Bill Harrington and his processor Karen Gentner again took great care of us with our recent refinance. Cannot say enough about the both of them. Several years ago (when rates were higher) we thought about a refi and Bill advised against it due to where rates were at. With the rates today we took advantage of them and got a 20-year loan, replacing our 30-year that we were 8 years into. With our new loan even in the first year we will be paying several thousand dollars more against the principal than we would had we stuck with our 30-year loan.
