This is my second time using Sharp Loan and it was just as great as the first time. Rey and his team are very efficient. I was preapproved with them within 2 days and was under contract for my purchase within a week. Everyone I spoke to at the office was courteous and professional. Talk about a roller coaster ride of emotions!!! I was up one day and down the next. I was being asked for 25 things one day, then 100 more things the next day. Yes, this process can leave you with a migraine..... BUT through it all the team at Sharp Loan (Jose Grajeda & Julio Vazquez) was patient, helpful, and understanding. Jose was very thorough and he answered all of my questions. Jose made sure he followed up when we said he would and even if I asked the same question 3 times, he took the time to explain it 3 more times. He never seemed, bothered or frustrated and I truly appreciate his kindness. Thank you for getting the deal done! You rock!!!

Not the experience I expected. Back in December of 2021 my wife came across Rey’s profile on Instagram advertising his services. I was active duty military at the time and wanted to purchase my first home so we reached out to him to see if home buying was a possibility for us. He responded quicky. And Our initial conversation went great.i explained to him that o wanted to make us of my VA benefit and he made it seem as if he knew the in’s and outs of VA loans. He requested for me to submit all my documents and ran my credit. Here is where I had the bad experience, when I tried contacting Rey directly about the status of my loan, he pushed my file to different people and it was hard to keep track on who was personally handling my file. There was a lot of back and fourth between Rey and his staff about who was in charge of my file. When I asked on the status of my loan they would tell me Rey would give me a call back. Coupled months passed and he finally reached out to me after me requesting to personally speak to him. At this point i expected to have a loan approval or a plan of action for approval instead he asks to rerun my credit because that was the last thing he needed was an updated credit score. So I did. Up until This day I have not received a call from him. I had to reach out to sharp loan after 3 months and my file was passed down to another Sharp loan employee. Very unprofessional, and would not recommend them.

I am impressed with the level of service and professionalism. A dedicated team of professionals worked closely with me to help me buy my dream home. i have used the services of Sharp Loan more than 5 times to buy ,to refinance my house and 2 investment properties. it is a lot we did and i couldn't do it without them . i have recommended them to friends and they have had pretty good outcomes , you must be a fool if you don't try them.

We were looking to do a refi and came across Sharp Loan . I called and started the initial information process. Luis Canul walked us through everything easily and was very informative. Once we decided to move forward Martin Valencia had us in the closing process within a week and closed within less than 20 days.
