Once again Mariner Finance has allowed me the opportunity to realign my finances through an effortless and blazing fast loan application; acceptance and funds disbursement. For the second time; this was made possible thanks to my loan officer, Maritza. Again she made the process smooth and painless, and went to bat for my needs. Thanks to Maritza and the gang at the Mariner on Louetta/Holzwarth Rd. in Spring, Texas! I highly recommend this branch.

The young lady that helped me, Marita explained everything to me step by step and the others that were in the office we're so friendly and pleasant that it made my final decision so easy to make for my future. The staff is friendly! but I didn’t like the experience I was approved over the phone the same day I applied. The next day I went to complete paperwork and was denied because of my mileage. The same mileage I told them the day before….I don’t recommend this place.waste of time!

I originally enjoyed my experience with them, the staff was help but my recent experience was not the same. I don't understand how the company has a log in for customers to pay their loan online and on this app, with ALL of your information, it says that you "qualify" for a certain amount but when you reapply the actual amount you qualify for could actually be thousands of dollars lower than what you were offered on YOUR account, with YOUR information already there. It runs a soft credit report when you apply and it says that you are approved then when they run your hard credit inquiry that initial amount offered lowers significantly. How does a soft credit report and a hard credit report differ that much? How does the fact that my credit has INCREASED make my offer significantly lower? There is a lot of things about this that makes NO sense what so ever.
