Lane Stephen's with the merrill Investment team made a complex situation easier to navigate by going over and beyond to help me .On two occasions while showing great patience and a most certain kindness and understanding he got the task completed. Service in excellence shines through when you have this experience. Thank You Lane for fixing the seemingly impossible problem.

    Response from the owner

Horrible customer service. The teller acted like it was an inconvenience to wait on me, I inquired about depositing coins (because we have a national coin shortage) and the teller said we don’t take coins. I wish it was easier to switch banks, because this experience definitely makes me want to leave BOA, I’ve always said I like the no hassle approach to banking but the branch employees definitely leave something to be desired. And that’s at every location in the area, not just this branch.

we are with bank of america for more than 3 years. Never had an issue until they steal the money during wire transfer. Support is useless and incompetent.

I've never had a complaint at Bank of America before but my teller I just had was incredibly rude. Andrew was his name. He was extremely rude to an older gentleman in front of me who was hard of hearing. When it was my turn to make my deposit he asked me very loudly "if this was from my job" and "why I wasn't using direct deposit." He was just very rude. I'm a New Yorker and I don't think I could even be this rude to someone! Never going back to this branch.

Worst branch ever. They don’t answer the phone and I find it hard to believe that absolutely nobody in there has even a second to answer the phone and I’ve been calling for a week straight. The older woman in there is rude and makes excuses so she doesn’t have to do her job.

It is ridiculous to close so early that banking after work is impossible! If anything you should delay opening to allow for better evening service.

    Response from the owner
