My experience with this company was great! I was thankful to get financing for a toy when my credit really wasn’t worthy at the time. I had 2 loans with Model. I made all my payments on time and my title was sent to me in a timely manor. I don’t understand the bad reviews and complaining.

They like to commit fraud and steal from the people giving them business. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have money currently being stolen from my account and being charged as part of my payment. My monthly payment is $205 and they are taking $310 out every month. Model finance are thieves and liars. Do not give them your business.

This company is absolute garbage. I paid off my bike last year and I’m still fighting with this company to get MY title. First they say it was sent to the insurance company for whatever reason then tells me the paperwork has been filed. Only to back track and say they don’t have the authorization to do any of the mentioned. Stay away from this company, they are the absolute worst.

These people are nothing but thieves. They will rip you off with insane interest and fees and leave you paying 4X what the bike is worth. Then if you dispute anything they will have your wages garnished. Disgusting business with terrible employees. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE AT ALL COSTS.

Jesus an John are the worse. They are so unprofessional. They are the worst people to deal with. They try to repossession on your bike for 20.00 they have the highest interest rates there is. I promise u they are the worst I stayed on the phone with this guy and went back and forth and he would not accept my payment.

I’ve been working with Mr. Arreola.. I’ve missed a few payments on my bike and I wanted to take care of it to avoid any issues. He was kind, and respectful. And he spoke to me like a human being and didn’t haggle me for being late on the payment. We had a back and forth conversation to make each other comfortable and we took care of business at the same time. I will only work with him to make my future payments.

You will be scammed!!! I bought a Polaris with this dealer only 2 months ago, it broke and was under warranty, so I turned it in so they could take it to the workshop, the problem is that 1 month and a week ago they didn't answer the phone or give me news about myself car, this deale are scammers !!!!! Please don't waste your money!!!🚨

Model Finance Company, is a 2nd chance lender with interest based on credit. If you leave a bad review because of high interest rates you DIDNT do your research. That being said they gave me a loan for a bike with reasonable terms that i was expecting. The due date was inconvenient for me though. I have made a multiple calls and each time a rep has been able to quickly answer my questions/ take payment. Made first payment called next month to move my due date at first it looked like I couldn't get it worked out for my situation but then THEY CALLED ME BACK with a SOLUTION and moved my date so its convenient for me with no extra charges. The rep easily could have moved on but took time to help me. Customer service here is NOT lacking. you treat people nicely they will return the favor.

So far I can tell anyone this: They have been decent to me, I cant complain. I wanted a bike at a dealer who wouldnt work with me much.. Everything is credit based.. So if u have poor credit- EXPECT high interest rates..Model finance worked with my fair credit and got me at an expected interest based on my credit. Its not high and its not low..its right where a "recreational vehicle" interest should be. So im good with that. What i dropped a star for is they required i put insurance on this bike for the entire duration of the 48 month loan. Ive never had to do this before..but i agreed to it because again, it was fair and they worked with me to get this bike i wanted. I may refinance in 2 yrs when my credit is great. The phone calls to them to set everything up has been easy for me. I can say i think for what its worth they are fair. Thank you Model Finance

Very rude they only want your money not your business. I paid their ridiculous interest for three years at almost 30%!!!! and paid off my ATV. I tried to finance another ATV with over half down and they wont loan to me. This is a big scam dont work with these people unless you are truly desperate but just a for warning they will take advantage of that desperation and sleep well knowing that they are doing just that. Deserves negative 5 starts, but hey if you enjoy paying five times the price you financed and being treated like a peasant have at it.
