Credit Union of Texas Lyndon B Johnson Fwy, Dallas

This review is in relation to the customer service that was displayed at the corporate office. I spoke with Sandra, which hung up on me. They closed my debit card back in January due to fraudulent activity that had been happening over the course of 2 years. The charges were small and due to my error I didn't notice them until I seen some other items being charged. I closed the card and shredded it inside the banking center. They are now stating that I went back into the online banking and opened a card that I didn't have access to. An error occurred at the pharmacy and they charged the incorrect card, now they are holding me accountable for transactions that I reported as fraudulent in January. Since when can you go into reopen a closed debit card. I am definitely taking my business else where. I am also writing a letter to the board with my disgust with Credit union of Texas. The only reason I am giving them one star is because there is not an option for 0 stars. This is a repeated problem where these people are rude. Once of the young ladies at corporate had to go back and listen to one of the calls where the agent was horrible. I should have every right to dispute a transaction that I did not authorize regardless if they have been charging me for 2 years or 2 days. This is horrible service. I work for a credit union and if we treated people this way we would be without a job. I am currently formulating a letter to the board to make them aware of this.

Great branch. — Franklyna Tumbay is my personal banker at this Branch. She explains everything in detail, and is very helpful.

My experience today at this location was great. Banker franklyna was able to go beyond and above getting me approved for a personal loan and educated on how to used my credit card to help build my credit up more for further loans. Very professional and respectful, I recommend this location to anyone who need help with finance.

Great service and very respectful banker. Franklyna was able to keep calm, when I walk in very upset about my account been negative and all. She was able to explain everything to me why that happens and ways to prevent it going further. I as pleased with the service I receive today.
