    I had an emergency and needed funds immediately. Not only that, I’m a single Mom and my son has just had surgery. I had no help with him and was limited in time and also what I could do since I couldn’t leave him. Cindy and Wendy are absolutely amazing!!! They jumped right to the task and were able to get me approved, docs signed, and out the door in less than 12 hours total. Cindy personally called me every step of the way with updates and Wendy stepped in when Cindy needed to assist another client. I will continue to goto Mariner Finance for all of my banking needs.

    So happy with Mariner Finance! I really like how when you log onto your account there is a chart so that you can see how much of your payment went towards the principle and how much toward interest etc. I can quickly review my history of payments to see where I'm at and how much of my payment actually went to the principle. Really helps me to be able to plan for my payments. This is a really great company and I like how there is a local office if I need to go in for an appointment! ALSO you get a Life insurance policy for only $4 a month!

    While the representative was very polite, she did not follow through. She told me the paperwork would be completed and ready for me to sign when I arrived. That was not the case. I ended up being over an hour late for an appointment. I arrived on time because I understand the value of ones time. She did not respect mine and due to other unforseen complications the appointment prolonged. I suggest better communication and learn to respect people's time.

    I had never heard of them before until I bought my fur baby. They approved me. It was quick, easy, and the monthly payments affordable. I later applied for another loan to pay off some bills, and was able to refinance to have one monthly payment. Still affordable. Office people were nice. I would recommend it, and definitely do it, again in the future.

    I have done business with this company before. They are extremely professional and very courteous. They answer any and all questions that arise and really do go out of there way to make the loan process so much easier then other companies.
