This is hands down the best Value Pawn in Tampa. They always have great products, and customer service is exceptional. Special shout out to Stephanie, who was very helpful on finding the right laptop for my mother. I always look forward to coming here, and seeing what they have, and catching up with the crew.

I tried to sell an oculus rift s vr headset with controllers working and everything working. They said they’ll give me 60 for a vr headset I bought at Best Buy for 600 or 700 DOLLARS. Then I try to sell a 250$ lens for 70 or 80 they want 40 😂😂 ok yeah sure

Great customer service I was help By Mari and Yari Both of which stayed 40 minutes after to help me coming from Hudson Florida with a consul with no receipt but was in the system which took time to research because of the Value Pawn in New port Richey the male manager Andrew who was very rude in assisting But nevertheless he did Mari and Yari for their hard work and giving me a way better item then I had and Pasco County I would recommend them and all the bear assistance and hope that you will have a great experience like me We will return

Called asking if they would buy a couple of items, they expressed interest especially since the items were new in packaging. Drive to the shop and as soon as I walk in, I am told they don't buy items new in packaging. Frustrating and a waste of time and gasoline.

I have been coming here for awhile and the 2 ladies I have dealt with several times now are wonderful. I've never had any issues and they have always taken care of me.
