I move quite often and it's nice to able to talk to such a friendly voice over the phone to switch addresses or ask about my insurance policy or if the price changes. I know for Covid-19 relief, they had a discounted month which confused me and being able to call and ask questions and have questions answered in a timely manner allows me to worry less about my insurance. I have been with State Farm for many years, and I have always appreciated them!
