This location the lobby is rarely open the drive-through lanes are long and the way is not quick So far Huntington bank is severely disappointing

My debit card chip cracked so I had to wait for a new card the card came tried to register the account was closed again the new card came and it’s a different number the guy that closed my account sent the card with the same number so it can’t be security reason there have been other issues.

Even before they changed from TCF to Huntington I had issues at the Crystal location. They never seen to understand what I'm asking for even when the request is simple. And since changing to Huntington, they no longer allow the representative payee account I've had for my mother since 2009 to be connected to my online banking, so I can't easily see what activity is happening or make any transfers. I literally have to go into the bank for this now which is a huge inconvenience. I'm highly considering switching banks over the headaches I've had with this one.

Everyone at this branch is always extremely helpful. They all know me by name and always give a friendly hello.

This branch of Huntington is good for ATM interactions and withdrawals but not good for more than that. The service is slow, the branch is understaffed and untrained, and the lobby is so open it feels like a small gym. Go to the Robinsdale location it is much faster and what Crystal could do in an hour they did in less than 15 minutes.

The lobby at this location is often closed, with long lines at the drive thru. In the past, there was no cash available.

Don’t bring your business here, very unprofessional and unable to meet customers needs! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE!!
