Honestly this place is convenient at times and I’m sure the people inside are nice and sweet but the wait can sometimes be unbearable in the drive thru line. I’m sure it has to do more with the customers and not the staff but it’s still something to consider. The parking lot on the other hand is in extremely bad shape and for a long time, until they recently patched it, there was a massive pothole in the middle of where you would exit the bank. That’s ridiculous for a large bank that has tons of money.

3 screaming and angry customers within 15 minutes tells you everything that you need to know about this location. Banks usually aren’t exciting enough for reviews of any kind but this place is as awfully ran as could be. I personally spent two hours in the drive thru - I promise that is not an exaggeration. Do NOT come here if you are in any sort of hurry. I also personally witnessed staff LAUGHING visibly at several customers that were frustrated with the service. What a joke.

2nd time at this location. 2nd bad experience. They have one teller working the inside and one working drive through. There were 4 associates sitting in their offices while the lines were backed up inside and out. They need to review their coverage and the busy times at the bank.

I like BB&T the bank it self is very good. But, this specific branch, ALL THE EMPLOYEES have no experience in customer service at all. They do not know how to say sorry. I do not have to explain what happen to me. But, they are rude specially the old white lady. To be honest there are two guys there they are very good, and new yong lady, white guy and Hispanic guy they know how to do customer service. other than these two guys and the young lady.. all of them are rude, and junk and BB&T are loosing costumers because of them. NOW i have to go to the other branch because they treat me way better than them. Hated it

Poor service and major attitude from majority of the tellers. I'm glad I'm not a customer with this bank because I would really be upset that I pay a monthly fee and receive lack luster service. The company I work for uses this location for business purposes which is the only reason I step foot inside this place.

This location, or its address, is being used in spear phishing attacks. Spear phishing is where a criminal collects partial information about you in order to seem accredited, but is actually lulling you into a false sense of security in order to get your full phone number or social security number. I was worried I was a victim of identity theft, but luckily did not trust the person asking really insistently for my social security number, and had a local police officer call the number listed on the letter and introduce himself... and they hung up on him! SCAM.

Went to the drive thru before the July 4th Holiday. I was in the line at 4:45 and they only had 2 lanes open (like always) out of the 4 they have available. Both lanes had 4 cars in them each. When I finally got up to the window to deposit a 10K check, they lady said over the speaker, Im sorry you were here after 5 and we close at 5. I told her I was in line before 5 and that they were slow in helping customers which is why it was now after 5, if they were closed why were the green lights still on over the lanes saying they were open?? Her reply was again rudely "nope you were here after 5" I said I would be closing my business account if she couldn't help me since it was the Holiday and I needed this money in my account, no help. I closed my business account which I run hundreds of thousands thru each year the next day they were opened. They need to get some people in this store that are customer friendly, not slow, and know what they are doing as they seem to have a high turnover rate here. I have had this place loose deposits, not count them right, enter them incorrectly in my account, and they never have more than 2 lanes open even on busy times of the day. Maybe when they merge with Suntrust to become Truist they can get their act together, right now they just do not care about the Customer at ALL! Stay far away from this place!!!

Go out of your way to avoid this bank. We set up accounts here at work years and years ago and I would never use it for my personal bank. Consistently 15+ minute wait in line to make a deposit. They’ve been understaffed for months and months and months. Not interested in the customer at all

This place had closed off their building from indoor customer service and had 2 full lines of cars waiting and it didnt budge for 10-15 mins NEVER COME HERE!!!

After waiting for almost 30 minutes they lied to me about not being able to do something for me that atleast 4 other locations have done for me with no problems. It was near the end of the day so I imagine they just told me this so they wouldn't have to help me. Been banking with BB&T for eight years now and never encountered a store that was so unhelpful.
