I had the pleasure of working with both Dennis and Carlee. Dennis was our Loan Officer during a very difficult and volatile mortgage interest rate period. He worked quickly in locking in our rate right before mortgage rates across the board ballooned. Filed our application and documents right away. I appreciated his sense of urgency in helping us secure our pre-approval. Once an offer on a house was accepted, we started working with Carlee. Right off the bat, she was an amazing loan processor. She was clear and concise on what she needed from us and communicated with everyone throughout the process to make sure we got funded on time. It was a buy and sell transaction with two escrow companies, so more processes and paperwork to be filed, but she was super thorough and ensured that we closed on time. Overall not only we got great service from the team at Interactive Mortgage, we got a great rate and the closing costs were lower than other lenders we reached out to. Wouldn't hesitate to seek them out for future loans.

They move fast - probably so you don't miss what they are trying to pull... I was skeptical about random lenders sending offers in the mail, but I Googled and they appeared to be a legitimate company. I called, and after I answered extensive questions, I was asked to fill out a digital questionnaire with essentially the exact same questions. Things were worded very technically, so if you don’t have a deep understanding of lending terms specific to mortgages, a lot of this will go over your head. The loan officer called to follow up and seemed condescending about my responses. This is probably the 15th mortgage I have taken out, but the first these kinds of questions were asked. They rushed me through signing everything ASAP and were ready to close within 8 days of contacting them. While they certainly lacked professionalism, they seemed great with speed. Then, the day before closing, they made me aware that I needed 7K at closing. I’m not sure who has that kind of disposable money laying around, but the fact they tried to hide that from me was appalling. I called to speak to the closing agent, who laughed at me the entire time, making sure she pointed out it was in some obscure spot in a disclosure that no one went over with me. Yes, shame on me for not catching it, but typically lenders point that out. I tried to work with them the day of closing to make changes, but the responses were rude and they tried to convince me that the only solution is if they slightly increase my rate. This “slight” increase was 23K over the life of the loan. I walked away. There are a lot of lenders out there, and it will be easy to find one that operates with better communication, professionalism, and ethics.

The most competitive and quickest guys! I compared 12 lenders. These guys were on average .25% lower than their competition. The closing was within 2 weeks. I was shocked by the speed of the great service I received. Last year I worked with Chase and the closing took over two months. The amount of paperwork I had to submit with Chase was 5 times more than with Interactive Mortgage. Really happy with them.

We compared approximately 10 different mortgage companies. We originally went with IM because they matched the lowest rates offered and promised to contact us if the interest rate fell lower and could get us a better rate. We worked with Choan Hatzenbuhler who was great. During the busiest times to refinance Choan was quick to followup with us and assist anyway he could to complete the refinance process. When rates kept dropping my wife and I discussed refinancing again, and true to his word Choan reached out to us before we could call him. We had everything done the second time in about 2 weeks. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I just completed my refi with Art Mack and his loan processing team (Colleen and Mardell). Art was thorough in the level of details he provided to me when we locked the rate. He gave me a heads-up that their avg closing time is anywhere between 30 - 45 days and even though my rate was locked for 30 days initially, he told me the company was extending the rate at no cost to the borrower for delays not caused by the borrower. My rate lock indeed had to be extended twice. Collen did most of my loan processing work and it was later taken over by Mardell who also did a great job in seeing my loan through the end. Both of them were a real pleasure to work with and I must commend their transparency throughout the process. I took down 1 star since the final closing was delayed by 5 days, the same caused by waiting in the funding queue. Nonetheless, they did close within 45 days and kudos to them for that. I think Interactive Mortgage's rate offerings are the most competitive in the current market. They should work on closing the loans quickly.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Steer clear at all costs!! After several months of going through the refinance process with them I am left feeling angered and jipped of my time and effort. I gave them time under the pretense that they were busy and that my rate would remain locked. 3 weeks after signing loan documents in January, I received an email that additional paperwork was needed, which I promptly provided. I didn’t hear back from them for another 3 weeks, whereupon they informed me that different papers were needed.. I provided those too, and then was emailed updated disclosures with a higher rate. I refused to sign these. Mind you, I already signed closing docs 2 months prior! I was told that there was no longer any way for them to honor the rate I signed for, and I lost out on the opportunity to refinance with another company at the previous rate. These are the scheistiest scammers around!!! Two-bit con artists!!

It's rare that you find any financial/loan folks these days that care enough to go the extra mile. Money money money seems to be the name of the game. With these folks service service service is the name of their game and it shows. They make things simple. They accomplish this by listening to their customers. They actually answer their phone and if busy they return phone calls promptly. There was no ambiguity in their instructions. There were no surprise costs. Any issues that arose were handled and resolved quickly. These are competent, honest and hard working professionals. We are very grateful for our loan officer Adrian Monzon! He was helpful and responsive to our needs and our concerns. Equally awesome was our loan processor Mardell Maskrey she answered every inquiry and worked long hours. I absolutely recommend them to anyone seeking a loan. From start to finish it was a great experience.

Last January I saw their advertisement in Facebook offering front liners chance for refinancing with very low APR, no closing cost and fast processing. I called to inquire spoken to Mr. EH. He sounded nice and professional. Make a long story short, after they run my credit score (800 plus) and got all my requirements submitted, signed documents almost the same day , since I had everything ready from my last reference , I got the rate locked in at 2.37%.. Two weeks fast forward , I got a call from them asking for another document which was was almost impossible for me to retrieve, considering the time frame. I asked why only after 2 weeks. I was told that if I’m not able to submit that document , they will have to change my APR rate higher since the lock in rate will lapse. As if they are really sure that I will not meet the deadline. Thanks to DTA rep that understood the urgency of my situation, they gave it to me( letter saying that I already fully paid my HEro loan) I emailed it the same day to interactive. They assured me that everything is finally complete and ok Two days later I got a call from Mr.EH telling me that they will not be able to give me the locked in rate of 2.37% because it will not meet the deadline. I asked him Why? I still had 1 week more before expiration of lock in rate. Not sounding as nice as in the beginning he told me that he can still get me 2.5%. At that time I decided to not waste my time with them anymore because I realized that they don’t really intend for me to get the original rate that I signed up for. It’s frustrating and a waste of time and effort. I decided to cancel it at that point.sad thing is , few weeks later I got a letter ,a statement of credit denial, termination ,stating that it had affected my credit score. As a frontline who trusted and believed what they had advertised, I felt lied to and hurt. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone. I hope that

Interactive Mortgage went above and beyond any refinance company I have ever gone with before in the past. They got me a new rate of 3.5% and now I’m saving $265 a month!! That’s $3,180 a year!! I’ve never been happier or completely grateful for finding this lender company in times of need. I honestly believe there team tries there best to get you the best deal at no cost to you so please don’t just take my word for it....give them a call and see for yourself on what they can do to save you money. My lender was Art Mack and he is AMAZING!! He was so honest throughout the process and completely genuine over the phone. He was a pleasure to work with and I told him to keep my number so when the rates go even lower he can let me know. He’s completely a lifesaver for me and although I don’t often leave reviews for any company...this company was worth writing about because my experience with them was fast and easy!! Give them a shot if you have great credit and are looking to refi :) Thank you Interactive Mortgage and Art Mack! I will definitely spread the word about your guy’s service <3 :)

i had a great experience! i too received a mailer to refinance for the 2.99%, BUT, that is for a 15 year fixed. this is my 3rd refinance (any time i can lower my interest rate with a final number that benefits me, i do!) I choose to go with the 30 year @ 3.94% (no cost loan....i was very specific that I wanted the same terms of the loan that I was refinancing). This still lowered my monthly payment by $150. Michael & Ermin were with me all through the process, every day and evening to answer any and all questions that I had. If they weren't available by phone, my emails and text's we're answered promptly. Even after the loan was closed and I had to have some work done on my home, Michael was more than happy to provide his input on costs. I highly recommend Interactive to everyone....i would think that all with bad experiences just spoke to the wrong person, someone who doesn't care and just wants their cut. If you choose this company, talk to Michael Morgan...he is very knowledgeable and will work with you to get you what you need...he listens to you, provides options for you and well, i just cant say enough without rambling some more. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I received one of those postcards advertising low rates and was extremely skeptical. I had already ended 2 previous exploits into the refinance market despite looking for a 15% LTV refinance with 800+ scores. I spoke with Ed Zaida who actually got me a better rate than advertised. I won't pretend that everything went smoothly. Anyone who has entered the refinance market knows that common sense has left the building. You get passed from one person to another and the new person never has the information you have already provided. However, at the end of this road, and the reason they get 4 stars, is that I ended up with what they promised. If you are going to deal with this company I would recommend you ask to speak with Ed Zaida.

This company contacted me via a letter that has very low interest compared to other lenders. So I called them and started discussion. They talked with great words and promised me a "quick closing". I provided all the required documents very quickly in a couple of days. After that they tried to avoid my contact. I ultimately talked to a manager to get a hold of my loan processor, but he kept saying either it was being processed, it was in the underwriting department where I didn't know who was handling it, or that person would contact me soon. This pattern happened for over a month when I was already exhausted at the moment which made me dropped the application.

Over phone gave me amazing rate at 2.5% for 30 year fixed. After starting process providing initial paperwork my rate was not locked. Loan officer said would not lock rate on Friday. As of Monday rate was even better 2.37. Request again my rate be locked. Filled out application. Loan officer took three days to email me as to subsequent docs needed. I provided the docs within two days of receiving his email. Two days later loan officer said rate was cancelled b/c I took too long to submit paperwork. He said I missed “hard deadline”, even though his email never mentioned a hard deadline. Instead he now said the available rate was now higher. Classic bait and switch. When I got cancellation paperwork in mail, it said reason for cancellation was that I cancelled the loan, which is not at all the case. Terrible, unethical company and highly unorganized. Better to take your business elsewhere .

I had an awful experience with interactive mortgage. First the agent, Art Mack called to follow up on my mortgage request . He gave me a good interest rate. I signed and fill out all documents they wanted and locked the rate. So Bolden Jones the processor followed up with my mortgage closing . Since I want the loan only under my name I took my house out of a trust and emailed bolden clearly my request and send him the new documents. then I didn’t hear from him for couple of weeks. I emailed and called left messages many times , no response....!!! I emailed Art yand he emailed back that he cannot do anything since his part is done and now it’s in bolden( the processor) hands. I didn’t know what to do nobody would answer what is happening?? So since I had no other option I just let it go and started looking for another mortgage co. It was already 3 weeks and rates had gone up. I found another mortgage rate, started the process, then suddenly Bolden emailed and said he would send a notary for my signature to close the loan. So I canceled my other mortgage and signed with the notary. Bolden said it will take few days to fund my mortgage but again they disappeared. I called and emailed him and Art, again no answer and follow up. after almost 2 month I called interactive customer service and asked who can I talk to they said oh only your processor or agent. I told them i contact them they are not getting back to me and I want Bolden’s boss contact , and I got Julie’s email. I sent a long email explaining my situation and frustration, after a week and half she sent me an email, “thank you for sending me the info your problem”, that’s it... to my surprise she did not do anything.... some other processor contacted me and said Bolden is out and we don’t have that rate anymore, the rates are much higher and we cannot get a rate even close to the other one.No body said sorry we messed up your mortgage and Art of course was super rude, emailing and leaving a message that we are super busy tell me if you want the higher rate or not we don’t have time !!! I recommend avoiding this company all together . they are very unreliable and don’t communicate and no one checking to see if they doing what they need to do.

I would give them negative 1000stars if I could! Applied for a refinance back in January. After weeks of emailing and calling, found out that my loan officer didn’t get things done in time, so I applied when the rate was 2.375. Manager said in February that I could get a rate of 2.5. It’s now March. More failed emails and calls later, the manager tells me that I can’t get that rate either, so now I have to stay at my 3%. He said it’s not his fault and there’s nothing they can do. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY THAN THIS ONE!!!

Even though I have great credit and income as a high net worth individual finding even an original mortgage for my grandparents home which I inherited has been very difficult. When I got my first mortgage in 2017 I thought that would be my last mortgage but with the rates even lower now I decided to look to refinance in January. I have a stack of reasons why I have been turned down over and over again that I won't go into here. Then on the 1st of March I received a call from IM letting me know that their policy had changed and that I would qualify for a loan. Happy was I because I had given up on the entire idea. The entire process was a real roller coast but with Justin Burt and Tricia Hanson from IM on my team we worked through the stack of reasons of why I had been turned down before. All of us waded through the requirements of the underwriter and as it turned out the third meeting with a notary was the charm and we reached a settlement on the terms of the note. I am very pleased with the professionalism and the access to the loan coordinators named above that I was granted. We closed on the 15th of April with a new mortgage that I am sure will be my very last mortgage on this home I love so much. Thank you!

Just completed my 7th refi. Interactive Mortgage was awesome throughout the whole process. Not as fast as Owning.com, but overall super quick approval process. Danielle Holman was one of the best loan consultants that I've ever had to deal with and she went above and beyond when we first talked on the phone. After getting my basic info and sending me the loan estimate, she went line by line to explain all the charges and fees. Since I was very familiar with the process and knew what fees to expect, it was nice that she went that far to make sure that I was comfortable with all the numbers. Once I was approved, Crystal Hale took over as the loan processor and it was smooth sailing. She confirmed the notary and asked for a few more documents. I have heard some issues with loan funding after closing docs, so we'll see how long it takes. Hoping there aren't any huge hiccups. Overall, one of the best mortgage experiences! Highly recommend! Thank you Interactive Mortgage.

The service is bad. Especially the people who process the loan they are lazy, don't respond or update and above all make you feel they are superior because they are giving you loan. I was working with someone, don't want to name but i felt i had the worst experience ever. They kept the loan in limbo state for more than 60 days and then say they wont be able to respect the rate lock and extend your lock, so you have to with market rate. Trust me never ever go with this company.

I just completed refinancing with Interactive Mortgage and had an amazing experience. I talked to Logan Newlan (referred by my friend) who explained the entire process with great detail. I was super impressed when he called me next day when he noticed the rate fell further and alerted me. He setup a time once I sent him the documents and guide through filling the application during the call. That's it! Once underwriters approved it, Frank Piedra helped me with the rest of the closing process. Logan updated me on the status till it was finally closed. Both Logan and Frank were awesome and I thank them both for making the entire process seem so easy - Thank you!

We refinanced TWICE with Interactive Mortgage since we bought our home a year ago. They managed to save us $500 a month from the original loan at no costs. We got to work with Ravy Pov (Loan Consultant) who was absolutely AMAZING! I cant say enough positive things about him. Ravy was very responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and always available for assistance. I highly recommend this company. In fact, I already referred at least 3 family and friends to him.
