Navy Federal Credit Union Poyner Village Pkwy, Raleigh

Same issue that everyone else is having. Don't have tellers take their lunch breaks and go down to one teller with a dozen people in the queue!

ATM is constantly not working. This is the third time I have tried to make a deposit but it won’t allow me to make a deposit. Would be nice if I could deposit my money into my account

Great CU I wish that twice a week they would have extended hours - say to 1900 hours. At least on Friday.

This branch still has customers waiting outside in temperatures that exceed 90 degrees because of Covid. CDC and state regulations allow people to gather without restrictions indoors if you have been vaccinated. I don't mind wearing a mask but this Branch only allows 3 to 5 customers in to see a representative. It's more dangerous for a senior to stand in summer heat for 30 plus minutes than to catch Covid at this stage.

I flew down to NC for a last minute car purchase, I'm so sorry I forget her name, she knows(far left teller!) was the most helpful ever. Things were not going well from printing, to approvals, to travel arrangements, and she made sure to make my auto loan process as easy as it could be. Thank you again for all your help!

I wasted my entire lunch break waiting to be served because there was only ONE teller during the busiest time of the day. Oh and after waiting forever, I still wasn’t served because I had to get back to work. I will never go back to this location! Very unprofessional

I actually went to this branch this morning and ended up having to leave after 45 minutes of waiting for one of the staff members to assist me in completing a wire transfer. There were 3 offices including the one I was waiting in filled with people waiting to get assistance with forms but none of the staff came to assist anyone. The bank teller lines were moving fast but be prepared to sit and wait of you're planning to do anything else at this branch. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

Customer service here was so Amazing 😉 Thanks You To Mrs.Tonia Wakefied. She was very professional, but still yet kind. This branch seems to be very nice and clean and I was also greeted with a smile I would definitely be making more visits and telling my fellow Raleigh Associates about this branch keep up the good work👍🏽.

First off I’m soooo happy we now have a branch in Raleigh. I went into this location for the first time today and I had the pleasure of being helped by Ms.Shay. She was very nice and handled our issue quick. I would also like to acknowledge Paul. He’s the first person you see when you walk into the branch and he radiates positivity. I hope every experience is as nice and speedy as this one was.❤️

I love everything about having a Navy Federal Credit Union branch in north Raleigh. Service second to none from smiling and happy people. I wish the parking lot was better but that’s the only negative here.
