    By far the best experience I have ever had at any dealership especially with today's market. Fred Haas Nissan takes such good care of their customers, as a first time buyer this process is always scary. I went to a few other dealership and I was a little overwhelmed and worried, but coming here as a First time buyer. I was extremely happy to have gone here. STAR was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional to a T. She was very informative, she was able to answer all of my questions before signing and really made the rest of the process as smoothly as possible. I had gone in for a nissan kicks 2022 , star and me talked through the different trim levels to really find and pinpoint what it is I am looking for. She gave me updates about when the car was going to arrive. She answered all my questions and concerns. Thank You so much to each and every department.     I recently bought two vehicles for myself and my daughter. It was a pleasure to buy these vehicles from this dealership with the absolute best sales person I ever had, Omar. Omar took excellent care of my daughter and I and he went out of his way to take care of us. In the past, I have not had great experiences with buying new vehicles from other dealerships, but Omar made it comfortable, fair and stress free.     My day was going a bit rough until I stopped by Fred Haas Nissan. I was looking for something newer than my at-the-time 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I pulled up and just started browsing through the lot until I was greeted by a salesman, Kaylum Fontenot. He made me feel confident going forward through the process of getting the vehicle that was best for me. I did not feel pressured and was treated great. Kaylum and the Fred Haas Team worked diligently in working out the best finance options. While waiting, me and Kaylum began to share conversations and shared laughs. This is the first time I’ve purchased from a dealership opposed to buying from used car lots. The experience was amazing. By time we wrapped up everything, I was so excited and nearly forgot to retrieve all of my personal items from my trade-in vehicle lol. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or certified pre-owned vehicle. Very satisfied with my vehicle and the assistance that was provided.     I am very pleased with the service, and the attendant disposition. I was notified promptly with repairs needed for my car. I went in thinking I just needed an oil change and a noise diagnosis, and they found it right away and took care of it. The car was fixed within a reasonable amount of time. They did a great job keeping my car clean; and even detailed my car for me. We get great service every time we need to bring our cars in.

    Linden was extremely helpful, explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle, let me take extended test drive so I could really determine if I was choosing the right vehicle for me. I would absolutely recommend him to others. On the "business" side of things, we did a lot of back and forth with the "tower" and finance to conclude a final "deal" we could agree to. That was not as enjoyable as it could have been. In the end we got a good deal and a great car for the times we are living in.

    My experience with Star Norris as well as her husband was amazing! They were very patient with me and allowed flexibility until everything was figured out. Star made sure that I drove out in time for work and was allowed to keep the car after the paperwork was filled out so that I wouldn’t be late. She really did all she could to ensure that I wasn’t just another customer for example she checked up on me via text to make sure I made it to work in time, asked how everything went as far as the drive and even offered complimentary refreshments whenever I came to the dealership. Definitely a five star experience and five star recommended. If you go to Fred Haas Nissan, go see Star Norris!

    The car buying process at Fred Haas Nissan was extremely smooth from beginning to end. More specifically, I would like to give high praise to my salesman, Kaylum Fontenot. Not only was he an extremely genuine and honest salesman, but also a true professional. I arrived at Fred Haas Nissan on a Friday, late in the afternoon with no solid intent on purchasing a vehicle. I wanted to explore my options, but the more time I spent talking to Kaylum, the more inclined I became. His expertise and knowledge of auto sales was far more superior than anyone I have encountered. His approach was very relaxed and I felt no pressure from him at all. He pushed for a deal to work out in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Not only did I leave that Friday with a new Nissan Altima, I left with my dignity and wallet still intact. I would also like to thank Carlos in Finance for staying late to help wrap up this deal. He was extremely patient and thorough with me and all my questions.

    Had a horrible experience from the time I bought my vehicle in April, first I had an issue with my wipers, that took two trips to the service department to resolve. My first oil change was the only thing that went ok besides the fact that they couldn't find my car or paperwork when I was trying to check out. I just took my car back this week for an oil change and for them to check one of my headlights that was dim when I first bought it but just like the windshield wipers they did not make sure they worked correctly when I purchased it and now they want to charge $3100 to fix my headlight!!! When I first called to schedule my appointment I wanted to schedule with the first service person I met Stacy and they told me I couldn't schedule with her first thing in the morning because she wasn't available so I pushed my appointment up to 9am and guess what...didn't even see Stacy, and then when I called her she told me she would call me RIGHT BACK, and yep you guessed it, never received a call back from her. I had a very important meeting scheduled at 2pm that I had to miss because once again when I showed up to pick up my vehicle they couldn't find the paperwork or the keys. I guess giving me a discount on my oilchange was supposed to pacify me but honestly that was just a slap in the face. I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone to this dealership!!! Wish I didn't have to select a star!!!

    We had an awesome experience at Fred Haas Nissan Tomball this evening. Johnny Boy Oloh was amazing in showing us the vehicle, he didn't need to "create an account" under our names for us just to see the car and test drive it, like the previous car dealerships we had visited.     My experience at Fred Haas Nissan in Tomball was great! I was blessed to have Willie Gallegos as my sales consultant. Right away I loved his welcoming an easy to talk to personality. I told him I really wanted a Kicks, but I was willing to settle for a Sentra and I told him how much I wanted to spend. Well thanks to Willie and the manager, I ended up getting the Kicks just like I wanted. I was so happy, because I had sort of given up on the idea that I could even get a Kicks. There was an issue with my 2nd intelligent key and Willie was willing to go above and beyond to get the key to me. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I am so glad I stopped at this dealership.     My experience has been hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Every single person that I worked with went above and beyond. The manager John Hays was prompt to connect me with their BEST salesperson, Omer Sharif. I had previously bought another Nissan vehicle at Tom Peacock and did not have anything close to the experience I had here at Fred Haas. Omer was available any day and any time and went out of his way to accommodate all of my wants and needs. I had very specific wants and needs and he was beyond patient, thorough and ensured I got exactly what I wanted.     We just moved to the area and this was going to be our go to spot for maintenance among other services offered. We went in yesterday for a diagnosis of our vehicle and they estimated 2 hours for completion. After 3 hours and no call, we call to assess the status of our vehicle. Their response, "we did not find anything, but would like to keep your vehicle overnight for further diagnosis." At this point we are upset because we explicitly told them, we would need our car back by the end of day. But we, decide to leave it since it was already there and wanted to ensure nothing was wrong with our car. The next day there is not call from Nissan. We call numerous times, and we are told the adviser is "tied up", whatever that means. After several hours, up until noon, we decided enough is enough and took an Uber to the dealership. We are welcomed with frowns and zero apologies. The person at the cashier hands us our receipt and and tells us where to pick up our car. To be clear, we will never be coming back despite being only 1 mile away. And we hope not all customers are tretaed this way for the sake of your business.

Now I’m starting to see as long as they got your money they can care less about you. I just got turn away from service due to not having an appointment I’m sorry but I work 6 days a week from 5 am to 5 pm I don’t have a maid , a personal assistant and I most definitely don’t work from home to were I can care my work with me.     Be careful when you look at their “online” pricing, it’s very deceptive. I went to buy a new Pathfinder that listed for $45,255 online spent 2 hours test driving and having my trade in evaluated just to have them bring me paperwork with pricing to show me it had an additional $9,000 worth of “additional add ons by the dealership”, such as nitrogen in tires, wheel locks (can buy at autozone) an additional clear coat (which it doesn’t need) among other things not needed. The problem was none of that was listed online so after taxes, title, ect. they wanted me to pay over $60,000 for a vehicle that listed for just over $45k that’s insane and very deceptive. ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT!!

    I arrived to check a car out that I have been consulting with a salesman about and got there and was told the car was actually not for sale and was going to the auction because of transmission issues. I also checked out a second car that I was interested in which is the 2010 Murano that's listed at $9998 online and I was willing to pay up to 11k cash for the vehicle but was told the lowest they can do was 15k for a 2010 vehicle with scratches on the paint, 3k fee just for " "accessories" and plus tax, title license plates & etc. I walked out that dealership so mad because my time was absolutely wasted today.

    I’ve gotten my last 3 cars from this dealership. Easily the most professional and no games dealership in Tomball. When I was in the market for a new car I must have visited every dealership this side of 249. Nissan was my last stop. I wish it was my first. Would have saved me a lot of hours and frustration from salesmen trying to play dealership games. If you want a sales whos professional, doesn’t play games and works with you to get the deal or price you want ask for Raj Lal. He’s been my sales guy twice now and has helped me get the cars I wanted for the prices I was willing to pay. Sales point aside. Clean dealership. Great selection. Fantastic customer accommodations, and prompt service personnel. If there is any negative I’d have about the dealership is that in the past my oil changes could sometimes take over an hour. But when you go during peak hours you can’t fault them. Too Long; Didn’t Read: Ask for Raj, 5 stars, get new car, best price. Will work with him again in another 2-3 years.

    I had a bad experience at another dealer and went to Fred Haas Nissan, the very next day. I went in knowing what I wanted and they made sure I got that exact vehicle. I didn’t even need to test drive the car because I knew what I wanted. The sales rep, Fabio Segura pulled the car up, helped me check to see if the baby stroller would fit and after that I sat in it and said this is what I want. We went inside filled out all the paper work and the car was mine! The finance manager was very good as well! He made sure the payments were where I wanted them. I got such a good deal on the car that I was sitting there thanking God for the blessing. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, and didn’t make you feel like you didn’t belong. If I ever need anything from them in the future, they will be my first choice and stop. I don’t need to go anywhere else when you have the best. I went all the way from Huntsville to Tomball and I’d do it all over again. Thank you guys so much again!

    They did a hard pull on my credit without my authorization and tried to haggle thousands of dollars on top of the dealer’s advertised price. It made me feel as if they thought I was stupid and I refuse to strike a deal with a dealership with such little integrity. *Edit after businesses response* I was assured that my credit would not be ran as anything other than a soft pull by your sales associate. I specifically said that I don not want a hard pull done on my credit and I was assured that credit wouldn’t be pulled until we agreed on financing terms. Your associate specifically said that it would be similar to checking “credit karma”. I have not responded to your efforts to reach out due to the fact that I am highly offended by the practices that were employed. Your associate blatantly lied to me and instead of taking accountability for the sneaky tactics that your dealership employs you attempt to argue with a patron whom was about to spend $40,000 plus at your establishment. As I said previously, I refuse to do business with an establishment that I feel lacks integrity.

    Have had poor experiences with the service department, from inconsistent information provided by service advisors to incomplete work that rendered my car unsafe to drive however released, only to get a frantic phone call from the department to bring the car back because they forgot to complete something during the repair. I realize that this location has overall good reviews but if you consider what has happened to me, you can only be lucky so long before something goes wrong with your vehicle on account of this locations leisure like attitude towards safety and what seems like zero accountability. I am taking my business elsewhere and for those of you that gave Fred Haas Nissan service department good ratings, please check the work they do to your car to make sure all is right and safe before you drive off!

    Actually went with a friend for the second time to buy a car. I was there when he purchased the car and was going back to trade in. I decided I would like to buy the car he was trading in. To my shock they were trying to sell it to me for $51,000. When they gave him 33, 000. Have not felt that cheated and lied to before. I have purchased about 12 cars in my life and I must say that this was the worst experience ever. The sales person Star was excellent. Good luck to all.

    The ONLY reason this is a two-star instead of a one-star review is because of the salesman. Jose was friendly and knowledgeable, and I wish we could have made a deal with him. However, tacking on FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS to the sales price of the vehicle for accessories that I neither wanted nor asked for is not okay with me. I've purchased my Nissan vehicles at a different dealership and never ever been surprised by something like that. To top it off, one of the managers was extremely rude, talking about how he's trying to "be fair" when fair would be to not charge your potential customers for unnecessary additions just to make an extra buck. When I also got misogynistic vibes from that manager, it was an easy walk for me.

    My husband and I went into the dealership today with it on our minds that we were just going to look for a car. I had a 2020 Dodge Laramie that I didn’t really want to part with but needed to because of my work. I must say that Craig Cecil, our salesman, was THE BEST!!     I came in on 07/11/2022 for my appointment at 5:30pm. My fiancé and I were looking at a 2017 F250 King Ranch. Upon arrival and inspection, we found a few flaws on the vehicle which included dry rotted cold side intake pipe, seized sunroof, cracked driver side taillights, broken passenger AC vent, unplugged water to fuel separator filter sensor, and misaligned doors, which is NOT the reason why I am leaving a one star review. Seeing the flaws, my fiancé and I were still interested on purchasing it. My salesman (which was extremely helpful by the way), assisted me through pricing. The dealership quoted us internet price which was $48,900 and some change. They ALSO wanted to charge a $5,999 “accessory” fee, which I found ridiculous for a pre-owned vehicle that had flaws as I mentioned, and mainly the cracked cold side intake pipe which shouldn’t even pass state inspection in the first place. Anyways, this still isn’t the reason why I am leaving a one star review. My salesmen mentioned that they approved my offer, which was internet price, and $1500 accessory fee, and they sell me the vehicle as is, minus the dry rotted intake piping because that needed to be fix. We were ready to sign the approval letter, but our salesman tells us to wait, because a customer who walked in an hour AFTER us wanted to pay the full accessory fee. Personally, I feel like if I got there first, I should have first dibs. Shame on Fred Haas Nissan for giving me the low blow after accepting my offer, then revoking it to another person who came in an hour after me. To me, that shows how this dealership represents their customers. Money over customer satisfaction and loyalty. Again, my salesman was very helpful, one of the best one I’ve had. Just wish I could have closed the deal with him if management prioritized customer over profits. Will not be going back to this dealer ever again, as we wasted 2 hours out of our day, just to get turned down on an offer that was accepted to another customer who showed up an hour after us.

    Horrible customer service from Frank Ambless. He bluntly won’t answer text or phone calls if you need anything once he has made the sale. Basically no customer service. Customers are only good for a sale and that’s it. He sold me a vehicle for my mom who has an eye condition and it’s hard for her to drive long distances, so he promised he would deliver it himself… guess what after several phone calls and text no ETA or communication as to when the vehicle would be delivered. First rule in sales COMMUNICATION!!!!

    Customer service at Fred Haas Nissan was extremely poor. I have financed vehicles before without any hassle from prior dealership's (Ford, Chevrolet, Acura). Fred Haas Nissan is the current dealership with whom I financed my vehicle. I understand the times we live in due to the strains in the economy and shortages all around. It baffles me to know that you must sign on the dotted line and finance a vehicle without test driving or nonetheless seeing the vehicle. They get upset with you because the first salesman (unknown name/never introduced himself) and I could not communicate due to the strong language barrier. Frank goes on by stating "we have the car you want with gray interior (color I never wanted) we work out the numbers and then you get the car. I don't understand what the problem is." I asked for my keys and they make wait 37 minutes before having to ask somebody in finace to retrieve my keys. I had my vehicle serviced here during its scheduled maintenance, I will no longer service my vehicle at Fred Haas Nissan. I will look at another dealership and hopefully have a better experience. Like Frank said " we need your business!" But Fred Haas Nissan cares little to none about the buying experience. I am glad the experience was recorded via audio and video.     I haven't had such great luck with them since I did my purchase. It's been one thing after the other. Just yesterday they called me to say my plates where in and that they had come in on the 14th but apparently they had no contact number. How can you have no contact number. They said if they mail it I said no they can probably loose it in the mail might as well go pick up. If I knew I would have gotten such bad service since the beginning I wouldn't have done the purchase there.

    UPDATE: Too bad I can’t write new review every time I buy a vehicle from Fred Haas Nissan. As always service is excellent every single time. Just bought a new Nissan Murano Platinum for my wife 2nd Murano in as many years. Also a great place to shop for quality used vehicles. Bought 2 BMW 3 series for my 2 daughters with extended warranty. Both BMWs were checked inside out and before handing the keys they made sure all the services were performed and they filled up the tank plus one free oil change and free state inspection for as long as you own the vehicle. Great waiting lounge with comfortable seating . Snacks and drinks on the house! Excellent shopping experience. GSM Irfan Siddiqui and my sales person Steve provided outstanding service. I definitely recommend Fred Haas Nissan. Had issue with Front Radar, took it over to Fred Haas Nissan, after couple of attempts service Manager Jim took care of the problem.     Great experience, Star helped me out and they all made sure i understood the everything along the way. The price they told me was the exact price i am paying not a Penny more. Star also wasnt to pushy like other car sales associates can be. Melanie sold me a 2018 CPO Nissan Murano SL Midnight Edition; this being my first car buying experience, I was a little nervous from the preconceived notions about car salespeople, but Melanie made the experience extremely enjoyable. She was so sweet! She never tried to push me to buy something over my budget or that I wasn't interested in and made sure I was entirely informed about each car I had an interest in. Mario made the dreadful financing process fun and light-hearted. I was always comfortable and didn't feel pushed to make any decision I didn't want to make.     Took my car to the dealership to be serviced. Requested shuttle service. Shuttle was a no-show for more than an hour. Messed up my plans for other appointment that day. Had to stay until the servicing of my car was done. Sent the feedback on the abysmally poor shuttle service to Laura and the Fred Haas Management team. It has been more than 2 weeks since I provided this feedback but they could not be bothered to respond. Providing complimentary services like timely shuttle rides is something that most dealerships have available for their customers. Truly disappointing that Fred Haas could not be bothered with catering to a wholesome customer experience!

Our shuttle is scheduled throughout the day to make runs to pickup and drop off our guests sometimes three or four at at time. We are capable of making arrangements for alternative transportation in the event our guests have special situations like the one that you described.     Service work was performed as promised, shuttle service fantastic. The only reason for not purchasing a new vehicle from you is the discontinuance of the manual transmission and 4 cylinder engine in the frontier. Bad decisision on Nissans part, Ford went down the same road with their Ranger only to come out with a larger and much more expensive truck. Why doesn't Nissan think about fulfilling a niche in the market to offer a truck that is just a runaround and everyday truck. Me, I have 2 trucks, the frontier which gets driven on a daily basis and a 1 ton truck which may get driven every two - three weeks, when a purpose is created. What good does it to chase after the competition, when you already have a good product, that is offered in limited supply because other manufacturers have gone a different direction.

    It took over 2 hours just to do an oil change. No one ever came to me and let me know what was going on. My appointment was at 11:30am and my car was not put on the stand until almost 1:30pm. A suggestion for Fred Haas Nissan....if you aren't able to do the work in the time you said it would be done, check on your customer and give them the choice to come back another day.

    I have the worst I mean worst car issues with my Nissian Armada. It’s literally a guessing game if it will start everyday. Service department is a challenge to deal with as well. Do not buy. Looking forward to getting rid of this car. My husband has a Titan and same issues. Never buying a Nissian again! After 8 hours got home and noticed my hood all bent on one side. Popped the hood and found electrical tape. They must have really jammed hard to close my hood back. Sloppy if you ask me. Do not go here.

    Rey was absolutely awesome from start to finish. He was honest about the expectations and kept me informed throughout the process. The “2” for how likely to refer a friend to Fred haas Nissan is strictly due to the finance department… The experience that we had through the finance department was a nightmare… I felt pressured and the finance manager would not take no for an answer. After making the finance manager aware that I was going to refinance he made it abundantly clear that I am needing to wait 90 days before I refinance so that he can get paid. Because of my experience I would never refer friends or family to Fred Haas Nissan.

    I came to Fred Haas Nissan a couple months ago just browsing, Johnny Boy came out to assist me and boyfriend and took us on a test drive in an adorable vehicle. I came back today with my mother and sister who have both had a couple bad experiences with salesmen who have tried to take advantage of them in the past. The trick was, we had already had a bank draft to purchase the vehicle but we didn’t tell him until we finally found the perfect car. He 🤦🏽‍♂️(Face palmed) and said “let’s get you into this car today”.     I had requested a quote for a vehicle online and after a few days, nothing was received. I tried their buy @ home feature to get a price and noticed Taxes/Fees were $6,000 ontop of the advertised price of the vehicle. I finally got an email back and let them know I scheduled an oil change for my car at 9:15 a.m Friday to discuss appraisal/potential trade in for the new vehicle. I left the dealership at 12:30 p.m after arriving at 9 a.m. with not a single sales employee talking to me. When I get home, I noticed the vehicle I came in to discuss about was sold. I have purchased 6 different cars from this dealership for my family over the past decade, but I think my business is better served elsewhere at this point. At least be professional enough to tell me you sold it instead of making wait 3 and half hours in case the deal fell through.
