of the level of service that I received the first time I visited this store. I am happy that the situation was resolved quickly and easily.

I have been going to this location for about a year now and there just wonderful. I have had a lot of help from all of the employees. There is not one day that I have gone and had a bad expierence. The store manager, Shaylin, is just more then great and is very helpful always spreads positivity to all her customers and makes them happy with there purchase or etc. I can say the same about all the rest of the employees. They always go to the extreme and are very helpful and are always caring about how there customers are doing with everything I extremely recommend coming here I would not go anywhere else to make sure I’m happy.

I went into the store right at closing time 2 minutes to spare and instead of turning me away John said hey let's see your ID a few moments later he went the extra mile and helped me out instead of turning me away until tomorrow and he really hooked me up so thank you John tonight me and my family will have power and hot water. Very friendly very reliable and down to earth people here once you go there you'll never go anywhere else for a loan.

I had a great experience today at this pawn shop. Brian was super helpful and allowed me to try on a few of the high end diamond rings. He also gave me my ring size which I didn't know. I was teasing my boyfriend about getting me the ring and Brian was amused. I ended up seeing a Harley Davidson necklace that had just arrived, and Brian gave my boyfriend a good enough deal that he bought it for me on the spot. I'm one happy girlfriend right now and thank you Brian for making it possible!

Very disappointing. The store manger is very unprofessional and didn’t keep her word on settling a price we previously agreed on. When confronted about, she started bringing up my personal business and causing a seen in front of many customers. I opted to cancel the layaway and asked for a full refund. I was told that I would lose the money that I put in, however the store manager offered me cash refund out her own money in a very disrespectful way. She embarrassed me in front of my daughter and other costumers and made it seem as if I was begging her for the money. For any future customers, make sure you double check the full price of the item you’re purchasing and that you also check the price on the receipt so that this won’t happen again to anyone else.
