Syliace is one of the best "Customer Service Managers" by far. Her professionalism inspires even the most weak on customer service! I am wowed by her attitude, dedication, knowledge and most importantly, the way she makes feel special for being a customer. I would say to give her a raise, or even promote her as a regional manager because she makes your brand look Ah-Mazing! Even with the high interest prices that y'all charge, she is one of the reasons why When I was in need for the second time, I picked up the phone up and called ACE Cash Express, so glad to hear her voice over the phone. I know I'll be taken care of 100%

I've been a customer at ACE for several years, and most recently at this location. Syliace and Linda recently teamed up to handle this store, and what I receive at every arrival is a friendly hello and sincere smiles! Gotta love these ladies! Ms. Linda was amazing. I came in with a chip on my shoulder because everyone else was giving me the run around. It was a government check for goodness sakes. By the end of the transaction.
