I was concerned to work with this company when I started my car loan in 2016 but they have been nothing but wonderful. They take my payments out exactly when they say they will and even helped me pay off my loan almost a year early. When it came time to close out my account I worked with Carlos Sr. and Paula who were lovely! So friendly, so kind, I'm almost considering getting another car just so I can work with them again haha Maybe not but you will be in good hands when you work with AutoPayPlus!

Denise was wonderful. I only needed to verify one small amount on my account. Not only did she provide this information she also helped me get the new account set up for online and provided additional services offered that I am not using at this time. Such a wonderful person to talk with and extra helpful. I have worked in customer service for a utility for over 27 years and she ranks top notch.

Today auto pay plus made me feel like a valued customer. I spoke with Amanda and explained that my husband and I are starting a new jobs and will not be getting as many checks for the month of June as we would normally. To get us back on our feet I asked if I can have a few payments removed. Due to my outstanding payment history and having paid a month in advance, She was able to remove three weekly payments for me. She was courteous and addressed all my concerns.

Auto pay plus has been a life saver for me. Because of auto pay plus i have been able to pay off my car , when times was hard my car note was still paid . This program has been a life saver for me. I cant express my thanks to Michael who has been such a helping hand keeping me on track with my payments . i was able to pay my car off 6 months a head of schedule. Auto plus program saved me money in interest fees by the hundreds. I love this program so much I'm paying off another car with the program . Trust me you can't go wrong utilizing their program. Just purchased car 4 days ago, first payment not supposed to come out until 7/8/22 per calander given and i have a withdraw on my bank account today. Tried to call, waited on hold 2 hours then call disconnected. Called again left my info to be called back haven't heard anything yet. Not off to a great start so far. 😕

I have been using this company for over 15 years. What a blessing! They are very professional and helpful. They make our transactions go smoothly. I never worry about payments being made. They do a great job and Jeremy was a pleasure to work with.

The bank that holds my car loan was recently merged with another bank. Denise worked with me to ensure I obtained the correct information from the bank to provide to AutoPayPlus to ensure there were no gaps in my loan payments. She stayed on the phone until she was positive all the new account information had been verified. Denise was very professional and courteous.

I use Auto Pay Plus for a go between for my car loan. They were fantastic at what I used them for and when my creditor messed up my payments and tried to send me checks to a wrong address I called auto pay plus to figure out how to get all of the money back that was lost. Carlos Jr was able to locate everything and help me out. He was very professional and helpful on the phone. Thank you guys.

Jeremy helped me super quick with all my account problems, was extremely helpful and really nice! Man went above and beyond to solve my issues, give this man a raise and a promotion cause if every customer service person was like him we’d be living in straight up heaven. Denise was awesome. She assisted me and guided me through my process with ease. She also was able to provide me with perks and services that are offered by the company and was again awesome. Customer service like hers is hard to find now and days.

I needed to make changes to a payment handled by AutoPayPlus. Denise was extremely helpful and friendly. I had to call to follow-up and she quickly handled the situation. I have been with AutoPayPlus since April 2016 and they have made the payments like clockwork.

Everyone at auto pay plus is fantastic. They work with you to able to manage your account. I've never had better service with a loan company then auto pay plus.

My account with this company has been placed on hold twice at no fault of my own and I cannot continue to pay for such incompetent practices. Most recently my account was placed on hold due to a system error and has yet to be rectified by the company with the error! And, after looking at the BBB, with whom they are not registered, I am NOT the only customer with similar experiences.
