    I have never had a bad experience at this location. I have been using them for a few months and today I ran into an issue. I called up there and spoke to Ramona (store manager). She was so polite and when I got there she remembered me from previous times and got me all taken care of. Lina had attended me on a few transactions and had always been friendly and eager to be prompt & accurate. If you need an ACE cash express this is the one to go to!!!

    Ramace was extremely helpful!!! She went above and beyond to help me out!! She is a fantastic employee!! I hate going into places like this because they usually aren't very helpful but she has completely changed my mind!!! So glad I got to be helped by her!! I hope I spelled the name right. I would gladly go back to see her any time!! Keep up the great work and thank you so much again!!

    Great customer service from Ramona. A coworker sent me your way so that I can cash my check. Before I knew it I was set up with my direct deposit. Ram9na knows her business and is funny as well. I will be sending friends to ACE.

    Ramona at ACE in round rock was great I spoke with her on the phone and she was a fountain of knowledge. I was not sure about the process and what all I needed. When I stopped by the store I cashed my check and set up my checking for direct deposit.

    I was stuck and no one wanted to help, but then I spoke to *Ramona*and she saved the day, she did everything possible to help along with *Lina* these ladies are the best so amazing, kind, really nice, and super super helpful, don't bother going anywhere else just come straight here they will help.     Lina is the most amazing lady I have ever met. She worked through a tornado just to get me my money on time. Never mind all the rest of the Ace Cash Express stores this is the one to go to!!!

    Retail is not what it once was, however I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Ace Cash Express to cash my check. Ramona greeted me and took care of me swiftly all the while explaining about your direct deposit programm. I will be back to set that up soon.
