I called into Johnson Lexus just to come look at a specific SUV and browse their lot. I was not really in the market for a new vehicle at the time or so I thought. Upon arrival I was introduced to David Mehan who casually helped me browse their inventory. I was not sure exactly what I wanted and was open to suggestions. Dave showed me several vehicles all of which would have been excellent choices and was able to answer all my questions no matter the make or model instantly and with confidence. He definitely know his product and not just Lexus. What instantly stood out, Dave genuinely was looking at building a relationship not just trying to rush me into purchasing a vehicle. Eventually though, he showed me one that had just come in on trade and was perfect. I was SOLD! His impeccable level of customer service and attention to detail in a "NO-PRESSURE" demeanor is why moving forward Dave will be my first call when needing a vehicle or recommendation to friends/co-workers in the market. What was only supposed to be an information gathering trip turned into getting by far top-dollar for my trade-in and an excellent deal on a CPO RX-350; the perfect REALTOR / "Golf Dad" SUV. We worked with Jackson Szyperski the sales manager whom went above and beyond getting me instantly approved through Lexus Auto Financing even with what is a constant challenge being an independent contractor. Dave and Jackson do business the old fashion way and truly put their clients first. While I was sad to turn in my beloved Mercedes convertible, I am looking forward to adding an LC500 to match the RX 350 and wouldn't purchase from anyone other than Dave and Jackson at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh.

Their auto detailing department sucks and the process to buy my car was incredibly slow. It was a 3 day process, and I already had my own financing. Then they put pressure on you to give a 100% survey rating because they get in trouble if they doing get a good rating. I didn't want to get anybody in trouble so I just didn't do the survey. Unfortunately there aren't many new Lexus dealerships in the area so we are stuck with this dealership if we want a new Lexus.

I have been dealing with them since 2011 and never had any major issues with any of my cars. Customer service, and repair service is superb hands down. If you don’t have a Lexus go get you one from them. I also love the complimentary parking at several locations around Raleigh.

Called over the weekend and explained to finance manager that I live in VA about 3 hours away and want to purchase a lexus and asked the steps to make it an easy process. He said it would be no problem. Sales manager emailed today and said the cars are for local guests only, and they cannot assist me. They just lost our business on a 46k vehicle.

After experiencing a total loss on my vehicle, we were in the market for a new one and in a hurry. We were torn between two very different used models from different brands and sent in an inquiry online. We worked with Todd who helped us look into a Buick Enclave they had on the lot. It was very competitively priced, truly the best within 1,000 miles (because I looked that far out). Todd was a joy to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly and made the test drive process so easy and painless. Turns out, the vehicle wasn't for me, and with inventory issues, they didn't have the vehicle I ended up wanting. If they did, I'm certain Todd would have moved mountains to earn our business, but it wouldn't have taken much to earn it with as nice as he was to work with. He's at the top of the list of people we'd call to buy a car from again based on this one experience.

Johnson Lexus is absolutely top notch with the personal service they provide. Todd Eyl went above and beyond to find me the RX I was looking for. I also want to give a shoutout to Dashiel, who made the paperwork process smooth and quick and also Eric, who made sure I knew all the technology on my RX before leaving. Johnson Lexus always makes my husband and I feel like family whether it is at a service appointment or buying a vehicle.

Tow truck driver waited 30 mins and was told their car would be retrieved from the back. Come to find out car was in the front no one bothered to say anything and the car didn’t run after a $1000 payment. Terribly service from the boys under the service reception.

The service department is top notch. The waiting area is broken down into different areas. There is a reading area(no cell phones) a TV waiting room, a business center waiting area complete with desktop computers and a general waiting area with access to a “coffee shop” style serving area complete with fountain drinks and tall tables with stools. This is posh!

I purchased my car from Flow Lexus in Greensboro. I had some issues with trying to get financing at Johnson, and a associate who was rude, but George the manager went over and beyond to rectify it. Not only did he call me, and acknowledge my issue, listen to the audio, but he got me the part I needed and hand delivered it . It Which meant the world to me. I can't give him enough stars !!!

Being an out of state buyer, I required a lot of initial communication about the vehicle I was interested in. Travis Howard was incredibly attentive and honest - he even went so far as to snap pictures of the small defects I couldn't see from the pictures online and share them with me. After I drove 4 hours to see it, Travis made me feel appreciated and valued for bringing my business from so far away. The whole process was as smooth as you could hope for, considering the nature of the purchase. 10/10 would work with Johnson Lexus if given the opportunity again!

I was unsuccessful in securing a vehicle with Johnson Lexus and yet I'm leaving a 5 star review! If you are familiar with the history of Lexus then you are aware that the initial vision of the brand was to enter into a covenant with it's dealers as to ensure the lost art of "customer service" was placed at the forefront of the experience. Johnson Lexus has knocked this out of the park! The respect and care that I have received beginning with the General Manager to the lease Consultant Mr. Baldwin has been nothing less than exceptional. I will indeed be back to make a purchase very soon. -..."Lexus will treat each customer as we would a guest in our home. If you think you can't you won't. If you think you can, you will. Clean and easy used car purchase. Drove 400 miles to buy, so didn’t want any unpleasant surprises. Salesman carefully made sure that I understood everything about car in advance. Everything went flawlessly. (Did not expect my car to be presented with a red bow. )

Very pleasant experience at this dealership. Went in to test drive and my wife and I left with a very nice RX350. The staff was very professional and treated us with the utmost respect. We got the deal we asked for and a surprising higher offer for our trade-in then what I was expecting. Many thanks to our salesman David Coleman for his patience and friendliness, to the sales supervisor Jackson for making this happen and for his special treatment of military personnel, to Mr. Sergio for assisting with the finance and extended warranty, and to Mr. Erick for giving us a personal 1-1 class on all the features the RX offers. I would consider this dealership for my next purchase if I find my future truck on their lot, and recommend them to anyone in the market for the best brand in America, can’t go wrong with a Lexus.

Everything about Jonson Lexus is 5 stars except their service department unfortunately. They apparently have a manager called Rick Bergevin who's name and number are printed on the invoice so that customers can call if they are not COMPLETELY satisfied with their service visit. I have been trying to reach Rick for two day but for some reason he has not gotten back to me. I called and left a message and i have also sent a text. This is unusual from such an excellent institution and i am sure the owner would not be happy to know they received a 2 Star review for my last service experience. I paid $298.55 for an oil change and for that amount of money you expect nothing less than 5 star service. Unfortunately i won't be getting my oil change again at Johnson Lexus and will opt to have it done for a fraction of this price else where. Sorry Rick.

Had a recall on my vehicle which they took care of and provided a loaner for. While they had my vehicle, asked for them to perform a 75k service which primarily consists of rotating the tires and visual inspections. I paid for all the services but then when provided my receipt, it annotates that tire rotation was not performed due to aftermarket wheels. Essentially paid for nothing. Will not return here for service.

Long story short, I've been with Lexus for 13 years and they've never disappointed. The car itself is like no other I've driven. The sales people are attentive and knowledgeable, as well as the service reps. I'm treated so well when I call or go there for service. The place sparkles with cleanliness. Unfortunately, my car is on its way out, but I truly wish I could be part of the Lexus family forever.

Mike is super knowledgeable, responsive , and has a great customer service skills. We has some loose stitches in the back seat. First off, they did not rush us when we showed up on the lot. We had to talk and look at cars by ourselves. Then after about 15-20 mins the salesman came out and was very courteous and friendly. If I remember correctly his name was Tod Eyl. My wife and I had been shopping around for an SUV for a while and every single dealership we went to didn’t seem to care about us just the money. Tod seemed like an honest man to us and the business model we observed seemed like they cared about customer satisfaction over a quick buck. Those qualities, along with a great vehicle and good price, lead us to buy from them. Even if you aren’t looking for a Lexus, they are worth talking too.

I was looking for a subcompact Lexus for my wife. I tried Johnson Lexus of Raleigh, and was incredibly fortunate to meet Sterling Faison who is a sales consultant at this exquisite dealership. I can’t say enough about the wonderful salesman who helped me Clinton Nichols. I walked into the dealership on a nasty rainy day and he reached out to me right away, with no issues, acknowledging that I was a woman alone looking for the right car. I was treated with respect kindness and an absolute understanding of what I was looking for. I can’t say that for other salesmen at other dealerships. Clinton was honest , straight forward and beyond personable. I had many questions and he answered them all. I felt like he completely understood my every need and delivered the perfect car to me. I would have given this experience at Johnson Lexus a 5 except for the final financial paperwork gentleman at the end. He seemed put out that my husband and I didn’t extend warranties and was certainly not friendly or personable. Other than that my Raleigh Johnson Lexus experience was awesome. My entire experience with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was incredible! For me to live in Florida and take delivery of my new 2016 Lexus GS 350 F-Sport in North Carolina should tell you what kind of customer service is provided at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. Christian was extremely helpful answering any questions I had, we spoke for about 2 weeks and only by email. He went above and beyond to help me get into a new car. Next was Steve Wentz, along with Christian, Steve showed top notch customer service. He also stayed in communication with me and was the one that helped me with the process at the dealership when I arrived. He explained everything to me during the paper work and could not have been more clear about it. Craig Green was the specialist that assisted me on how to use the functions of the vehicle. Very clear cut and informative on the vehicle. Wes the finance manager helped me pick a few additional warranty options that best suited my needs and was awesome in explaining the warrant features. If I was able to give Johnson Lexus of Raleigh and their staff a 10 star I would certainly do so! Thank you for making my first car buying experience easy and uneventful. Wonderful sales and service department. Go see Dash. Not your typical high pressure car dealership , which was so refreshing. They had a lot of used inventory and were very knowledgeable. I loved that they spent several hours with us helping us learn about the features of our RX 350 before we left. I also recently had my first service appointment and it was wonderful as well! Jay Dyer was really good with us and there was no pressure. He came very close to our offer and made everything a breeze. I have purchased many vehicles and have been sitting there waiting for the finance guy and going through a stack of papers a mile high. Here at Johnson Lexus we were surprised that we were only in there about 15 to Twenty minutes and the deal was done. The technology person we had was very knowledgeable and had the patience to explain everything to my wife at a level that was more her speed and not too technical. We were so impressed we sent my wife’s mother over to Jay to work her up a deal. Best car buying experience we ever had.

I was in the market for a new Lexus, had a certain budget in mind, and currently live in the Charlotte area. With that being said Charlotte has a few Lexus dealerships in the area; however, none were telling me what I wanted to hear. In talking with my aunt who has purchased two vehicles from Johnson Lexus in Durham, she recommended I contact Johnson Lexus. Both the Durham and Raleigh location were contacted, and the Raleigh location and Zack Gray were able to assist me in making my new purchase. From the moment Johnson Lexus was contacted we had excellent service, and Zack truly went over and beyond when it came to helping me make my first car purchase. With this being my first car purchase naturally TONS of questions arose; however, Zack, answered every single one with patience and honesty (definitely allowing me to know that he truly was interested in what was best for me). It took me several days to decide whether to purchase or not, and not once was he pushy; all that was displayed was support, patience, honesty, and kindness. He definitely worked to get me the best deal on my first Lexus IS 250 F Sport, and I am truly grateful. In addition to getting me the best deal he was able to schedule the delivery of my car around my hectic work schedule, which I really appreciated. Overall, Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was a outstanding, and I had a pleasant encounter with everyone on staff that helped me with my purchase. Marcus Baldwin made my experience at Lexus a very positive one. I have always bought my cars at Fred Anderson, so this was a completely different experience for me. He made the process of purchasing the 2020 ES300h, a very fun and educational one. He never exhibited any of the high pressure techniques many salespeople use. I have owned 10 Lexus RX350s, RX330s and the initial RX300 from several Lexus dealerships around the country. However, this is my first Lexus from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. The best buying, financing and technology overview we have ever experienced occurred this weekend with Gavin, Rhonda and Eric. First congratulations to the dealer ownership and management for creating the work atomsphere that provided this experience. But more importantly thank you to the professionals mentioned above who made this buying experience the best yet. Hi. I got my 2018 Lexus RX350L SUV for 15K service at Dealership on Friday 20th Feb. Paid $118 for service. They mentioned they rotated tires, vacuum and cleaned my car, top up all fluids etc. When I came back home and opened hood to clean my car, guess what - they did not top up any fluids. Coolant was close to low level. Steering Fluid at half. Seems they did not top up fluid. This is very disappointing that one of the top dealership in state - Johnson Lexus charging customers for the work, which actually they did not perform. I am not sure what other work they mentioned they did, were actually done. I am kind of losing trust on this Dealership. Very Disappointing experience at Johnson Lexus Dealership at Raleigh

For years we have driven non-Lexus automobiles. A few years ago we purchased a used Lexus from a non-Lexus dealer for our daughter. We were pleased with the car but not the service. We began taking it to Johnson Lexus. We were very pleased. Meantime for the other 4 non-Lexus cars while the cars performed well the dealership service center did not. When it was time to replace we tried Johnson Lexus due to their service. We were not disappointed. Tim Lyon is a knowledgeable, fair and patient salesman. We gained more information from him than any past automobile salesman. We were so pleased with the salesmanship, professionalism, delivery and follow-up of the first purchase (used Lexus) that the next week we had him work with us on a second purchase. We were planning to purchase a second used Lexus but left with a brand new leased Lexus. The service center is critical to us as well as the salesmanship and thus far we have been very pleased.

What a wonderful car buying experience. I have not bought a car from a dealership in over 20 years so I didn't really know what to expect. I fell in love with the first car I drove but my salesmen; Tim Lyon wanted to make sure that I was that I was aware of every feature. He went way out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied. I paid less than I thought I would, I got more for my trade than I thought I would and then when I sat down with the finance manager to sign the paperwork, they gave me a half point lower than they originally quoted! I'm hoping not to buy another car for a long long time but I highly recommend Tim Lyon and Johnson Lexus.

By far the most pleasurable car experience I have ever had. I was skeptical at first because I have never purchased a luxury vehicle but my expectations were exceeded. Gavin our sales person was very patient in allowing us the time we needed to make the best decision for us. He was not pushy just informative. We went back in forth all day but no one complained. Rhonda, the sales manager, was even more accommodating and able to get us better terms than originally quoted. All this happened on a Sunday when by chance dealership management decided to open. I contacted Johnson about a pre owned car and promptly received a call from Travis Howard. He was friendly, professional and informative. We went back and forth a few times with questions and then came to an offer and a deal. I found the car on Monday, made a deposit Wednesday, and drove down Saturday with my trade vehicle to get the new car. The drive was over 6 hours from where i live. The car was as advertised and Travis was impressive in person. I dealt with April in finance who had everything ready and was incredibly friendly and helpful. This was done from 6 hours away and a deal made via text message which turned into a closed deal. There were no surprises anywhere along the way at all. I would highly recommend Johnson and Travis and April. I would make the drive again to buy a car and would recommend for anyone I know as well. It was that good. I have never had a better buying experience for anything in my life.

I am writing this review not because I purchased a car from this dealership, but for the fact that they dismissed me when I called to complain about a person driving one of their courtesy cars. The person driving the car @ 1:20 PM ET. This car was headed north on capital and turned right onto Perry Creek. He ran me off into another lane when speeding on Perry Creek trying to pass me in the right lane. The receptionist told me that these cars are on loan and there was nothing they could do about it. With all due respect, someone could have simply taken my information and said we can see what we can do, vs just dismissing me. I guarantee you if I am looking for a new/used Lexus or any other car, I will not be taking my business to Johnson dealerships.

My wife and I walked into the Lexus showroom not really knowing what to expect (this is our first Lexus) and we were greeted immediately at reception. They were able to pair us up with Marcus, who I HIGHLY recommend! He was very accommodating and was extremely helpful in helping us select the right Lexus for us (ES 350 F Sport, love love love this car). The rest of the staff were also extremely helpful and even stayed after closing to make sure we drove away in our new Lexus happy! Superb!!! That’s the best way I know to describe my experience. Let it be noted that I waited 5 days to write this review to give Johnson Lexus a chance to prove themselves professionals or otherwise and they absolutely impress me and continue to do so. If you don’t have time to read this entire review than take my word for it... they are TOP NOTCH from sales to management to finance to service to parts! A+ Dealer I arrived 1 hour before close on a Saturday and was walking the lot alone when Dave Mehan from sales approached me to help! He was not aggressive and just wanted to help with zero pressure to buy. We test drove the 2 cars I came to see... I explained what I wanted while driving around and he listened and committed to making things work. During the short discussion on price and trade in the Sales manager struck up a conversation and was honest and helpful as well. I ended up trading my truck in and buying a car. In finance, again very low pressure but super educational, we went over all my options and what suited my life. Keep in mind this is all well after close. Dave discovered the car was missing the floor mats and offered to get me new ones and upgrade them to all wethers but I’d have to wait a couple days as he had to order from parts department... I also discovered that there was a small hum from the passenger side I wanted looked at. I reached back out to Dave on Sunday and he promptly responded and got things moving for me. Here’s where parts & service comes in... Today (Thursday) I took my car in after a scheduled service check. Bill Ingram greeted me, was professional, and I could tell experienced. Time expectations were set and the humming was diagnosed and fixed in 2 hours. I was charged nothing. My car was cleaned and detailed and those all weather mats were installed. This is the level of service that is unparalleled in the industry. I worked for a dealership for several years so I know exactly what the experience is supposed to be like. These guys go above and beyond and you can trust that when they say they will do something they WILL do it. I am impressed, feeling valued, and certainly WONT ever go anywhere else. I touched every division/department in this dealership and I can assure you it is extremely well managed and they care! Don’t just take my word for it... your experience starts when you walk in the showroom and ask for Dave Mehan. You can thank me and them later!

I've never had someone take care of me and feel as if they genuinely cared like Rick did. Rick went above and beyond to find a part for my new 2022 NX and there was only ONE of these in the entire US. What are the chances? I had the best luck working with Rick! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell you and everyone involved Johnson Lexus management about an extraordinary experience I had recently with your staff. This was my first experience having my Lexus serviced and it was complicated by the fact that the battery would not take a charge. That necessitated arranging the towing from Fayetteville to Raleigh ... the scheduled service ... replacement of a recalled fuel pump ... and return towing to Fayetteville. Even with all these moving parts, the service provided from the first call I made to the service department and Robert Bradford ... to the thorough updating of the process by Andreas Stanisopoulos in the service department ... to the return of my car ... was impeccable. As business owners ourselves, my husband and I recognize how difficult and rare it is to have employees who have the initiative to go over and beyond standard service. Yet, every single employee at Johnson Lexus with whom we interacted was exceptional. Their knowledge and professionalism was without question, but it was in their warmth and authenticity and genuine caring that both Robert and Andreas excelled. I am a helicopter boss myself, always looking for the small thing in everyone's performance that can be improved in order to make our guest experience better. I can promise you that I could not find one thing that I would change in the performance of Robert or Andreas. I know that the prevailing opinion is that Enterprise Rentals and SAS have the very best training programs for customer service. I challenge that opinion. Whoever is training your Johnson Lexus staff is setting the highest standard from my experience. Thank you is not nearly enough, but thank you for a beautiful experience. A little background about me first - I buy 3-4 new cars a year from a dealership. I spent 15 years working at new car dealerships, and still work in the car business. I like to think I know the ins/outs, the goods/bads, and generally what to expect. With that said - I was blown away yesterday with my purchase at Johnson Lexus. From my first contact through the website, the follow up phone calls, to finally heading there to complete the purchase, to even some post purchase concerns, the sales tandem of Jackson and Todd is simply unparalleled by anything I've ever experienced. I purchased an off-brand car from them (Audi), but was still treated like I was their #1 priority throughout the entire process. The car was better than described and the deal was basically a wholesale price with a retail experience. Post sale service, while minimal thus far, has FAR exceeded my expectations and it's very apparent that someone high up in the food chain here has very strict/professional guidelines as to what type of car they want their name on. And let's not forget the young lady (Megan) helping with insurance - extremely professional and proficient. And Brayden in finance got me in and out of the finance office quicker than I've ever imagined. The receptionist up front was extremely courteous and a joy to chat with, as was everyone else I encountered in this store. The next time I'm car shopping, which won't be long, my first look will be on this dealer groups website. If they don't have it, I'll ask if they can get it. They are well worth a look if you are in the market for something.

We own two Lexus. At Johnson Lexus of Raleigh, everyone there is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The service is outstanding. Plus you can get a free loaner vehicle while yours is being repaired. From Chris who has been our service advisor since 2009, Craig and Michael who help you learn everything about your automobile. Service Manager Reggie and our wonderful salesperson. It is the only Lexus dealer around. People drive from the shores Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Wilmington , North Carolina for service. In a few years we plan on moving to Myrtle Beach as well but we.plan on still making the trip to Johnson Lexus because they are family!

We recently purchased a used vehicle and was treated like we were purchasing a brand new vehicle. The sales staff and others were all very professional, courteous, and we'll dressed. The dealership was very clean and organized. Beings we had been working with our salesman the process of trading in and paperwork was very easy and quick. I had been searching for a used Ford Expedition for a few weeks and came across one at Johnson Lexus. I called the dealership Saturday evening and set up an appointment to test drive the following Monday. I arrived at the dealership and was assisted by David Coleman. The test drive went well and we sat down to discuss numbers. There was some back and forth, as always when buying a vehicle, but we settled on a price. I had secured my own financing, but the finance manager (Jenny) was able to get a matching offer from one of their lenders, which is what we decided on. The rest of the process went smoothly and David answered any questions we had and was conscientious of our time. We were not able to have the car detailed (although it already was in great condition), but we were told to come back another time and it would be taken care of. They also did not know the code for the keyless entry, but David has been working to get that information and has kept me updated on the process. Overall, this was the most hassle free experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle and I would gladly return to this dealership again.

Excellent service! The service advisor, Louis Hunt, did an outstanding job. He kept us in the loop and advised how this service would be done. He offered other services and explained each in detail. The delivery and pick up group advised us on the times that the pick up would be made and the delivery also. They were very prompt and on time each time. Always advised by text in advance of their arrival. I am really Impressed with the quality of service that we received from Johnson Lexus on this safety recall. I will definitely look at Johnson Lexus the next time that I am shopping for a new car.

Great service! The employees at Johnson made me feel comfortable and got me in and out of the dealership quickly. I utilized the pickup delivery option(for delivery only) as I don't live in raleigh but I was there on the day in question. The service was a 5-6 hour service so they provided me a loaner and they delivered my vehicle to my house(1.5 hours away) the next day. First rate dealer with top of the line employees and service. I have a great experience twice working with Gavin Sherk. I bought two ES 300h from this location and I must say that the dealership bends over backward to help you get the best value. From what I have observed they care to give every prospective customer / deal attention right from initial process till drive out. Despite having bought the same model twice they emphasized me to take advantage of new car orientation where their personnel took time to answer every question. Reason for buying twice? Transparency of service department.

Gave me a new ES350 loaner, filled my gas tank, and washed my car inside and out! I only went in for an airbag recall so I didn’t expect anything but a loaner. Johnson Lexus went above and beyond with the interior/exterior cleaning and filling up the gas tank for me, for no charge, couldn’t get any better.

My wife and I were most fortunate to deal with Gavin Sherk. He was incredibly patient with us, took a great deal of time to educate us on the Lexus options, acquainted us with the numerous features of each model and helped lead us to the model that made the most sense for us. He then guided us through the options we wanted and also made some most helpful suggestions on a few additional options that he thought we ought to consider. There was never the slightest hint of pressure on his part. We have purchased 17 other cars during our marriage, and his style and patience were such a breath of fresh air. We made a decision of what we wanted. There was not a model in stock which met our specific specifications, so he researched the Lexus dealership network and found what we wanted at a dealer several hundred miles away. A deal was struck by Johnson with the other dealership, and a few days later the vehicle we wanted arrived in Raleigh. It was not driven but rather was shipped on a delivery truck. The car had 12 miles on it when we took ownership. We also traded in our car as part of the deal and received very generous terms. First time visiting Johnson Lexus for maintenance service. From beginning to end I was very impressed. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Scott P. He was so polite, friendly and professional. He explained the work being done to my vehicle and I didn’t feel like I was being given more charges than necessary. My experience was smooth and stress-free. They have several comfortable waiting areas to meet anyone needs. From tv, reading and business lounges with computers and printers. I chose the business lounge as I had some calls to make and needed to be on my laptop. I was given a private office to work in with a door. It was awesome! If you're in the market for a Lexus, visit this dealership and ask for Marcus Baldwin. I had my Lexus only 6 months when I was rear-ended and had $5K of damage. While the repairs were done exceptionally well, I don't want a car that has been in an accident. Yet, only having it 6 months, it would be difficult to trade it, etc. My friend, Marcus Baldwin, recently started working at this dealership. He and I have always shared a love of cars, particularly Lexus. He knows I've been wanting out of my car, so he ran numbers for me on the new UX (which I fell in love with when I was given it to drive while my car was being serviced). He ran A LOT of numbers trying to help me get the absolute best deal and not lose too much on the trade. I gave him a price point that I had to stay at and he was able to figure it all out with it only going slightly higher. Truly, it was magic he was working over there. After thinking it over several days, we went in and completed the transaction. From the minute we walked in to we drove off the lot, we were treated exceptionally well. So well in fact, my husband may go back Monday to get a Lexus for himself.

I have always received exceptional service at Johnson Lexus. Lewis, in the service department, went extremely beyond the norm to make sure I understood everything pertaining to the services I requested prior to services performed. He provided knowledge based on the services along with prices to make sure I understood, was comfortable, and in full agreement for the services that I needed. There were a few services that I chose not to have Johnson Lexus perform. Such services were covered free of charge through the provider of my tires. I never once felt obligated or pressured, by Lewis, to have the services I declined performed. Also, I was never pressured or recommended for any additional services. I have always received the utmost respect, appreciation, and service from every employee at Johnson Lexus. I highly recommend Johnson Lexus and Lexus in general. I will always be a Lexus owner because of the quality of vehicle, customer appreciation, and service provided by Johnson Lexus. I have always received a loaner vehicle to drive that has been delivered to Wilmington while my car is in for service. Each time my car returns, its clean inside and out, a full tank of gas, and drives better than when it left. I'd give them 6 stars if it was possible. I've had service on a prior vehicle completed here in the past and this is the first vehicle I purchased here. Gavin, Justin and Azza were all extremely helpful with this car buying process. Gavin made sure we had exactly what my wife wanted, from color, interior and model. Justin helped the process along and Azza was very thorough with the contract making sure we understood everything. Everyone was friendly and polite, the dealership was very clean, and they even stayed late. Hat's off to the entire team.

I love everything about the Lexus place in Raleigh. From the time you drive up to the service area/entrance, you feel like you are at a special place receiving special treatment. As you drive up, someone is there to greet you and open your car door. You do not have to wonder what you are to do or where you are suppose to go. You are given the names of the people on staff that will be serving you. The place is beautiful, clean, and inviting. Beautiful , clean bathrooms, the neatest cafe area (free), and the most comfortable waiting rooms (two to choose from), are all there for the convenience of their customers. Everyone has been very nice to me and no one has made feel intimidated. Gavin Sherk sold me a car today. He has been kind, considerate, and very patient with me. He has always treated me like a special friend. My Lexus experience has been over the top.

The experience was very pleasant and professional. I did not wear a suit or dress up for the visit. I intentionally wore shorts and a tshirt. I was treated with respect and courtesy. The process from the beginning to the end has been a journey more than just a process. I was debating another competing vehicle brand but after the treatment and experience I don't have any regrets with leaving with a Lexus. You hear about the reputation and quality of a Lexus but to experience it is like living a real life fairy tale. Too good to be true but it really is that amazing and magical. I absolutely recommend getting your Lexus from Johnson Lexus in Raliegh.

Travis made our experience one of a kind. We have never been treated so good buying a car. The 2020 GX 460 is amazing! When we saw the personal note in the car and the big red now we became overjoyed. It was worth the drive! Moses is also another phenomenal rep! Never been excited about a future oil change but can’t wait to return. We live over an hour away but it’s worth it!

Sales representative Travis Howard was outstanding...he contacted me before we arrived to view a certified RX 350 and answered all of our questions during the test drive. Zack Gray was my salesman at Johnson of Lexus on capital Blvd. he was absolutely amazing he was upfront and honest the whole entire process and helped me pick the right and beat car that was clean thorough and had no issues since I was getting a used vehicle. I need 10 stars to mark for Chris Lawrence. He will get repeat business from me and my husband for our next Lexus and we live in Hampton He is fabulous, caring and about the business to be sure we got the car I wanted. I visited the local pressuring dealers. Chris is Refreshingly different and well worth the drive. He kept me posted and only sent me the cars that meant my bucket list. He did not “bother me with what he thought I should like as previous reps. I texted late at night sometimes with questions and he did not make me feel like a bother. He answered and called me as I worked through this hunt. Can go on but I hope you get the message. 10 is not a big enough scale. I am looking forward to our next Lexus purchase. Great experience.

Purchased 2017 certified vehicle from Travis Howard and best car buying experience ever. Travis was very professional showing me different options on ES350 and the one I liked was holding for another customer to purchase. Travis called me immediately when car was put back into inventory and we closed same day. There were 3 items that needed correction on the ES350 and all were handled to my satisfaction plus the car was washed and full tank of gas. Went in for my service that I have when I purchased my vehicle from them and also got my state inspection done as well. My service rep Scott Parrish was great. He went above and beyond for the service and care that he provided. He provided good explanation of what services will be provided and helped out with a good deal for a new set of tires that I needed to pass my state inspection. Overall I would say Johnson Lexus service department is better than its neighbors next door.

Johnson lexis was the best car dealership experience I’ve ever had. It was so well ocustrated it was like a symphony. Ian was great and non pressured. He was backed up by a great manager. I’ve found this so important. There first offer was far less than I would have offered. Less than jelly blue book or true car. It took that process out of car buying. I can’t give any better recommendation. This was opposed to infinity crossroads that told me they would not give me a dollar off a purchase and never discount any cars for a lease. While the salesman was nice the management was a...well you insert. Thanks again Ian and Johnson lexas. Your the best.

This was the best buying experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. Although it took 3 days to make our final decision, it could not have been better. We had the pleasure of working with Zack Gray, who is a PHENOMENAL sales professional! We had come to Johnson with our sights set on purchasing a new model ES 350. Zack was patient, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were choosing. We made jokes and he laughed. We spoke about everyday life and he could relate. It was more like working with a relative than a sales person, as he had our best interest at heart. You do not find that often when buying a car. He thoroughly explained everything from A-Z, and I know he had to have shown us 30 ES's (We were uber picky about our color combo selection, and features that we wanted in the vehicle). I bought a used car (not a Lexus) from Johnson Lexus. I talked to Todd and he was very helpful in getting me all the information I needed. I was from far north of NC and drove down to see and buy the car. I got a great price and also got good value for my trade in. After a few hours we we're back on the road home. I felt like everyone was there just to make me happy and feel special. Every person that I came in contact with was courteous and friendly. Zach Gray (our salesman) was genuine, personable, and it was clear he loves what he does. One of my best days yet was when I saw my Lexus with a big red bow on top!!
