I was called to ask if I could come in earlier than my scheduled time of 4:00 pm. I said yes and arrived at 1:25 pm. I fell asleep because I actually was seen around 4:00, my scheduled appointment. They stated they had issues with their system going down and I totally understood this but please come and let the customer know, so they aren't just sitting there. I had to approach 2 or 3 times to ask what was taking so long. Don't get me wrong because they are a great group there and very professional and compassionate. They just let this one slip by them. I have never had an issue with them and once their system came back up, I was out of there really quick. They are the friendliest group you would ever want to meet and gets your paperwork finalized quickly when there are no issues. I have nothing but love for them. I was super tired that day and it was draining me to wait that long. I hadn't eaten or slept much that day, so I was kinda wanting to get through the process a little faster. They are still the best in town! I can attest to that. No hassles about you borrowing. Number one in my book. Thanks ladies!

Once Nicole and I had each other's phone numbers, we were in communication from the beginning of my request for a loan to the final signing of the documents. She, along with everyone I encountered at this branch, were very nice and professional. There was never any pressure to finalize the paperwork. The decision was always mine. Nicole explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my final choices.

The ladies were very welcoming an easy to work with. This was a seamless process. It only took about 20 minutes, and I was in an out with my check to deposit in my bank!

I received an ad that said I was pre-qualified for a loan. According to Merriam-Webster the definition of "Prequalify" in this case means that I am able to get a loan and there will be "no deal-killing glitches". However, when you are there, they switch and state that does not mean you are prequalified for a loan. This is misleading tactic used by businesses to get you into their office. You still have to give proof of income in bank statements/cancelled pay check stubs, maybe even a car title as collateral along with the insurance on it at the time. In other words, you are NOT PRE-QUALIFIED!
