Ideal Credit Union Washington Ave S, Stillwater

2 weeks ago I inquired about a loan and throughout last week I went through the process of applying for the loan. I have never had such an easy and pain free experience. Katrina was quite honestly the best banker/loan officer I have ever dealt with. She was so nice, polite, knowledgeable, and so easy to work with. She returned all my calls and e-mails promptly. I honestly looked forward to chatting with her because she was just that pleasant to talk to and made the whole process completely pain free. Thank you Katrina and thank you spire !!!!

Ideal has very poor policies and procedures. But this specific branch specifically is problematic. They don't open until 10am. They have very little staff, so you can't meet with a banker without an appointment. You are unable to request replacement cards at the window. I hate to say it, but Wells Fargo provides better service. If I didn't have a mortgage here, I'd probably close my accounts and seek greener pastures. I'd also note that the process to obtain said mortgage left much to be desired. Not sure if all the 5 star reviews are paid, but they definitely look like it based on my experience!

The loan process is always so easy and seamless with Ideal CU. We are once again happy customers. Our most recent transaction with Litaize was no exception. She was very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend working with Ideal CU. They have great rates, are quite responsive and have wonderful service. Been with them for a couple decades and have always gotten quick responses and friendly service. Also like their online banking tools which are easy to use.

I worked with Morgan S. of Ideal CU after I applied to refinance my truck loan. She was awesome, had some good ideas, and very efficient with her e-mail replies. We had some trouble with the original lender after she sent payment because the loan was still active, and her follow up prompted the lender to pay off my loan. I was very please with her service and professionalism!

I was having trouble with the outdoor ATM, and it was just about closing time and so I ran inside, heard the doors lock behind me and the teller, Ashley, was more than welcoming to assist me even though their shift was obviously already over. Morgan then checked my account and assisted in printing me a new card. Both were so kind and willing to help and fix the issues I was having with my account, got the money I needed, and we're SO courteous even after closing time.

I love this Branch, the staff is small but they make things work. I haven’t had a problem depositing or cashing my check here. I love they built a drive through. Also, glad to know the lobby is back open now!!!
