My entire loan process was smooth and overall a great experience thanks to Kura. Her energy was amazing from beginning to end. You can tell she enjoys what she does and that’s rare in customer service. I went in for a title loan but left with far more knowledge than I expected. Your always greeted when you walk in. Bree wants to help people get back on track. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. You feel good while sharing conversations with her. Taking out a title loan is not always an easy decision, and they make it easy and also reassuring that they've got your back and all will work out. Turned to Wisconsin Auto Title Loans when I was locked out of my Coinbase account and had no access to funds. Imagine the hopeless helpless feeling when you can't get to your own money and there is no customer support of any kind. Heidi & Bri to the rescue. From point of contact they made me feel like they will take care of me and they did. I was only at their office a short period of time and without too much effort they had me taken care of.
