Couple months later I moved into a new place and needed renter insurance - called Gian again and gave me a great deal bundling both. Reliable, great pricing and customer service. Sandy is thoughtful and knowledgeable when advising customers and proposes options for consideration. While she's scaled back on workdays a bit, she remains available to service all our needs. In fact, I tell her I hope she never retires :-)!
