I worked with Tom. Even though I have high income, I wasn't sure what I would qualify for because I have low credit. Historically, I'm not a fan of Fiat/Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, but Tom found me a wonderful low miles Jeep Liberty and set me up with a great extended power train warranty and GAP contract and he kept my payments under budget. I highly recommend working with Tom and I will definitely return for my future vehicle needs.

On 7/6, I arrived on the Cities Auto lot just to check out my options and drove away with an awesome 2011 Enclave. I was greeted by Tom and he made the experience exceptional !! Dan was awesome too !!! They were professional, friendly and patient. I received a great deal, a great vehicle and the BEST experience! Thanks guys !! They stayed late so I didn't have to come back. The process was smooth and not stressful. They were very thorough while explaining all the paperwork. They let me bringy dog in the building because I brought him with thinking it might be a 2 day process and we got it done in a matter of hours! Best of all I Love my car and they do the maintenance items!

These sales men are liars and cheats. DO NOT SHOP HERE. The interest rates are crazy and the cars are lemons. After buying a car with in 10 minutes a check engine light came on for a 02 sensor which “to there knowledge wasn’t cleared” also the breaks were squealing within a day. Within a week oil was leaking, within two weeks transmission fluid was leaking and smoke was rising from the front of the car. We were told when buying the car if we got a loan it would come with a warranty, if it wasn’t for that we had the money to pay the car in full. So of course we got the loan so we could have a warranty. Well after purchasing we were then charged another $1700 for the warranty. They tried to hide all the problems with the car then got mad when we brought them to there attention. They also lied about the details of purchase and warranty. I would advise anyone who wants a reliable car to never shop here.

I had such a wonderful experience at Cities Auto (from the very beginning). Tom was my Salesperson. He took the time to meet with me, and gave me to opputunity think about my options. Going through finance was also a breeze. I also recently stopped in to pick up my plates and Tom was kind enough to place them on my vehicle. I would highly recommend Cities auto to anyone! Wow!!! What a great place to buy a new car. Tom Allen is by far one of the best sales man around. He is very considerate, kind, doesn’t push nonsense. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I walked in today to look at my dream car, that they just put on Carsoup yesterday, and walked out less than 2 hours later driving it home!!! The two gentlemen that helped me, Tom and Dan, were absolutely fantastic. Also there was a Motown station playing great music.

I've been struggling to find a car as well as get approved for a car as my credit is so new that it is essentially like having no credit. Tom made my experience very easy! I was well informed of the carfax, the process and what I should do and how to take care of my car as well (I'm a first time buyer and quite fresh out of college!). I can say for a fact that I will not be seen working with any other dealership from here on out, these gentlemen took a chance on me And solved a very large problem for me so I can't thank them enough. Could not help me are they just didn't wan't to sales person was rude. Went somewhere else got the same suv but newer model and lower mileage. With the same down deposit. Sales person try to put me in a car and I am 6.2 with 5 kids and a carseat. Will not recommend.

Working with Cities Auto Sales was an absolute pleasure. I stopped in to look at a vehicle and was shown 2 and given several other options. 2 days later the specific vehicle I was seeking became available, I test drove it, was given all the numbers upfront, no pressure and was able to sign and drive with a minimal down payment and basically zero prior credit. I would recommend Cities Auto Sales to anyone regardless of their credit status. They have a wide selection of vehicles to fit anyone's needs. This place is so AWESOME. I haven’t had the best luck since COVID which made my credit score go down trying to stay afloat, but Dan and the staff did everything possible to get me a vehicle. I not only got a vehicle, but they made sure I understood everything about warranty, payments, and any other concerns I had were addressed. I HIGHLY recommend them for your next vehicle.

After 5 years my trusted mini van broke down and we didn't have enough money to fix it. I found Cities Auto on Google was the first dealership I found. I filled out the online application and Tom text me immediately the next day and said he could definitely get me in a vehicle. This is was so bad, I want to give them a 0. But that’s not possible, so I give them a 1. WORST PLACE TO EVER GO TO THEY ARE LYERS AND THEY UPSELL. Don’t trust these people they’re just trying to scam you. I overheard Julio and another associate boasting about how many upsells they are going to do this year……………They have wasted my time, and effort not once but TWICE. They said that any down payment is acceptable for the car I wanted and that I would be able to leave with my car that same day. When I got there, they raised my down payment and didn’t even let me do a test drive. I rejected and left. The next day, they called me and said my down payment amount was good and scheduled an appointment for me again to come in for that car. They guaranteed ONCE AGAIN that I would leave with my car. When I got there, Julio said he has other cars to show me because the down payment for the one I wanted was not enough. He raised the down payment by $4,000 and then attempted to show me cars that were way more expensive than the one I wanted???? They said my original down payment was acceptable for the more expensive options?? Obviously trying to get more money out of me….ONCE AGAIN wasted my time and energy.

Honestly, the guys that run the show here r awesome. They got me in the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price & bank on my trade! They don’t f around!

Love this place! I came in and was already a little irritated from a previous dealership. Tom melted all that away with his pleasant demeanor and good customer service. Things were exact, factual, no games and in/out with financing and warranty. This place had no idea how frustrated I was from a previous place but I feel really good about ending up in this place and would recommend them over anyone else. Even the manager was a great guy to deal with. 🙌🏾🙌🏾 UPDATE: Had a slight issue with my car. I went up there and talked to Tom and he gave me a card of a mechanic that could look at my car. SPOT ON!!! The warranty I received covered EVERYTHING with my car, they fixed it while I waited and I didn’t owe a dime. Thinking again about Cities???? Don’t....this place is amazing 🤩

I'm an over the road truck driver. So my time home is usually short but Tom and dan manage to get me in on a Satirday at 4:30pm and I was able to drive my new car home at 6pm. Tom was very personable and straight forward. Though I faced some challenges with no previous major trade lines Dan the finance guy was able to get me approved with a little more cash down. I am very pleased with the service and condition and quality of my used car purchase. You've gained a customer for life. Honesty and integrity goes a long way.

They are very good at what they do! There is a lot of dealers out there that claim they do it best but, these guys really do. I came I saw and I left with a vehicle that I wanted. The salesmen were pretty friendly. Had no problem showing me around the vehicle I was interested in. My girlfriend has ghost credit (not bad, not good) **NO CREDIT** We came in with $550 and tried to get approved as everyone says they have a guaranteed approval. Far from a guaranteed approval he told me I would need practically $13000 out of the $17000 car and was extremely rude.

When we arrived at Cities Auto Sales, I was an absolute ball of nerves.
