I had the best customer service today.. I had to call Talus for a problem I was having.. Being rather grumpy about having to make the call. I was soon laughing with Priscilla Beck the lady on the other end of the phone. She turned my not great situation to a pleasant and great customers service experience.. She was friendly and efficient.. Took care of everything I needed help with. It took some figuring out..but she was patient with my questions ... I was going over buisness tax issues.. I had a problem with my credit card machine and I was connected with Paul Barela. I cannot say enough good things about Paul. He took the time to try to assist with finding a solution to the problem and was able to get a new machine to me the next business day. I called today to cancel my very long standing merchant account that was held with Talus Pay. The phone staff or customer service was very friendly and helpful. I was transferred to a very professional account manager for the client services group. Brian Thompson was also very professional, understanding and helpful. He not only took care of my issue or concern he did it in a friendly and upstanding way. As any service provider would do he still very politely offered me another option besides closing my account but I just needed to close it. 20 days that my company requested a refund on the Talus Pay machine and so far my customer has not received his refund on his credit card. Every time a different excuse and they don't solve the problem. NEVER CONTRACT THIS PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES COMPANY

Vonda is amazing and very patient, I couldn't get logged into my account and she was able to walk me through it so that i can see where I was messing up . she was kind and very friendly, its not often you get service like this. id rather always go to this lady when having trouble.. its not my first time getting help from her. I recognize the voice as soon as she picks up the phone and the name unforgettable and just like today she always well mannered and helpful.

This company misled us about fees that we got charged for. It took us two weeks to get funded money that should have been in our account the next day, like they promised. Upon calling them, it was hard to get a reasonable response about the time it took to get funded as well as extra fees charged. Gladly took our business elsewhere

So many 5-star reviews from people who have only ever posted 1 review.... very suspect. Yet, most of the 1-star reviews are from people with multiple reviews. I have been using this company since 2008. I cancelled my service nearly 2 years ago - but noticed that I was still being billed a monthly fee. I called last week, and recancelled my account. It must have been accepted this time - they just took $350 out of my bank account, for what? I don't know.....but I'm sure it 'was in the contract'. For 350 bucks - good riddance to you Talus Pay.

I had an invitation to change credit card companies that quirked my interest because the rates and fees were less. I felt it was only right to give these numbers to Talus as they have been doing a good job for us for many years. I talked to Delano Patterson to see if he could meet the other company prices. Having been a customer of Talus Pay for many years I called Customer Service to see about removing the $350.00 Early Cancellation Fee on my Account Contract, in the event my company would close prior to my contract ending. I had the pleasure of speaking with VONDA and could not be happier with her willingness to be of service. After explaining my situation VONDA was able to change my account to a month to month agreement with no additional monthly charges to my account and no longer having any Early Cancellation Fee. I look forward to remaining a customer for years to come, however in the event now, my company would close sooner than expected there would be no need to worry about any Early Cancellation Fee. When calling Talus you never have more than a 2 minute wait time to speak to a customer service rep. You just don't find that anymore. I called today and spoke with Laketia Reynolds. It's always nice when you have someone so pleasant and helpful. This is why I have never change my service. Talus Pay is the best.

They constantly charge the account even though on our signed contract we are not supposed to get the fees that they charge every month. I have to literally call every single month just to get the fees refunded that they are not even supposed to be charging me and they always say they will get it updated and never do. Absolutely terrible company. Find anyone else, they will be better and not charge you fees that aren't supposed to be there.

Talus Pay has been my company's credit card company for about 4 years. I like them better than any company we have used in the past. They have very quick phone service for any IT issue we have ever had. I always know someone will answer no matter what time I call and ALWAYS have the answer to a problem. I have never lost a sale because of a terminal issue. Customer service is available 24/7 even on July 4. Michael Chavez walked me through a terminal problem this past 4th (which turned out to be a problem of my own making!) Love the company and the excellent service!

Worst experience of my life. 15 days that I wait for the money in my account and every hour an unfounded excuse, at the time of selling they said that the money would be in the account the next day. Every hour they ask for different information, they promise that the money would be in the account the next day and I haven't received it until today. I made one of a transaction from another company in the group for and for unjustifiable reasons the money was not paid. That's why I made the refund in the machine on 09/08/21 and they told me that the system could not find the request, they asked to do it again yesterday and the operation appeared in the Settlent Report twice. How was it not found? DO NOT CONTRACT THE SERVICE OF THAT COMPANY.

I usually dread calling anywhere for support help. My experience was different this time. Gloria was so helpful and patient with both issues I was having. I needed help to refund a sale on my credit card machine and she walked me through that. I also had not signed on or created an account on the new website for downloading my statements. We left talus only for connivence for our office staff. Our new system integrates with our records system. However, in the two and a half years that we had them, I had nothing but exceptional service. In the almost 4 years that I've been in business, I've had 4 different credit card merchants but TALUS so far has been the best. I've been with them since January of 2019 and I give them 5 Stars because the equipment performs well, pricing is reasonable and the customer service is excellent. Every time I've ever called TALUS, I was able to get a LIVE person and every representative that I've spoken to has handled everything professionally. Today, I was assisted by Ms. Rose who is very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with my concerns.

The service department at Talus Payment is very accommodating. I spoke with an account manager by the name of Delano, he took the time to explain everything to me so that I could understand the different rates and percentages. I was happy to renew my contract with him.

I have used the same credit card processing service since 2013. It was originally Future Payment Technologies then became Talus Payment. I have referred them many time to other business and have raved about their customer service. I use two POS terminals one in the office and a blue tooth printer when I am at an inspection. People are often amazed by the Woosim printer / reader. I always let them know who my processing company is. Today I could not access the web portal. This is the second time this month I have had a problem accessing the web portal and have been locked out of my account. The problem started when they launch the new web portal. The first time this occurred was a month ago. It was resolved fairly quickly as the CSR knew exactly what I was talking about and said it was a common call. I first call this morning, the CSR I spoke with was very polite and said she would have to forward it on to her supervisor and that I would get an email and a phone call shortly. I later tried to call back about 3 PM because I had not received the call. I was on the phone system for 25 minutes and was disconnected without being helped. I called again at 4:58 and have been on the system for almost an hour. I ask to speak to a supervisor and that was 35 minutes ago. Someone came on the line and said they were still waiting for the supervisor. I told them it was unacceptable and I was in the process of writing a Google review. They put me back on hold. Still waiting. There hold music really is annoying after about 10 minutes. Finally got to speak to the supervisor. She was very polite and apologized for the long wait. Kealey resolved the issue in a matter of minutes and apologized again for the issues I was having with the two portals. When I first started writing this review I clicked the one star. As I wrote the review and after speaking with Keely I am incline to consider the many years of service without incident. I too am a business owner and rely on positive reviews for my business. When considering all the years of service and the exceptional customer service in the past I have to reconsider my entire review.
