This "business" doesn't even deserve the one star that I gave. What business sets up a call back time, only to place you in the que with everyone else, then send you to voice-mail after 40 minutes holding?? I work in customer service, when i set up a call back time and day, I call them and talk to them. They don't wait, which is the whole purpose of setting up the call back. I called two different numbers several times and never reached ANYBODY. Today was the last straw. Twenty minutes into the hold, I was caller number two (down from 9), but the call was NEVER picked up! I got the dreaded voice mail message! As I type his review, I am at 30 minutes holding, and i don't expect a human to actually answer this call; great job Mariner Finance at delivering exceptionally horrible customer service. I don't need your money THAT bad. You guys are a waste of time.

I applied for a loan and was told that I was approved for $2600. They had me sign the contract. Then I received an email stating I wasn't approved.

Horrible at answering phone calls. It doesn’t matter what time you call. You wait for 40 minutes or longer just to be sent to the voicemail. You leave a voicemail and never get called back.

Will never do business with this company ever again. Trying to sell my car that I have a title loan with was like pulling teeth. Their 10 day pay off doesn’t provide details car companies need and don’t even have a header on it. When I finally got fed up asked for a manager over the phone to be hung up on. Called back and the same women answered I right away ask to speak with a manager that I’m not messing around and I then got hung up again on. Had to call 8 times in a row for the second employee to finally answer my call. She was the only employee to not give me any attitude unfortunately she informed me the women who has been a nightmare is the manager. A manager hanging up on a customer irate or not is not okay I would lose my job if I did that at my company. Not to mention when I went to pick up a document they did not even say a word just saw me standing outside slipped the paper threw the door without even verifying who I was.

Great place for a loan. After you send everything online, once you get there the service is no more than 10 minutes. Unless you have a lot of questions, you’ll be in and out. Very convenient and the staff is professional. They looked out for me big time after I had last minute emergency!! Great people!!! Head there if you need some money real fast!!

Been trying for a week to get a human, have left a message every day for call back. Final straw was today, sat for an hour in queue only to be sent to an answering machine when my number was up. I'll be going elsewhere for a loan it seems.

Visit was for a small loan to fund a weekend getaway and pay the taxman. Despite being understaffed, the young woman and her manager were both professional, caring and motivated to help! Very responsive and respectful of my time.

Mariner has been there for me for the past 4 years. I've been happy with their service and their understanding nature when I encounter snags.
