I am a returning customer and both times I have been assisted by Christine, and there is nothing to say but to congratulate such a valuable staff member you have. Very assertive with my questions and extremly professional. Would recommend her for any promotion within the company when the time comes.

Great customer service but it’s not worth getting your credit score hurt , I was told I was pre approved & only got offered 300$. Real waste of time for all the paperwork they require . Not pleased

I have a credit score of 710 and I have a couple of credit cards with zero balance and I was trying to use this company so I don't have to use my credit cards. The first problem is that they tell you that you're going to be pre-approved but they don't give you the amount of the pre-approval. Second problem I had is a hard pull credit history for me to get approved, I've been trying to keep my hard pulls on the minimum since I want to get a business credit card. Third problem I had after they did the hard pull they approved me only for $300 when I can get $500 in Amscot with only $52 extra on fees. The fourth problem is if you're going to go with these people you have to remember that each time that you renew your contract is a new hard pull, that will affect you if you're trying to get credit cards or other stuff with your credit. I know they will report to your credit but all the time that you renew your contract is a new hard pull, do you think it's worth it? From my personal opinion I won't go back with these people since they just screwed up my credit history on hard inquiries on my credit. Hopefully this opinion helps you decide what choice are you going to take. 😉
