Melissa Miranda and Cristian were Amazing they went beyond to help me. I don’t have a personal account with this bank but have had to deal with them due to direct deposits. Melissa took her time in trying to help me and even contacted the office for me. Their customer service was excellent. If everyone were like them and took the time to treat their customers with kindness and understanding I would recommend anyone to them.

Good service, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Always a good attitude and friendliness August, 2021 The bank branch began to work as before. It is very pleasant to see long-familiar employees. For example - always friendly and highly qualified Soraya Pino. Each bank branch is primarily staffed. It looks like the office will be as hospitable with a new manager as it was two years ago, before the pandemic. We are glad to see the bank branch as before!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I came here to deposit a check. After speaking to the representative at the front desk, she told me the wait time was two hours and I’d have to open an account. I explained to her my FULL situation and she said they would be able to cash my check no problem. She was 1000% sure. After WAITING TWO FULL HOURS AND WASTING MY MORNING, the financial manager comes out to tell me I can’t cash the check. He did not want to give me any solutions or help me and had a WOULD-BE BOA client walk out. I was never interested in Bank of America as a bank and now I am DEFINITELY NEVER becoming a client with this bank. This is the most FRUSTRATING, time-consuming, and unorganized bank ive ever been to. The finances manager is the most sarcastic, unprofessional, and unsympathetic “professional” “manager” I’ve ever spoken to. It’s definitely his fault that the person he was working FRONT DESK has the incorrect information given to customers.

I went to this Bank to do my deposit for another person and the lady that is in the front was asking who needs help I raised my hand and she said am coming, she asked again and I raised my hand again and she didn't hear me just shut me out that am coming back for you, OK. I continue doing my line for 30 minutes and I got attended and the teller told me before go to the line you have to fill it out the paper for deposit that's what I was trying to do to asked to the lady in the front, but there don't let to talked to communication just do thisthis. Come on people heard costumes too. Don't shut it up.Clients get frustrated, help more !!WORSE SERVICE EVEREVER, NO PROPER COMMCOMMUNICATION WITH CLIENTS.

Orlando FL I have a bank account with Bank of America For more then to years November 2 of this year I went to the ATM of this location - 1700 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL 32822 I deposit 1600 Dollars cash 16 bills of 100$ The ATM give me a paper saying that I just deposit only 300$ and still today is the day where they do not give me my money back and nobody has called me to solve this problem if nobody answers me I will talk about all this in public

With everything going on, many branches in Central Florida have changed their business hours. Yesterday I needed help understanding something and decided to call in before going in. Janice T the manager, answered and extremely kind. She verbally walked me thru the entire process, and ensured that it had been complete. I later had an issue, and I went in. There was quite a line, but Hector was greeting everyone and when I explained my issue, he showed me exactly what to do with ease and simplicity. I asked if I could please speak with Janice, and when she came out I thanked her for how helpful she and Hector were. It truly made the banking experience so delightful.

0 stars if it would let me for this branch. When I explained the reason I had come in, I was told with an appointment I could have everything resolved. Well, one week later, and a 30 min wait past my appointment time, I was told in less than 5 minutes that no "we can't do that". So they really need some actually training for their staff so they don't come across as either ill knowledgeable or outright liars.

I think I come here because it's near my house, but driving to another BoA would save me time. Always a 7 person line to see a teller. Always just one teller working. A woman is in another teller spot, counting money. Like lady, you have a huge line, do your busy work later

Don't bank at any bank of America I have been a customer for 6+ years, and they have been hitting me with over draft fees. I cover most of them but they are not lenient with me as a customer andunprofessional, it's a shame how they treat you. how anyone still registers for this bank is beyond me hopefully this bank will shut down or change their ways.
