Unfortunately I have to give this company a 1 star. No one reached out to me after applying. I called and left numerous messages and no return call. Ended up going elsewhere and getting approved. Communication with your customers will bring you far in business. Work on that.

Stressed out about an unexpected auto expense, I had the pleasure of working with Theresa. She was amazing! Immediately she felt my stress and then assured me that she would do everything to assist me in getting the money I needed. Theresa was very professional, understanding, caring. She took my application and saw the process all the way through signing and even called me with updates about my loan status. Now that's Quality Customer Service. Mariner Finance you have a gem if you don't know already.

Fast and easy service provided with a professional and friendly demeanor. Everything was done for me ahead of time. All I had to do was show up and sign! A great experience!

Initially, i had nothing, but great things to say about Mariner. They were helpful and very professional. Now that America is struggling, Mariner Finance does not offer assistance for individuals who were not directly impacted. People who got sick, people who lost their jobs or even their homes are not the only individuals that were impacted. I was impacted due to taking in family members who lost their jobs and became homeless due to the Covid-19 situation. I was asking for a payment deferral for a month. I'm in no way looking to get out of my obligation. Mariner Finance really needs to take a hard look at the impact this pandemic has had on all individuals. Below is a letter from the CEO. it states, " Our team has been working around the clock to ensure we are able to meet your needs". Also, the first two sentences indicate that they are here to help. They were not. When I informed the individual i spoke with of Mariner's lack of help, all he could say was I'm sorry you feel that way. All he could do was refinance my loan to get more money. Which at this time the last thing americans need is to be more in debt. I am sadly disappointed and will be paying my account off with my Income tax next year and will not be a returning customer. Dear Mariner Finance Customer, We can do this together! At times like this, we need to be here for each other and Mariner is here to help! In this time of uncertainty, I have never been more certain that together we can and will prevail.
