My experience with Mariner Finance was phenomenal!! Alicia was such a great help for me. I am going to recommend for you to request for Alicia, she was a such a blessing for me. I am 100% going to recommend this company. I have no complaints of this company. Every time I called and Alicia always answered with a polite and kind voice for helping me with my processing of my documents to be approve for additional loan EXTRA MONEIES!!!!

Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to speak with Mariner Finance. When I called at the requested hour with my documents prepared, the secretary began tooting some annoying song over the phone line as I waited and then she told me I was denied. It would have been professional if you could have called me and told me this earlier so I didn't have to waste time waiting for an appointment or not ask me to make an appointment in the first place until you were certain about meeting with me. Not being approved is an acceptable decisions any business is more than in their right to make. But the way Mariner Finance handles business is unacceptable. MARINER FINANCE IS COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, WASTE OF TIME, HAS NO COMMON DECENCY TO TREAT PEOPLE RESPECTFULLY.

Horrible experience with this local branch in Houston TX with Representative Elisa Z. She intentionally continued to butcher my name, clear sign of disrespecting a person by not attempting to correctly state my name. Although the online services was extremely helpful Elisa was very rude in actions and in her tone. It appeared she found every oppurtunity to not help.

They put you in a room, secluded from the process, meanwhile I could hear them whispering and talking about other stuff. This is not the original branch I got my loan with as I was just inquiring about a refinance ,so the company overall is decent but I’d rather just pay the loan off and be done with it after my experience.

This company has been compassionate, easy to use and contact and very helpful with payment plans. Irma at the Houston branch was sweet and engaging. If you’re a little lower on the credit score scale, don’t use a payday loan without trying them first!

These finance companies are high in interest rates, but will help you get out of a financial crunch if you take care of your financial obligations. I only recommend them if you have no other options. You pay in interest, but they treat you with professionalism and integrity securing their processes with the latest tools in technology which is highly convenient considering COVID regulations. Ask for Alicia, she is awesome!

I was very pleased with my latest experience with this company I did an application from a suggestion on my credit report with credit karma I really wasn’t sure if I would get the loan because I had an account open already But after talking with the young lady she said she would get back with me in an hour or less It was just about that amount of time at first I wasn’t happy because I didn’t get what I asked for so I went with the offer sent all the documents in and got another call with something even better So I’m very pleased with the way my business was handled My representative was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process Thank you all
