I was looking for a car and decided to go the brand new car route and so decided to go through dealerships. At first I went to some dealerships where the salespeople were a little sketchy for lack of a better word, trying to offer me used cars that were not the mileage I wanted or the year as well as a price for 4-6k over a brand new car and wouldn't even consider that I was willing to wait for the new car to be delivered. However when I went Heartland Toyota, I met Taylor who listened attentively to my situation helped me build out a car and explained the entire process. There was no hiding anything everything was out in the open and I really appreciated that especially coming from dealing with prior sales people. A couple weeks go by and he calls me and is like I got a car it doesn't have the the options you wanted or the color but it was brand new and was the right trim. I politely declined and he didn't push at all he was just offering the car to me because the car market is pretty crazy right now and just wanted the best for the people that he is working with. after that he would check in every other Friday to let me know that things moving along. Then 2 months down the line I got rear ended and was in dire need of a new car so I emailed Taylor and loosened up my options. The next day he got back to me right away and gave me a list of vehicles that were available and the rough times that they would be delivered. out of the list was a car that was pretty much exactly what I had wanted with a few differences but was in the time frame that was what I needed. I test drove the car with 7 miles on it because they do a test run to make sure that there aren't any defects prior to telling people the car is there. I fell in love and got the car for under MSRP, brand spanking new! Especially with the craziness of buying any car nowadays is just insane. The fact that Taylor has a lot of people that he's working with and is still able to make me feel like he's focused on my personal satisfaction is absolutely astounding. I would highly recommend trying to purchase your car with Taylor and Heartland Toyota!

Jordan Aarant went above and beyond and made our trip to the dealership worthwhile. He was able to pull some strings and get us an amazing deal on our Toyota Tundra. Not your typical car salesman. He was easy to talk to, could be real with you, knows the business, professional, and made it clear that he really wants to give his customers a good deal. We donât love car shopping, but we had a great experience at Heartland Toyota. Ray in finance was also a pleasure to work with. Would recommend Jordan and this place to my friends.

This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had in my entire life. The entire purpose of our visit was predicated on finding out whether we could have a trade-in value consistent with another offer we received that day. The staff took the opportunity to treat us like idiots and explain tax credits, which did not apply to anything we referenced. As it shockingly turns out, being offered less money for a trade-in does not equate to more money. Imagine having three people explain how them giving you less equals you getting more. Also, imagine asking for your car keys four times so you can leave while the staff walks about and attempts to give you something you have politely refused over and over. The predatory sales techniques, the theft of my property, and terrible finance woman who would not turn over my keys were enough to make my stomach turn. I will never return to this dealership and their disgusting tactics. I recommend this place to no one. Go literally anywhere else.

I went to Heartland Toyota today to purchase a new RAV4. My sales person, Chris Christopherson, was so helpful and patient with me while I debated my options! This model is in such high demand that we hit a few roadblocks but Chris was able to find me one thatâs arriving in about a month! Iâm SO excited to get my new car and I really appreciate Chris spending so much time with me to help me make the decision. The dealership in general was very inviting-they had a Memorial Day beach event going on, which was fun too! I highly recommend this dealership and Chris as a sales person! Thank you!!!

Mike Smitley was an amazing interaction and help throughout my whole time waiting and being serviced. I highly recommend people checking in with him as he is well diversified with his manners and professionalism. The other workers are exemplified professionals. I trust the Toyota experience and my truck with them any time and any day. Despite it being on the pricer side. It's a dealership but I haven't had any problems since. Earlier this week I had to take my Camry in for unscheduled service to Heartland Toyota (the Camry would not start over the previous weekend) and met with service advisor Greg Hulse. He listened to my concerns and explained what to expect, including an accurate time estimate and carefully explained my repair options. Greg and the service technician both worked diligently to diagnose and solve the issue the same day despite only having a half day to do so (my appointment wasnât until 12:25 pm that day). Needless to say, I was very pleased with my experience (as well as past experiences) at this dealership and Mr Hulse in particular.

I had a sour taste for this dealership before due to delayed vehicle service but my opinion of this dealership has shifted monumentally due to the Service Manager - Matt Wright. Matt Wright did everything he could to get my pickup back within the same week. He and his team kept me in the loop every time there was an update, change, or decision point. I took my 2017 Tacoma (without an appointment) in for major repair (engine wire damage) on the week of Thanksgiving while also during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Heartland team members were kind, caring, and respectful. This service team has changed my mind about the dealership 180°. I'll definitely recommend this dealership, team, and individual to any Toyota owner in the Kitsap area. Hit up Michael Waldo for some amazing sales and service!

Don't trust their online prices or true car prices. When you show interest, they will say that the car which you saw is spoken for and give you other options which are marked up high with some random accessories. Very fraudulent way to attract interest and then jack up prices. Do buy from them only if you desperate to get a car. In another 6 months, inventory will be overflowing and you should ignore these dealerships. Also please don't fall for the higher google ratings. If you read the reviews, there are a lot of bad ratings by 'real' people.

Working with this dealership was a complete waste of four months of our time. We went in January looking for a Toyota Sienna, but with all of the shortages, we expected we wouldn't be taking one home that day. We were told that we could order a new one and were even given a list of things we could customize. We weren't very picky...we wanted a WHITE van, with a moonroof and we did NOT want an entertainment package. We put in the order and were told that we would receive a call when the van was being made. Fast forward to 3 months later, we called multiple times trying to learn the status of our vehicle. Finally we got a response and learned that our BLUE van, WITH an entertainment package would be ready in a month. Since we had already waited 3 months, we didn't want to go through the process of re-ordering what we originally wanted. We were willing to compromise on the color, but didn't want to pay for the entertainment package that we made very clear we didn't want. Now it is 4 months later and "our van" is arriving, but the dealership is insisting payment for the things we very specifically did not want. We unfortunately had to walk away, and will start the process all over (somewhere else). It's no sweat off their backs, because they will easily sell that van. Communication, follow-up and customer service was non-existent. So disappointed and definitely would not recommend working with this dealership.

My husband and I purchased a 2020 Toyota 4-Runner early in the year. It was a rush decision due to not having transportation from a semi-truck running a red light and demolishing my other SUV! We have always appreciated the look of the 4-Runner and Toyota's reputation overall has been good. We test drove a 4-Runner and a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and although the Jeep was a smooth, effortless drive and attractive, the Toyota ranked overall supreme in our eyes, ok so enough talking about the SUV's this review is on Toyota as a whole. Our experience was exceptional, and although taking half of the day, it was pretty much effortless and no pressure at all. Today was my 10k mile service check-up, and apparently, everyone had the same thing in mind, get there early!!! For that being said the service check-in line was moving quickly. One small but to me significant, is Toyota also provides you a voucher for a free coffee, espresso, latte drink from their little cafe, adorable right? Well it is if your a huge coffee drinker and your service appointment is early and you forget to bring your own coffee. Pre-Covid, Toyota also offered a massage while you waited and a car wash after your service, Unfortunately, all of that is put on hold for now, and, hopefully, by 2021 things will return a little more to normal. Overall the staff is friendly and clean, and the dealership is clean, the restrooms were tidy and no funky smells and, we wouldn't hesitate to purchase there again due to the no-pressure sales. Shout out to Alicia Estrada, Thank you for being kind and friendly! I'm never impressed with the service here. The wait to check in is always long and the employees are never friendly. I've stood there waiting to be helped while there is no one else around. The service person would look at me and then look back at his computer without saying anything. When they finally get to me they are never friendly. They never have accurate history of my vehicle service either. I've asked them to check on past services I've had and they never seem to be able to find anything. My last oil change took 2 1/2 hours and I waited 20 minutes to check in. I've been going there for four years and they still can never find me in the computer. They have the incorrect info and no one has bothered to change it even though I've asked them too. I only go here because it's convenient to where I live, not because I like the service.

I had an appointment to view a car with their internet sales advisor in the morning and called twice to confirm the car was available prior to showing with no update. It turns out the vehicle was sold the night before. They were unapologetic and did not care that I made a 2 hr trip over to view it. I have 3 other Toyotas and never had a dealer that simply didnât care to update customers like this.

The dealership staff was very helpful - especially Luke and Michael. I purchased a new vehicle ($60m) and am very pleased with it. I was disappointed in the trade-in offer which was $6000 - $7000 below the KBB Estimate for my vehicle as a dealership trade-in. I would not advise anyone to plan on trading your current vehicle to this dealership. Taking advantage of new customers is not a sound business decision in this supply-stressed used car market where used vehicles sell at premium prices. You'll do much much better on Craigslist, CarMax, or private sales.

No joke, no bull, these guys fixed the brakes on my '06 Toyota van when 4--you read that right, 4--other reputable shops in the North Olympic Peninsula, including the Toyota dealer in Port Angeles, couldn't figure out the problem (bad slide pin and left front caliper).

About 6 weeks ago I bought a used car from Heartland Toyota. We went back and fourth for a couple days before we meet in the middle on terms of the car. I should have just walked away then. But I had my heart set on this car. Today my temporary plate is expired. I called in Thursday to ask what to do. I talked to 3 extremely unhelpful people who said they could do nothing for meâŚ. So as of today, I have to park my new car till they are willing to help me handle this. I commute an hour to work 6 days a week. So this is a HUGE problem for me, beings itâs my transportation to work. Thanks for all the help guys, you really care like ya said đâšď¸đ If someone starts off giving you the run around, run away.

Avoid them. When people talk about sheisty car salesmen and unpleasant experiences purchasing a car, it's really not car salesmen or dealerships- it's places like Heartland Toyota. The salesmen were clueless and the finance guys were incredibly slimy. This year, I wound up purchasing from Puyallup, and it was pleasant and easy. They even picked me up from the peninsula, SO DON'T THINK THAT YOU NEED TO SHOP CLOSE for a Toyota.

I was a first time car buyer when I came in today. Jordon made the process very easy and he was not pushy or persistent. He got me into a 2017 Toyota Corolla with manageable payments and I love it! Jake the finance man was really nice and helpful as well. I will definitely be coming back to buy my next new car!

I live an hour away and only drove back to Toyota Heartland for the first car service that they offer for free with the vehicle I purchased. Mike Smitley was the service rep that greeted me and took great care of me. He was kind, professional, added some humor and personality to the experience. Great experience here every time minus a few hangups, but no stars off because they deserve 6! Great customer service on phone and in person every time and I've been helped by many associates over the years. Comfortable lounge and WiFi, reasonable deals and prices and they really take the time to treat customers right.

Terrible service. Do not purchase a car from Sabrina. She will provide false claims. I was told I would be provided a free rental car since there wasnât room for my car to be detailed when I purchased my vehicle. They said 2 weeks max theyâd call me to get me scheduled to get that detail finished and any repairs needed. When I showed up today they didnât have a single rental car saved for me to use while my car was being detailed. wouldnât you think that they would save a car for someone who was promised a rental. I also was promised my ac would be fixed and when I got here they said that they couldnât do so even tho Sabrina said they would. I was also over charged for my plates and never refunded correctly until I had to come in for all of this. Now Iâm waiting for 3 hours to get a detail done that shouldâve been done before a car should be put in a lot for sale. I have received extremely poor service and I regret purchasing a car here. Itâs $200 for an ac coolant recharge/repair I do not understand how itâs so hard to help a purchaser out with this poor experience to make up for being overcharge, time wasted, and false promises. It is not my problem your detail service burned down and itâs not my problem your salesmen tells lies to the buyer.

Had my 2017 Toyota Tacoma brought in for an oil change at Heartland Toyota yesterday, best customer service I've ever experienced. I ended up needing an alignment, new tires (mine were 4 years old and new ones were long overdue), an oil change and Matt from the service center was so helpful and was even able to fit me in for all the services the same day. My truck was ready to go in less than 2 hrs and I was super happy with my new tires. Super satisfied with Matt's customer service and I truly appreciate the efficiency and great customer service!

We bought a Highlander from them in March. We came in to pay for the vehicle in cash thinking it would be a quick turnaround. It took more than 4 hrs. We given all the excuses. They tried to talk us into giving them a 5 star rating, telling us some sob story about it would affect the saleman performance evaluation. Not sure about how ethical that is. Would question their high ratings, since this is their practice to boost it.

Great experience buying a new truck. I canât say enough positive things!!! They were by far the cheapest with their no haggling internet listed price. They blew everyone else, even Costco discount prices out of the water!!!!They were also very very kind when I needed to sit outside due to medical issues and I had nausea and fatigue. Heartland went the extra mile and helped me. They even let us write a personal check so we didnât have to make an extra trip to our bank. I was so happy with them. They have a customer for life now and I plan on telling everyone I know about them!

Beware of used vehicles. They intentionally leaked the ac coolant to hide that the ac compressor was bad- a $1,000+ repair. After the sales person promised to have it repaired, we brought it in and were told by the service department that they will not fix it. Very poor customer service. They give Toyota a terrible name and reputation.

First of all, Ray in the finance department was great. Out salesman was fantastic. But Just wanted to let everyone know that this dealership charged us $150 dealer prep fee and another $598 in charges and ad ons they told me that we had to pay or couldn't get the vehicle. One was glass etching for $299 another was pulse for $299. So the "great deal" was the same as everyone else after they charges us these dealership non-negotiable fees! Chad Sandstrom

Service department is consistently behind schedule. I am currently in the waiting room after dropping my Tacoma off 2 hours ago for service on a recalled fuel pump. My truck is still sitting in the parking lot. Untouched. They haven't even looked at it. So why exactly did I make an appointment? The service rep is unconcerned. First of all, the reason I can give 1 star for this dealership is the salesman Taylor. He is the only one that deserves the star in this dealership. We drove 2+ hours from lynnwood to there. We arrived at 6:30pm, and Taylor was very nice, patient and transparent to us. we finished the test driving by 7:40, waited an hour for the manager to get the price breakdown and we agreed on the price and by 9:10pm, we finally got to the last step, finance. Taylor said the finance person will be with us in 5-10 mins because there is no one in front of us, then we waited for another 30 mins, still no one come talk to us. I went to talk to manager TWICE that we're trying to get to the last ferry at 11pm, ask if we can finish up as soon as possible. No one gave us an update what so ever. Finally, at 10pm, the finance person Ray was able to talk to us, and he was fully aware of we are in a hurry and it's VERY LATE. We signed most of the documents, and around 10:20, he started to sell the warranty. We waited until he finished talking and rejected the extended warranty. As we were still trying to catch the last ferry, Ray said we wouldn't make the ferry. We were a little disappointed at that time, but it was understandable. But after saying that, Ray, the finance person, was trying to upsell his warranty TWICE after letting us miss the ferry!!!! His attitude completely changed everytime when he was upsellling, more rude and impatient. The last time, he added $300 in the agreement and said it's required but on the bottom of the paper in very fine print, it says it's OPTIONAL. He obviously LIED TO US because he wanted to make more money. We would miss this additional $300 if we didn't pay attention. We totally spent 1 hour 45 minutes in the finance office. and we didn't leave the dealership until midnight. We total spent 5+ hours there and we were waiting for more than 3 hours in total. I would NOT recommend this dealership to any of my friends or family. They DO NOT deserve to be the top dealer in Washington state.

At First I had a decent experience and even made a second trip back out after i narrowed my pics down, but after returning the first price given was not going to be honored and i gave them a firm what i had to put down and was assured they could make it happen before they submitted it to the bank, but the second they heard my payout on my total loss was 3k it became "its gonna be tough without that 3k". They failed to keep me posted and when i inquired about another truck they had just taken in at a lower price they stalled and gave me the run around instead of telling me they had a sale pending.

Doing a road trip from Montana, about 100 miles out, I started hearing a stressful rattling noise. Took it into the shop here, and Ryan Horn found an incredibly creative solution that not only fixed my problem but didn't cost me what's stereotypically associated with a dealership service shop. Read the reviews before giving these guys your money. Came here twice for the benefit of doubt that the first time was just a fluke..Never have I seen a dealership so incredibly greedy and not wanting to do business or even try to work for a customer. The girl I was working with let us know that because it was the first of the month they wouldn't even try to push the deal or work out any other numbers with me. We gave up and went to TITUSWILL Toyota in Tacoma. With a better price, great service and they got me my brand new car for a screaming deal quickly. Place should be called heartless Toyota.

Outstanding service and competitive pricing. The salesman, Freddy, was very professional, patient, and didnât make me feel like he was just trying to make another sale. The other staff was excellent as well, they were always offering beverages or snacks and would check up on me every so often. John provided great service as well when it was time to sign all the paperwork. He even recommended some great places to eat that I have never been to. Overall I was extremely pleased with my whole experience at Heartland Toyota and I wouldnât hesitate to recommend my friends because I know they would be taken care of!

So I bought a 2020 Toyota Tacoma last year and I needed a routine service since I hit 5k miles. During that call making my appt, I also requested to get scratches fixed and my windshield replaced. I set up an appt to do all 3 of those things. The service desk made that appt. I looked online the day before my appt and saw that just my routine service oil change was scheduled, so I called to verify if the other 2 things were scheduled as well. They said they didnât have that in their system. I asked if I could get those dealt with during my appt, since I initially asked for that on the first phone call. They said their scratch and dent repair employee is all booked up that day and that they donât even repair windshields there at all... I live in West Seattle and this dealership is in Bremerton, quite a distance. Iâm just glad I didnât drive 1.5 hours just to be told they could only do an oil change. It wouldâve been nice to be told all of that in the beginning.

Wow!! What an exceptional car buying experience! And I don't know anyone who says that about car sales men!! Months later I had a scheduled oil change that I missed. They graciously rescheduled and got me right in. The girls in the shop were awesome! So sweet and pleasant and kept me updated to the progress as I waited. You get a coupon for a drink at the cafe while you sit there, and before you can finish it, your car is done and ready for you to go! I recommend Heartland Toyota for anyone looking for a car, new or used. Mine was used and they still treated me like I was their number one client. Excellent job guys! Thank you!

I was given accurate time and cost estimates for my routine service and some extra service I wanted done. The service people were smiling, knowledgeable, and more than one asked me if I needed assistance with anything. The shuttle service was an unexpected bonus that prevented me from waiting on site for the 3.5hrs my truck was being worked on. I love my Tacoma and my experience with Heartland Toyota has been superb!

Heartland Toyota is a busy, apparently well-run Toyota dealership. My husband and I have purchased used and new Toyotas for 40 years now, so we've seen a few dealerships! My experience was mixed. We liked our sales rep very much and everything was going smoothly for the purchased of a nice, used vehicle until it came to the price. Even though we were offering $300 over the Kelly Blue Book "fair price," the sales manager refused to come down on the price by even $100. We felt this was a pretty "miserly" approach to sales and greedy to the full. We had come many, many miles to see the car so it was hard to walk out. Did they use that against us? My advice would be to not be swayed by the sandwich bar and the massages and be ready to walk if you do not feel fairly treated. Would I go back? Not sure. 2-14-2019 A follow-up to my review. No "reach out" from the general manager, so I can only figure that the responses to reviews are for PR purposes only.

Shady things are going on at the dealership. I should have Jessie Jones look into it. I would definitely pull a Carfax before you purchase a new car. I purchased a car, the 2021 Sienna, and then traded it in after a week for a Honda. I was told that Honda would be working with Toyota to potentially reverse what had been done. The Sienna that I purchased and traded in was initially listed on the used car site. Then it was switched to the new car sales site. Not only that, they are selling it for over $4,000 more than what I bought it for. I purchased it for $36,000 plus all of the other stuff. They now have it for $39,547. After I had discovered it, I wanted to inquire about either getting a refund of my deposit since they were trying to sell the car at full price as "new" when it was actually used and they would not be losing out. After several days, the manager said they were not able to do anything for me. I never heard back from Thomas Kim in sales. Shortly after that, the car was moved back to the used car sales site. It definitely sounds fishy. Unfortunately, they do not hold on to the values of the original found Chuck Haselwood, which was taking care of the customer. It's all about the dollar now. Do your research people. Lastly, the overall price of the vehicles is more than what other dealers are asking. The local dealers get the top of the line but rarely have base models.

Just Bought a new 2018 Rav4 from Heartland Toyota. Our Sales Rep was Eric Christopher Butler. He did an amazing job keeping us informed and making sure we were comfortable. Very thorough job explaining everything on the vehicle and made sure all of our questions were answered. His no pressure straight forward approach made shopping for the car easy and less stressful. Review Edited: Initial review of Heartland Toyota was one star due to them messing up my car after some warranty maintenance and then stonewalling me for a day over the phone saying I had to wait until the next day to be helped. The next day, I was finally able to get in and they then fixed my car for free (which made sense as they broke it in the first place) and gave me a rental car for the duration of the maintenance. Overall, my car still runs, though you have to make sure to pick the right service people to go through or things can get frustrating. I'm keeping this at five stars solely because my service person did a great job throughout the whole ordeal--any frustration came on the part of others, and was rectified by him as possible.

Have to say Iâm disappointed, the service prices arenât set. I get one quote one day and then come back and itâs more. I canât believe that the techs setting up the service just make up the rates as they go. I would think certain jobs would cost certain prices. I work on a billing profession and my hourly rate is set plus some jobs are a specific rate no matter what I put into it. Makes me question the ethics.

I went in there and the serviceman Rick ask me what I was wanted to do, and he listened to me carefully. He didn't miss a Beat. He also clarified with good questions, and the procedure went smoothly. They also discovered why my brakes were making noises, even though they were brand new, and they were able to fix them at the same time. They offered me a couple of different services, some of which I am able to do, and I declined all but one of them, and it was very low pressure. Overall, a five-star experience. I will be taking my Toyota to them from now on. This was my first experience with this company. I buy used cars at brand name dealerships for a very specific reason: Brand name dealerships typically auction off all âquestionableâ trade-ins and only offer cars for resale that have been thoroughly inspected and repaired to meet the dealerships quality standards. Toyota dealership quality of standards specifically are very high and buying a used car at a Toyota dealership is generally a very solid bet. Not so at Heartland Toyota. At Heartland they retain these bad bets and offer them for sale with an âEâ (for âeconomyâ - like theyâre doing you a favor!) sticker on them. Any brand name dealership that engages in such behavior should be avoided as their desire for profits clearly exceeds their commitment to upholding ethical business standards. If theyâre willing to do so in their sales department, you have to wonder where else theyâre cutting corners and not living up to the brand.

Michael Waldo was the salesman I worked with a majority of the time during my purchase of a new 22' Tacoma about two weeks ago. Michael was Exemplary at his profession and conducted himself in such a way that made me feel like he had been doing this for a handful of years. The thing that touched home with me, was that he communicated and worked with you like a leader and human really should. Given the times we live in and the state of our world, when most people fail to care about their job and their work ethic, Michael Waldo lived up to and exceeded all of those expectations that I have out of people these days. If you can, ask for James Alameda to be your salesman when buying. James has been a salesman there for over 20 years. I bought a 2000 Tacoma from him 22 years ago. After being rear ended I needed a new truck. Once again I ran into James at the dealership. So glad I did! He somehow fit me into his very, very busy schedule, and in no time I had a new truck on order! I'm totally impressed with James. No pressure, extremely knowledgeable and can get things done when others can't. If you want a good, easy, fun buying experience, then get James as your salesman, he is worth waiting for. Bought my Prius Prime from this dealership. I took it there for maintenance one day and they lost the key to the locking lug nuts. The wheels are Toyota, and the lug nuts are also Toyota, specifically Prius Plus branded and listed in Toyotaâs catalog as the lug nuts to install for those wheels. The key was never found, and for some reason the dealership replaced the locking nuts with something they had on hand that does not match the color of the wheels or the other four lug nuts, smoked chrome. I expect to get my car back with the exact same accessories as I took it there with, this is completely unacceptable. Heartland has ignored every single request I have made for them to make this right. I will always take pleasure now in trashing them in reviews each time I look at my wheels and remember how they ripped me off. Have a nice day cheapskates.

Chet has gone over and above the requirements of his job- even meeting us on a Sunday morning (when he was not scheduled to work) to ensure my car was available for me to use for work the next day. Very deceitful and dishonest. Gave me a great deal and got my payment down to almost where I wanted it and told me the deal would be available the next morning. James "Jimmy Jam" Alameda, is the bees knees! If you're in the market to purchase a new car, he IS the guy to go to. Incredibly helpful and worked his absolute hardest to find what I was looking for and what options were best for me for financially. Soon as I got there, it was easy as pie. Sat down, filled out the paper work, asked a couple questions and made it super easy and quick for me. I've never leased a car before, so he made it simple for me to understand and broke it down step by step. Took the time to show me everything my new truck has to offer. Overall had good purchase experience at this dealership. However, seems like you can't get hold on them anymore once the purchase is done. I noticed VIN is wrong on the title, contacted financing dept and manager multiple times for 2 weeks never got their reply. Terrible experience I won't recommend this place anymore.

I could not be any happier with the advice from Service Representative, Dustin Beeson and instillation by Master Service Technician, Frank Fagan of my new super charger for my 2004 3.4 Toyota Tacoma. I pull a light weight travel trailer every summer to hike in the Western United States National Parks and saw a need for some extra power for a few high elevation passes along the way. Dustin was an expert on solving my problem and suggested a manufacturer that once produced a custom made super charger on behalf of Toyota when they offered it as a factory option. It arrived in 3 days with everything that was required to be installed. Frank was just the guy to install the super charger since he has one his own vehicle. He was very efficient and actually corrected some old hidden gasket issues that diminished performance. He also knew to change the thermostat and install different injectors. His knowledge eliminated the trial and error process and he got the job done correctly the 1st time. I have already driven the truck 500 miles with the new super charger and appreciate the increase of 80 extra horsepower. My gas mileage has improved by at least 10%. I specifically chose to have Hartland to install the super charger since I have confidence that it would be done correctly and they would stand behind their workmanship. I trust these guys and appreciate their enthusiasm for the cars and trucks they service. True experts!!!

My wife had a key made for my 2018 Rav 4. Was charged 504.00$ including in the price was 42.00 for shop supplies, not the key, the key itself was 263.00$ and 157.00 for labor. A bit steep Iâd say. They told me the tool was there shop supply. Please try your local vendors first.

After paying for the 60k service which is 500$, the service included a tire rotation. Well after the 2.5 hr wait, which is fine, I was told 2-3 hrs, I know without a doubt in my mind that my tires weren't rotated. I had marked my tires that morning and took a picture incase I needed proof, which I shouldn't have needed. Well, they happily took my money and I had to walk back inside and point this out. They didn't dispute, which was good because I had proof but all they gave me was a free oil change which I'll gladly use. After thinking about it more, my service also included a brake inspection/tightening bolts and what have you. Who is to say they didn't do that stuff either. Lastly, I'll use my voucher but won't pay for anything else through NOheart-land toyota.

Check in was good. Got a call our vehicle was ready and was told condition of vehicle and conformation of everything that was done. Upon arrival at dealership we were first in line. After waiting awhile one of the "service" advisors called the guy behind us over. Customer stated we were ahead of him and advisor stated the person we had checked in with would take care of us. The fact that she was busy with another customer didn't matter. All we needed was the bill and our keys,everything about the service had been covered on the phone. Why were the invoice and keys not at the cashier,,they make you go there now anyway. I had asked to receive the sparkplugs that had been replaced,got home and of course they weren't in the car. We were told where the car was parked and of course it wasn't there. For a place that talks about their great service(they used to be better) I wasn't impressed. Where is the dealer survey that we were told would be sent for us to fill out?

Great service experience with Ryan H. He is very experienced and answered all of my questions in a courteous manner. Highly recommend coming to him for any service related questions. The service center itself could be much faster. I don't understand why the appointment times are only 5 minutes apart from each other. I feel they should be at least 30 minutes apart from each other in order to offer a more speedy service and not have to wait 2 hours for service to get done.

Came in for a recall that was supposed to take 3 hours, get told 2.25 hours in that they give have any parts and O have to come back. No one communicated with me at any point and I had to keep reminding people I was indeed waiting for my car. Clearly they don't care if you're not buying a car.

I had a bad experience here when I bought my new Highlander a year ago. I was passed around like a bouncing ball just to complete the sale. My initials were even forged on one document as the girl told me to call her regarding missing initials. I called several times to no avail and never heard back from them. Oddly when I received my paperwork all areas were initialed. Hmmmm. Decided to see if theyâd gotten their act together when I needed an oil change. It went very smoothly and the advisor was very helpful. He however dropped the ball when he didnât call me regarding when the parts would be available regarding the recall on my car. I scheduled an appointment for the recall and a/c which isnât working. This will take awhile and I asked for a rental. They want to charge me for a rental when itâs Toyotaâs problems. My car is only 1 years old! Asked the Service Manager to call me over 2 weeks ago. He still hasnât called so I scheduled my business elsewhere and will continue to do so.

Editing due to the dealership making an effort to resolve this. Appreciated. I took my 2020 4runner in for an oil change on Monday. On Saturday, I found a small access plate under the truck (I assume for the oil drain plug), hanging by one loose bolt. Called the service department and was told if I came in, I'd be waiting at least 90 minutes to get it looked at. Given that the issue is almost certainly the result of the recent service, I think it's absurd that they wouldn't be more accommodating in resolving this issue. Unacceptable. I fixed it myself and will probably need to find another way to get future service handled.

When I bought my truck here, I bought a maintenance package. As it turns out, maintenance packages expire, and all the oil changes I prepaid for become forfeit - about $200 down the drain. It's been pulling teeth trying to get some sort of answer about this. I'm pretty flexible, I just have no desire to donate $200 to a giant corporation. Nobody I've ever met has anything positive to say about this place, and now I see why.

I was seen in a timely manner. I was not ignored at all. The young dude came out and helped me as soon as I got there. Dustin was busy so the guy sitting in at the desk in front of the first entrance of the service center helped me out almost immediately. On the way home to wait for my car, there was a bit of an issue due to delivery but Dustin got me me squared away with a rental free of charge. Mr. Ken, the shuttle driver, is pretty great and was extremely friendly. If my car is returned fixed as it should, I will have nothing to complain about. I'd really love to keep using this dealership for my primary car maintenance and even some minor stuff though it may be a bit more expensive. Dustin has been the best and has gone out of his way to make me comfortable, though not needed, and he's been forward. As a military dude, all I want is civilians to do their job, do it to standard, and to cut the BS. Dustin's a straight shooter and the shuttle guys are always enjoyable to talk to.

My husband and I have been loyal customers for 5 years now. We have purchased 3 vehicles with Heartland and I am sad to say that I will be driving elsewhere the next time we want to upgrade or purchase another Toyota. We recently purchased from them in August and have experienced the worse Customer Service Ever!!! I can't even say it was related to one person specifically. We have engaged with many people over the last 2 months and are still waiting on things to finalize for us. We were lied to a few times. Told that our truck was detailed when in fact it wasn't. Then told we would be contacted to get it detailed and NEVER was. We texted, called and emailed and no reply. I finally had to go in to get the appointment scheduled. Which was in fact a month overdue. Then found out that our paperwork was messed up and we had to call to get it fixed. Additionally discovered more paperwork was messed up and so here we are 2 months after purchase having to sign more paperwork that was incorrectly filled out. Lets take u back to purchase day where we spent 4 hours waiting on paperwork....had to leave and was told to come back at a specific time and they would be ready and when we returned we still had to wait another hour to do paperwork.

I'm looking to buy a truck in particular. My father's. He passed away and left for my uncle. My uncle passed away and the truck was traded in. It's now worth 7 grand more then buying it brand new. I want to see if they could do a credit check and find out if I could do this all over the phone because I live In puyallup. I have called 4 times. The first guy was great. I have talked to 2 other females and both have hung up on me. Finally a manager called me back. Price isn't changing because of the market. Won't ever go thru this dealership ever.

I am completely disappointed at the lack of competency these people have. My husband went in for an oil change that took three hours. He asked to have new head lights put in as well. They couldnât figure out how to put them in. My husband couldnât wait any longer and had to leave. They said to come back and my husband agreed. My husband didnât realize as he drove off they took his old ones out and never put them back... now we are driving without headlights until they can get us in on Monday. Extremely disappointed In the lack of common sense and customer service. Now I have to take off work, find child care, and go in 31 weeks pregnant (High risk) to have them put head lights in days later.... so Incredibly disappointed!!

Our experience started with a phone call from Freddy the new car Sales manager. He was very helpful and open to our needs and concerns. The conversation was enough to get us to want to walk in and see what they had to offer. Once there, we were introduced to Jordan Carson who would be our salesman. Jordan was personable and extremely helpful. When we were faced with a situation that left us indecisive, he would hustle and bring up any vehicle to put in front of us to see the differences instead of leaving us to stare into the sky and wonder what looked better. He explained things thoroughly and made us comfortable with the process. If there was something that needed higher approval, he would go to Freddy who was just as awesome. Overall our experience was a great one. We are new to the area. Freddy and Jordan made us feel welcome and ensured we were well taken cared of the entire time. My first experience buying a car from a dealer could not have been better. I was assigned a salesperson, Eric, who took me through multiple lots to help me figure out what car would best suit my needs. I was able to sit in, turn on, and test drive whatever I wanted. Eric answered all of my questions with candor, and gave me recommendations without being pushy. After shopping around at a different dealership, I returned to Heartland Toyota to make my purchase. The employees did everything they could to make the car I wanted affordable for me, and I even got a free coffee and sandwich to make the waiting periods much more bearable! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. At the end of the day, I drove off in a beautiful silvery-white, lightly used, 2017 Hyundai Accent. I love it! I would absolutely recommend going here if you are looking to buy a new or used car. The cars are very well taken care of, and the customer experience is unbeatable.

Test drove a rav4 with and for my wife. Had a sexist salesman who was embarrassing, rude and by the end of test drive I wanted to punch him in the nose but never got the chance because he just left us standing at car. Went to leave and a younger man ran up to take over, too late. To bad, we were cash buyers. Hartland might want to have a meeting to update sales pitch that are not offensive to women.

I scheduled my first oil change after buying my Toyota from heartland Toyota. My appointment was at 12:45 and I showed up at 12:30 (early) as a courtesy to them and I stood there till 1 PM without even As much as a âjust one secondâ so I approached the man behind the counter who was just sitting there not helping anyone and he told me to get in line and somebody would be with me when they were ready ready. So I left because if theyâre too busy to even say hello and greet me what kind of time and care are they going to take with my vehicle??? This oil change was also free because I just bought the car from them a month ago. But now I donât even think I wanna take my car here to get the free oil change because I am so concerned that they do not care about me anymore because I bought the car. I know itâs a car dealership and I should have expected to be treated like this so I guess itâs really my fault for going to the dealership. Lesson learned P.S. When I called multiple times throughout the day to try and rectify the situation I was just placed on hold over and over again and never got to speak with anyone. So I took the day off and wasted a good three hours of my day just to not get my oil changed. What a bummer

I was given a price quote to get a key made and programed. I make an appointment and waited two+ weeks. When I arrived they jacked the price $200+ dollars and did not have the fob in stock. I burned two hours of driving. Thanks for nothing This was not my first really bad experience.

Mr. Jason Harbenich, a salesman at Heartland, is one of the best salesman that I have ever met. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and he knows how to LISTEN carefully so that you get exactly what you are looking for. The entire staff at Heartland is extremely friendly and extremely helpful. They made our car buying experience the best one that we have ever had. They have an excellent selections of vehicles: all trim levels, colors, and designs. We went in to trade our car in for a brand new 4Runner today and was expecting to be there all day. To our surprise it was really fast and easy and our salesperson Eric was awesome!! This was my first car buying experience and I couldnât have asked for any better. From the start they made me comfortable with the car buying process by explaining every step, and adding some great humor as well! Sales folks were great! No hard selling tactics. Financing was different. I didn't allocate the time to do it right and got rushed. I didn't have a chance to think it through until later and regretted accepting all of the "just in case it happens" service and extended warranty offers. Seemed like the usual psychological tactics I've experienced at other dealers. It works on so many people. Now that I've slept on it I feel manipulated again. This isn't a personal review of the financing person, just the usual financing tactics encouraged by the industry. Don't finance a vehicle without having the time to think. This is worth your full concentration. Then you will feel better about your decisions. That's why I gave less than 5 stars. Sales folks 5 stars, company financing speech and methods used on customers 3 stars.

Since moving to the West Coast, I've had two Toyota vehicles, one which I purchased from Heartland, and the previous one I purchased used elsewhere. Heartland has always done the service on both vehicles, and I can not say enough good things about them. They are detailed, accurate, and I've always been happy with the work done. When I purchased my current vehicle, a 2013 Camry SE, the sales person I worked with (using my Costco membership benefits) was straight up, honest, and I felt comfortable. We all know that feeling of walking out of an automobile dealership and wondering how badly we were just taken to the cleaners. I never felt that working with Heartland. They gave me a price that I was able to look up online and felt that I was getting a very good deal. Dealerships are in business to make money, and the sales people have to get paid too, and I understand that. I believe this was a 'fair' deal. When I talk about 'fair', what I mean is that the buyer gets a good price, and the seller also gets enough to cover it's costs and expenses. Everyone comes out ahead. When I go back for service, the service team is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Facilities are immaculate, the 'RPM Cafe' is a nice place for a quick snack, and the coupon for a free drink is always appreciated. If you're looking for a new Toyota and you're in Kitsap County, Heartland is really your only choice, but if you want to travel from the Seattle side of Puget Sound, you'll find the best deals, the friendliest staff, and nicest dealership in the region.

I give high ratings to my experience at Heartland TOYOTA. The sales team of David Volkman, and Ryan Lloyd were awesome. David did our test drives with us. And his knowledge of the TOYOTA products was amazing. If he wasnât sure of an answer to a question, he found it for us. He is a very patient, kind man. Ryan is very personable and helped out a lot at the end of the process. The place was so busy that David even had to do the detailing on our new Highlander. When we finally got into a finance manager, it was Michael Sayers. We knew right away he would make this as painless as possible. In my opinion this is the worst part of buying a car. Michael got us through it in a timely manner, and was not pushy with selling all the extra stuff that comes with buying a new car. Buying my car from heartland was the best decision for my family. I had a really hard time choosing the right vehicle, so it was so great to have an understanding and problem solving guide like Eric. The Customer service as well as the service was wonderful! From the minute you bring your car in, the attendant greets you with a smile and takes you inside to one of the consultants seating at the desks. Update After being contacted by the general manager Mike, I ended up reaching a deal on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. I would like to say that if it was not for Mike stepping into this deal, I would not have returned to give them another shot. He was straight forward with negotiating a price that we could both live with. I also REALLY enjoyed working with the new salesman, Jordan Carson. He was very honest and did not try any salesmen tactics with me. Everything was going well until I went into the finance office to sign. Orion Patenaude did not seem to listen to anything I told him. All he did is give me the hard sell on the warranties that I told him 3 times that I did not want. Also, I was pre-approved with a lender that I have been doing business for years and all he did is sneak in the lender that worked best for him. By the time I caught it, I was already through the majority of the signing. I just ended up going with it so I would not have to start some of the process over again. I have since re-financed to the lender that I wanted in the first place. This made the process 10 times harder for me as it has taken a lot more of my time to get done. Working with Mike on a price that i could live with and working with my salesmen Jordan is the only reason that I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. I would like to also thank the owner who I have never met for taking the time to read these reviews. I am in the market to purchase a 2020 Toyota Tacoma Off-road. I inquired online about one that they have on the lot. I received no response. I emailed a person named Emily directly and again received no response. I decided to stop by the dealership to get some information on the vehicle and met a salesmen named Richard. During the course of the meeting with him, he introduced me to a gentleman that he said was his sales manager. In talking with him, he asked what he could do to earn my business. I told him that the truck did not have everything that i wanted and it would have to be a pretty good deal to purchase it. He asked how much off would get me to buy. I told him that i was not sure. After a bit of back and forth, he asked if he took another $1,000 off, would i purchase from them. I asked for it in writing and sent to me via email. I received no response. I emailed Richard telling him if i got the offer in writing, i would set up an appointment. All i ended up getting is the same price match offer 3 times and none of them included the $1,000 off. I have asked both Richard and Alexis that if the offer was not genuine, please just let me know and i will move on. I was supposed to get the offer with the additional $1,000 off. I did not get it. This is my first time i have tried to purchase from Heartland Toyota. I gave them more opportunities than any customer should have to. I honestly felt like i had to earn the right to purchase a truck from them. I guess i will have to continue my search for an honest dealership.

First of all I would like to start by saying West Hills Auto complex goes way over above and beyond any expectations I was even prepared for. Eric was kind, cutrious, and funny too; which are all great qualities to possess when working in retail. His personality was very grand even though he miss pronounced my name a lot the first hour we were test driving. He was hands down the best part of the whole car buying experience.
