I was hesitant at first but once they began to show me ways to help me improve my credit it became easy. I will say excellent service and very easy to talk too. Had a rep from this company show up unannounced when I just got home from work and was in my night clothes!! Though he was very professional I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MAIL OR SIGNED UP FROM SERVICE. I have NO TRESPASSING/ NO SOLICITATION on my fence and porch soo… Again never signed up, looked into this company and WANT TO BE REMOVED FROM THIS LIST IMMEDIATELY.. Rep showed up at my home and harassed me to follow up on their junk mail they’ve been sending me. Their salesman refused to take my no for an answer! He kept hollering out loudly that I am in debt for all my neighbors to hear in an attempt to pressure me to sign up for their services. This is an invasion of my privacy, I felt threatened, and have contacted the police regarding this interaction. Thanks to this, I don’t think I’ll feel safe to answer my door again since I don’t know if I’ll be receiving these threats and harassment again!!

Someone from this place showed up at my home unsolicited this afternoon and began asking my family questions about the times I am home and where I was. He stated they had sent me mail and wanted to follow up on it and go over things with me. I did not request this service, and I DO NOT appreciate anyone showing up at my home in this way! This is very invasive, and creepy! I dont know how I got on this places radar, but I want to be removed IMMEDIATLY! If anyone shows up at my home again I will contact the police for harrassment and trespassing.

Today I had a Representative from this company show up at my door, it took me by surprise when he told me he could pull up my credit report and had information about my debt. This is extremely creepy and I do not consent to anymore visits. Don’t ever do this again, this was very uncomfortable and I want to be removed from your company’s records. I did get an email back from your organization where you state that you believe what threw me off is having a live person show up and yes, it is. I don’t think that’s an appropriate approach and I don’t want that to happen again.

Today I had 2 representatives approach my door aggressively. The woman was saying “hello!” Loudly outside after knocking as if I hadn’t heard her already. Instead of telling me who she was looking for, she felt the need to say “I’m not sure if he’s your husband or..” which is super unnecessary. They were looking for someone to follow up on a mailer that had been sent. If the person never followed up on your mailer and actually set up an appointment, its totally inappropriate to just show up to their home. I also found it inappropriate trying to ask my relation to the person they were looking for because that’s not your business. Seeing as I’m not the only person bothered by these invasive and unsolicited visits, I think the company should really revamp their choice of approach. Maybe try calling people first to follow up instead of popping up at their homes with inappropriate questions.
