I found HiFi, while looking to get a transaction funded as a flip. I dealt directly with Jay, the president of the company and I appreciated being able to get to the decision maker, directly. The application was straight forward, and I was able to present terms to Jay that were mutually beneficial, and he accepted them. We ran into some snags with the February freeze, and needing an extension to complete the transaction and Jay was very helpful in extending the loan period for us, which allowed us to complete the transaction. I am a first time and now, second time, hard money user with HiFi Hard-money. A few months ago, I was presented with an opportunity to buy an off market property at a very good price, with the potential to immediacy turn it for a nice profit.
