ACE Cash Express Graham Dr, Tomball

When I walked in today and watched the experience that the Ace Associate, Jerie was having with the customer in front of me. I was really impressed and in awe at her kindness and efficiency. My experience was nothing less. She is personal and professional. Great to see her working there

It was my first time visiting this location of ace check cashing and I’m glad I did! I know I would have to say that it is my absolute favorite location. It was clean. It wasn’t crowded. I was given intention by the manager right away. I was treated with courtesy and kindness. She was very efficient and getting my check cash and sending me on my way. She even help me get a prepaid debit card for my personal use in all in a matter of about five minutes. I would totally recommend this location over all other ace cash locations I’ve been to before.

Elizabeth was an absolute pleasure to speak with, she was incredibly proficient and helpful in taking care of my request. She even got me to apply to the store just from her professional demeanor alone! I'd rate my experience a 10/10.

Elizabeth and Armanda are by far the nicest young ladies I have delt with at this office ever! I had a payroll check that for some reason Walmart couldn't cash after going to them every 2 weeks for over a year. When the denial slip popped up of course it looked like it was my fault and I was treated that way when in fact after calling the 1-800 number it had to do with the check itself. I called ACE and Armanda said bring it on over and we'll take a look at it. Elizabeth tapped away on her computer and one phone call to the the company to verify it and it was cashed.
