Had to post again from my review account. Visited 4 months ago.Love Jasmine & Juan. I just recently broke up with my boyfriend. So I wanted to feel the weight gone figuratively. Didn’t really care too much about 💰more than the mental part. Although it helped. Lol They are great staff very personable, and listening to me vent about him being a jerk. Must visit.

I discovered this pawn shop when my local pawn shop was closed for the weekend and I’m glad I did! They sell a variety of things from jewelry, lawn appliances, electronics, brand name sunglasses and purses etc.. They are so friendly and definitely took care of us. Love how they give you an itemized receipt as well! If you’re in the area you should check them out!

Almost all of my jewelry comes from La Familia, the quality is exceptional. They always have very beautiful jewelry and other nice things in the store, I respect them because they don’t sell junk. They also have the best jeweler that does wonderful resizing and repairs, and they don’t try to rob you. #LoveThisStore

Was given a horrible experience at your goldenrod location on Saturday. Nothing can make it better, for it was one nasty employee that treated me like less of a person than the next one. You shouldn't undermine anyone with, "how can I make it right?". You can't. Any discount can not replace ones dignity. Please do not try to paint any type of sorry sympathetic responce such as , "not my store". I know better. Try educating your employees a bit more. Besides, a customer has no business hearing your employees gossip about women from church while they need assistance.
