Latino Community Credit Union Capital Blvd, Raleigh

Went in there at around 10 am or 11 am. The receptionist Alice had a very horrible attitude and lacked customer service skills. I asked her to repeat the instructions simply because I could not hear her through the mask , she had a very awful attitude when it came to repeating herself and speaking more clearly. Once I explained to her something about my check , she catched a very bitter attitude towards me as if she did not know the regular drill of her job. The teller with curly hair couldn’t seem to give clear instructions on where to wait. She simply pointed out into space , it is clear she needs to step up her customer service skills for any other qualified job.

LCCU is amazing! Especially the new Capital Blvd branch. Even though it’s always very busy there, the employees are very friendly and professional and the services they provide are excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Trash phone service I've been trying to speak to a representative for over a month now and I'm only listening to the recordings. When I select to speak with a representative I wait for a long time and nothing happens until I get bored and end up hanging up and it is always like that

The truth is, thank you very much to all the staff of this branch! For a great and wonderful management during the vaccination process and above all for the apollo and attention he gives to each of his clients. Thanks

DON’T RECOMMEND SERVICE AT THIS OFFICE!!!! My Boyfriend applied for a loan there and was told the vehicle’s value was not good but was approved for a loan just not that vehicle. We found one we liked better value thought our process was going to be easier since he was already approved. Agustin Sanchez was the guy that helped him out 1st he never answered the calls, we later learned Luz Hernandez was the one with his application. We were transferred to her line around 12:30pm no answer. We emailed her, no answer. Thinking she might be at lunch we called back in an hour no answer. Even the dealer called got no answer or no response through email. Called both Agustin, and Luz all day no answer we decided to go to the Carrboro office around 1 the receptionist there was very helpful she called the Raleigh office got in touch with someone and they told her Luz was at Lunch got transferred to Agustin’s line NO ANSWER. Finally we came back at 3pm Luz Hernandez finally decided to answer to only be rude and tell us we had to wait 2 days to do the loan saying the down payment was $2300! Never again will we work with that office. They have no respect or any work ethic! Til this day have they not returned my call. We found out Agustin is the branch manager there but for him being a MANAGER he only shows that he is far from responsible when it comes to attending customers. All it was going to take for us to get better service was a response from them which never happened! We went to the Durham office WITHOUT appointment we were in and out in less than an hour! With a down payment of $1000!! If you want better service go to Carrboro NC or Durham NC office!
