The online application was very easy to fill, and as soon as I was done, I got a call to finish the process, Was approved for the amount requested, and after that everyting else went smoothly, got the check the same day, and the customer service was awesome, Thank you for everything!

She was awesome she helped me out with everything I needed and explain to me everything I asked her. We financed a softener installation at our house and before Mariner sent any information either via mail or email, it called to confirm payment. When I asked the price they had in their system, they said $1899 although the system we purchased had been $1599 interest free, then I ask how much would i have to pay monthly and they said $101 but clearly, if you multiply that amount by the number of months, it won't reach the total, so Mariner was providing misleading information in order for us not to make the total and paying interest that was not what we wanted and requested in the first place. Only when I said I did not agree with those terms and would not pay what they had informed us, they got a manager who explained that I would need to pay more monthly if I wanted to meet the total in 12 months and not pay the interest. I keep thinking if the call was for someone that did not challenge what they said. That person would have paid hundreds of dollars in interests by following the terms suggested by the company when they never wanted to pay interest. Shame on them for not being upfront with customers.
