Horribly slow!!! Waited 30 minutes to pick up. A customer was there with a dog that barked the entire time and wouldn’t stop. It was obviously not a service dog because service dogs don’t behave that way nor did it have a service dog vest on. They should’ve made the lady take the dog out of the store. Because of this I didn’t buy the jewelry that I intended on.

My experience at this establishment was EXCELLENT!!! I don't visit pawn shops at all, however I don't have an ounce of regret for coming to this place what so ever. I honestly want to give the manager Lisa a hug due to her elite customer service. The minute my girlfriend I walked in she made us feel at home, Most importantly like family. We both appreciate the kindness and amazing hospitality that was given to us. We want to give a special thanks to manager Lisa and Chantel for the excellent loving elite customer service. I will definitely be back for more business most definitely. I recommend everyone to go here. Thanks again we will be back.

I just wanted to share the great experience that I had at this location. I stopped in yesterday and spoke with the manager of the shop about a piece of merchandise that I was very much interested in acquiring. She encouraged me to bring in trade items to help me make the deal come together. She was very nice and friendly, as is her wonderful staff. I revisited the establishment today and was assisted by Chantal who was absolutely super! She was very kind, helpful and understanding of my situation and went the extra mile to make my experience a true pleasure! Her coworkers were also very welcoming and cheerful making this an all around pleasurable experience. I will return to do business at this location again and again, based on the experience that I had recently. Thank You One And All!

I just love this place. They help you when you need it and they are all so kind. V is the bomb and so is everyone else. I appreciate when they treat me with kindness and understand when I come in with a sob story LOL and need money. It is great customer service when they call to remind you about the payment. I almost had forgotten about it. When I really like a business I continue going for as long as I need to. For example I was with Cash America since 1993 and stopped 4 years ago. I went into this branch today for the 1st time and was extremely impressed & happy with the customer service I received from Vee & Lucy!!! Thank you Ladies!! I was hesitant at 1st because I usually go to the 1 at Fowler & Nebraska. Rick & the gang there are wonderful as well, but I moved and it's not convenient anymore. So glad to have the new place make me feel as comfortable as the old one. The store is very clean & organized as well!!

Good customer service, Vee is always helpful and says my name when she greets me, Lucy, Lisa, Lee and Chantel are also very helpful. (there's another guy there too but I can't recall his name) and he's also assisted me with various transactions. I've purchased a few gold necklaces as well as rings and every time I've had excellent customer service.
