As a first-time homebuyer, my realtor recommended Churchill Mortgage and they did an excellent job! They proactively reached out to me and answered all my questions, while also providing information I did not know I needed. "Meeting" the team and the transition working with different team members was an efficient and smooth process. From offer to closing was about 3 weeks! They're great and get the job done well!

The process was quick and easy with this mortgage company. Bobby was helping us through this process and he made everything seamless. He was so efficient with responding to us in a timely manner and we really enjoyed working with him. Hands down would recommend using Churchill and Bobby when buying a home.

Victor Burek and his team at Churchill Mortgage did a wonderful job getting our home loan approved. Kudos to Suzanne and Melissa for their excellent work in keeping us informed and staying on top of the paperwork being processed. Everyone was kind and friendly. Above all they were patient with us. My Experience with Bart Camak and Susan on his team was excellent from starting till closing. Bart went above and beyond when he was on vacation to put together an offer, worked with my realtor and also talked to the sellers agent to vouch for me as a buyer. We were able to put in an offer and ultimately got the home we were interested in. This all happened on a Saturday afternoon with very little notice. Lastly, Susan on Bart's team was able to make a last minute change on a Friday afternoon without affecting our closing date which was the day after Memorial Day. They were professional every step of the way and answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend them to any potential home buyer.

Chuck and his team are competent, helpful, and move the mortgage process along. Chuck explains your options and walks them through with you. I initially financed my home and years later have refinanced (due to lower market rates and for a shorter term) with Chuck. At this point in my life I do not think I will be purchasing another house, but if I do, I will go to Chuck for my mortgage.

We chose Churchill because they had excellent reviews and also had been recommended by Dave Ramsey. After almost three months of trying to close on our refinance with them we were left with nothing but disappointment and confusion. We probably walked away from a great deal but you can't do business with people you can't trust to communicate basic information. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Our Lender was always available for questions and took the time to explain everything to us so that we had a confidence in what we were doing. After getting under contract, Churchill was quick to get the paperwork processed and were ready before the scheduled closing date. Add to this experience a great interest rate, and it was everything I could have hoped for with our first mortgage.

Do not try this company if you are self-employed. They gave me the run around for over three years. Every time I would meet the requirement they said was a stopping point, they would just make another excuse. Don’t waste your time, especially if you are working with Victor.
