We recently refinanced our mortgage with Summit Mortgage Corp. This is our second experience working with John Drysdale as we originally worked with him on securing the mortgage on our home purchase in 2017. Both times we found John to be exceptional to work with, and he prepared us thoroughly throughout the financing process. He gave us excellent financial advice that was in our best interest, and his dedication to making sure all of the elements of the process were completed in a timely manner cannot be surpassed. We would recommend John to anyone financing or refinancing a mortgage, and especially to anyone new to this process since he educates the client at every step along the way.

I had 21 years left on my 30 yr fixed mortgage and was looking to refinance to a lower interest rate on a 15 year fixed loan. I had received several quotes from lenders when I contacted Justin Neal at Summit Mortgage. He was able to lower my rate from 3.875 to 2.125 and beat all of the other competitors on rate and (more importantly) monthly payment. From initial contact to closing date it was exactly one month. He arranged for a quick close (1 week from final approval) and lined up a mobile closer to come to our house the morning of the day we were leaving on vacation instead of having to wait another 2 weeks to close. Justin was great from start to finish with answering all of our questions and moving everything along at warp speed.
