Alex P. helped me with product selection and information, he's well educated on a variety of products, from tools to electronics, gadgets to designer clothes. His personality is great too, makes you feel like you've got a friend in the biz.

Stopped in and saw Cassandra at crystal store. She was awesome. Amazing customer service and super super friendly. She deserves a raise 😉

I bought a tv there 2 days ago and I've been working alot and taking care of my 5 kids on my own so I finally got a chance to plug it up and screen black with white marks on the side and now I'm afraid I can't take it back and it was $220 dollars I want to cry

I have never had a bad experience. Cassandra is an amazing store manager. Gabrielle helped me today and she is awesome and very positive and phenomenal. I love this store...everyone should come they have a great inventory for whatever you need electronics to lawn equipment!

Came in to pawn some stuff, Cassandra and Andreas were the only two Staff members working the night shift. They did an outstanding job. Wonderful customer service, they were multitasking left and right. I will defiantly keep coming back to Do business here.

My experience was that the employees are nice. I was just there TODAY though and I accidentally bought the wrong pawn slip with me. They DID NOT tell me that I could still get my item WITHOUT having my pawn ticket.

My husband and I found the perfect anniversary ring here. They have a great jewelry selection and you can even place it on layaway. I think that’s a great option if my husband and I were considering something a little outside our budget. Friendly staff and fair prices, Excellent!

Liz has done a wonderful job helping me out her customer service is amazing. She made sure that I understood everything her Communication skills are amazing. She was very helpful and pleasant I hope to see her again every time I come to Max pawn. Her smile is a beautiful greeting entering the store. I will refer all my friends and family to Max Pawn because of Liz warm welcoming into the store. She’s handles merchandise very carefully if it were her and I appreciate that. I will also let her manager Cassandra know how helpful she was and corporate office. I have never been greeted the way she greets and speaks so well to everyone.

Never buy a xbox there again, why? The xbox that I brought there was good to be true but the original owner of the xbox never told the store that is broken. I got the broken xbox, the store doesn't test it long enough to see what's wrong with the merchandise. I advise other customers not to buy merchandise in that store. And will be calling the Better Business Bureau about my complaint

That ginger is an absolute joke. Offered 200$ for a 1300$ laptop. What a terrible employee lol

We were expecting high prices for an Xbox but when we got there we were greeted by very nice women and they were able to win over my grandmother😂But all in all I would definitely go back to get something else.
